This place is has lost their touch! Ive been coming on and off for yrs. Would request Lilly or her dad the only gentleman there. I started going recently again and have been so dissatisfied with the quality of work. It's sloppy and no interest in what they are doing. Went in for a gel fill almond shape nails. Asked for a cut down and was so disappointed in the shape and how she left one hand longer. Unfortunately I didn't realized till I got in my car. At this point I just wanted to get out of there. So I decided to get my manicure and pedicure done after 5 months of doing my own nails. I have been a good girl staying away from people due to the current covid crisis. I was skeptical about visiting any nail salon because I wasn't sure what precautions they were taking and plus my usual place was out of the way. After contemplating back and forth whether I should do my own nails.. which by the way always looks like crap when I do them, I went ahead and said to myself "You've waited long enough, it's time to pamper yourself". And I'm happy to announce that I got my nails did. Hana was my nail tech and she was amazing. I got the pedicure with gel polish and a manicure with SNS dip. She did a better job than my usual nail tech at my other salon. She cleaned up my dried up crusty cuticles on my fingers and toes and the soles of my feet feel smoother than a baby's bottom. Not only that, but she made me feel very comfortable and at ease, that I actually fell asleep. I didn't intend to fall asleep but I did. I guess it was because I was so worried about the sanitation protocol. They have plexiglasses at each station to protect them from you and you from them so that made me feel better. Worst nail salon experience i ever had! Went on saturday to get my nails pained with gel (mani pedi with gel) first off the guy used the same foil for my feet that he used on everybody ( picture of very old foil attached), second the tools were not sanitized at all!!!! I leave my nails chip two days after, came back to get them fixed and they made me feel horrible about it! I was about to leave with three nails undone because they made me feel unwelcome! So i asked for my money back and they said they dont do refunds, when nowhere does it say that. Ive never had my gel nail polish chip so fast and get treated the way i did at that nail salon! I felt as if i was asking for a favor which i wasnt because i paid 60 for my nails plus tip! She provided me with the name of Lee Nails and Spa. Funny thing is, she had never been to Lee Nails and Spa; she have me the wrong name. They have over 50 gel colors to choose from. A gel manicure is only $22! Super cheap and they do a great job. Went in here to see if it was any good since it was the only one closes to the house with some ratings. It had 4 stars but only 9 reviewers. My boyfriend and I decided to chance it and what a disappointment it was. We went in there for pedicures and it was so rushed. A normal pedicure usually last around 25-35 min and for $20; it should be. The tech that did my pedicure scrubbed my foot for literally 1 minute; 30 seconds per feet and was 15 crappy minutes long. My boyfriend's pedicure started before mine and we were finished at the same time. The shop was not even busy at the time. Waste of money for the crappy service you get. read more

Not only did this lady charge me for ONE NAIL she also took my chipped nail and half asses her job by filling it down making it shorter than all the other. Needless to say I'm never coming back. So at 3:15pm I called to know they pricing and asked if I needed an appointment, told them the time I'll be there, they said no. Got there at 4pm, signed in, no one acknowledge me then at 4:20 they came up to me and told me to pick a color, the colors are in the back of the salon. There was only one person in there waiting for a pedicure and 2 other ladies getting there nails done at the time. A lady came in after me at 4:35, the ladies getting their nails done got done at 4:40, the nail ladies came up to me at 4:45 and asked if I could wait 30 more minutes. After I just waited 45mins. I said no, I explained that I called and asked if I needed an appointment, and you guys said no, and why am I waiting 30 minutes when I'm next and there's 3 nail ladies that are not busy. The nail technicians are very nice here. Their prices are A LOT better than Brandon nails. Just know that you can save up to 10 dollars for a service here. Wait time is long. They do not have a lot of people here working so afternoons you will be waiting probably 20 minutes or more. I always get my mani pedi here bc I have not have had any bad situations. Not too friendly. They seem stressed out. Got a manicure with french gel on Friday. It's Monday and one of my nails already chipped. I don't even want to come back to fix my nail. Just gonna ride the chip out until my next french, gel manicure. Place is tiny too. I didn't like it at all. Another customer was complaining as well when I arrived, before I got my nails done. She messed up one of her nails while drying them. She was trying to squeeze herself in the area where you dry your nails and bumped her nail by accident. The waiting area and drying area are right next to each other. Three people in that space and it's already crowded. She told one of the nail techs to please fix her nail, and she got major attitude from the tech and was told, "we don't have time for this." And motioned the customer to go away with her hand. When I say Never, I mean NEVER would I ever support a nail salon that has someone as disgusting as John. John sat there and taunted me after I pointed out that my aunts toe was messed up. He said that I'm "aggressive" and "know nothing about the service industry". Mind you, my dad is a chef and I worked retail for years. He asked my age and said I have a lot of growing to do. I have been going here for over a year and i always noticed when i walked in i was never asked how i could be helped until i after i sit there for over 15 minutes... i was there earlier getting a full set i asked for coffin medium sized nails, i got short not coffin nails. My pointer finger shaped are two totally different shapes, i asked for him to fix it because one is thicker than the other and he totally didn't do that he actually made it worse. DO NOT GO THERE!!! I have been getting my nails done since I was a teen and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. My sister and I went to get manicures and pedicures for her birthday. The guy who did my pedicure did such a horrible job. My feet look worse than they were when I went inside. The bottom of my feet are grated. They're white and flaky. When I asked him about it, he said he can't make it smooth for me. The guy who did my sister's feet did a great job. I simply paid for the pedicures and I'm now on my way to my usual salon to get a real pedicure and let them fill my nails.
