I arrived two minutes before opening, and they were ready to go--love that they open *in time*, not just *on time!* First Impressions & Atmosphere - I was warmly greeted by both the staff and a friendly customer who was already waiting for her appointment who I thought was a worker at first. - The salon was clean and well-organized. They even still had their Valentine's Day decorations up and a candy bowl for customers, which was cute. - The atmosphere was relaxing, with a great music selection that set the mood. They do have TVs, but they only display business information and pricing, which actually matched their website--love that consistency! However, I do wish they had something playing on at least one of the TVs for customers to watch. Sometimes, I prefer to limit my screen time during self-care and not be on my phone the entire time. Services & Experience - I got a **deluxe pedicure** first and an **eyebrow wax** afterward. - The pedicure was fantastic! They use **new liners for the foot bowls** and **unopened foot scrubbers**, which I appreciated for hygiene. - The **calf massage was better than expected**--a pleasant surprise! - I was offered water or soda and few other options, which was a nice added touch also. - Tons of polish and powder colors to choose from, so plenty of options. - My total time in the salon was **about an hour and a half**, and Ken, my nail tech for my pedicure , took his time to ensure quality service. For my eyebrow wax, a lady did them did not get her name but she got them just perfect! My brows are naturally curly, but she shaped them beautifully. I did get slightly snapped, but mistakes happen--it was nothing serious, and there was no damage. Pricing & Convenience - I got **gel French tips**, eyebrow and my total came to **$70** However, a **prior tip was already included and added in**, making it **$75 before any additional tipping**. - I was a **walk-in** and only waited **about five minutes**, likely because I arrived right at opening. - They do take **appointments**, which is great if you prefer a specific nail tech. - If you need food before, after, or even while waiting, there are **several restaurants in the same plaza**--super convenient! - There's also a **bus stop right in front of the plaza**, making it easy to get to if you use public transportation. I was eventually seated with her, but apparently she had another appointment scheduled afterward, which I was never told about. Instead of finishing my nails, she stopped in the middle of the service and passed me over to another nail technician named Lili. Unfortunately, Lili could not do a basic French tip properly. She spent almost an entire hour just trying to make the French lines, and after seeing how they were turning out, I finally gave up and asked her to just leave my nails plain pink. If you cannot properly accommodate walk-ins because you already have appointments scheduled, then simply say you are unavailable. I would much rather be told to come back another day than pay $57 and receive rushed, unfinished, poor-quality service. This was actually my fourth time coming here, so I am especially disappointed because I gave this salon multiple chances and expected much better treatment. Instead, they wasted my time and treated me like my time didn't matter. Nobody took responsibility for the mix-up, nobody genuinely apologized, and there was no attempt to make the situation right. Even when I was leaving, the manager couldn't even properly acknowledge me or look me in the face while apologizing. Just continued doing someone's toes and said sorry about that... The complete lack of communication or customer service was terrible. No real apology, no attempt to fix the situation, and I ultimately left without receiving any service after waiting over 1 hr i left in tears.. I went to a different Nail Spa nearby afterward and had a MUCH better experience. Cleaner, more modern, better customer service, proper sanitation, and they got me in and out efficiently. Her feet and toes were already clean, so I don't understand why there was a need to pick and dig at her toes so aggressively. Afterward, my daughter told me that the technician cut her and that she felt like the woman did it on purpose. I was sitting right next to her, but unfortunately my daughter didn't tell me what had happened until later. I really wish she had told me at the time because I absolutely would have addressed it right there on the spot. Following the pedicure, her toe became swollen and she developed an infection, and now we are still dealing with the damage to her nail. As a parent, that is extremely upsetting . Perhaps the stuff she used was also not sanitize. What also bothers me is the attitude and treatment we have experienced. The technician can be mean, and it seems that when you don't pay the additional $5 fee, from $35 to $40, the quality of the service changes. A customer--especially a teenager--should not be treated differently or made uncomfortable because they don't pay an $5.00 fee. A pedicure is supposed to be an enjoyable experience. There was absolutely no reason for my daughter's toes to be picked at to the point that she was cut.
