I came to this salon to get a pedicure before a trip, because they had such good reviews. I unfortunately didn't have a chance to make an appointment, so I came as a walk in. When I walked in, I was politely greeted and told it would be about 20 minutes until they could start my service. I ended up waiting about 40-45 minutes for my service to start, which I was a bit disappointed with. I don't mind there being a wait when I come as a walk in but I wish I was given a more realistic estimate when I came in of when I'd be seen. The pedicure I got was nice, I feel that he did a good job. The price for a gel pedicure was quite reasonable in my opinion ($42). I'd definitely come back in the future, but will be sure to make an appointment. read more

I came for a gel pedi before a vacation and will be coming back. When I came there was no wait so I got taken care of right away. I decided to get a lemon detox pedicure and it was much needed. I got a massage, a hot towel, a lemon infused water, and a lemon scrub. I had some concerns regarding square shape as I've gone to other salons and they aren't done properly, however here they did so great with the square shape. Ladies stay away from this place !!! I had a refill done and the tech cut me in my cuticles in multiple fingers . I have an infection today after 2 days ago of getting my services. I decided to give this place a try since it says is under new management . If you do still want to get your services here , Please stay away from the male tech With black dark hair. My cuticles were mutilated way past where a regular cut will be acceptable . Now I have to apply creme antibiotics and alcohol routinely and hope this doesn't get worst. Is very painful , All I wanted was to get a refill please find somewhere else . Safe to say the pedicure massage was good but it still not worth getting cut badly in multiple fingers . This can happen to you .I paid in full left approx 18% tips I was a well behaved customer very respectful ,for the pain incomodity and bleeding I had experienced I truly deserve a refund but I learned my lesson to never go to a place that looks like this . Ladies be careful I wish i had read a review like this before picking this place. Read good reviews about this place and for it being first time at the salon, and was very disappointed. I got a full set of simple classic pink nails that ended up not even being the right color that I wanted because the lady did not listen to me when I said, I didn't want bright pink I wanted more of a neutral pink. I asked for a simple basic size nothing too long nothing too short and once again they did not listen to me and they did what they wanted to do on my nails and then on top of that She did not even measure out the nails, so there are some that are way shorter, and looks stubbier than the others nails. I paid $72.60 for nails. I could've done myself at home very very very very very disappointed in this place. I will not be going back there. read more

I've visited the salon about a dozen times since October, 2022. I've had great pedicures and not so great pedicures, with the recent one having a foot massage that was so intense on one foot that I had trouble walking for weeks. Way too much pressure. I stopped getting manicures because I got a fungal infection on my middle finger. Make sure the tools are sanitary or bring your own. Time to move on. read more

It's so hard to find a great nail salon nowadays, but we found this gem right in our own neighborhood. We brought my mom on her birthday and they were able to accommodate all three of us. Our nails turned out beautiful. The staff was patient, detail oriented, extremely clean and sanitary, and made us feel welcome. The chairs are super comfortable and prices were reasonable. They have an excellent selection to choose from and tons of colors. Would definitely recommend! read more

Pros and cons. Pro, visually appealing inside. Its quiet unlike some salons where the techs loudly talk back and forth. The woman I had gave a great leg and foot massage and a good pedicure. I also overheard them offering many customers a 10% discount. The cons; they try to use the "cheese grater" which is not sanitary or legal in Florida. My daughter had a younger male do her pedicure. He did no massage and didn't even put lotion on her legs. When she asked about it, he tried to say it wasn't included, even though the description said it was and always is as part of a pedicure! He then tried to say that would have cost extra. The lady who did mine came over to see what the question was. We asked if massage and lotion was included, which of course she said it was. Then he tried to say it was so it could get done faster. We never asked for it you be quick, or said we were in a hurry. He didn't apologize, and offered the same 10% discount everyone else was already getting. He had planned on charging full price for not a full service. Except, then he charged me full price! No discount offered like everyone else. I didn't say anything more because we were both frustrated and just wanted to leave. There's plenty of other salons that are in the area that will handle this better. read more

First time with the salon went pretty decent, all the workers there that day were super nice and friendly, only downside was that my dip manicure didn't last more than 3 days before it started to chip when most dip lasts 3-4 weeks on me. However I decided to try the salon again as I'm new to the area and didn't know where else to go. Second time at the salon was a nightmare, staff again was very friendly which I appreciate but the results were just so opposite of what I asked for. Attached pictures show the first manicure (pink) and the second manicure (glitter ombré). My second visit was for my wedding and was hoping for a dip glitter ombré which I said please if you don't think it's possible I'll go with a simple color because this is for my wedding. They assured me it was no problem, however she didn't even use dip and went with regular acrylic. I had been so overly stressed with family issues surrounding wedding that when I saw final result of nails I couldn't even express my true feelings (honestly wouldn't have trusted them to fix it either) because I was on the verge of a mental breakdown. So I paid and got of there. The final result was so far from the inspiration and they also made a comment how what they did was so beautiful and better than what I showed them. My fiancé at the time picked me up as I was crying hysterically outside and immediately took me somewhere else to fix my nails because he knew I wouldn't be happy at our wedding with what I received. I feel bad because the staff is super nice and friendly but I wish they had been up front that they couldn't do what I was asking for as this was for a very important day. read more
