I've tried multiple times to get my nails done, most recently on a Friday afternoon around 12:45 and have been turned away again and again. The worst part? There were several staff members sitting in the shop not doing nails. Most nail salons take walk-ins unless otherwise stated. Instead of being offered a wait time or appointment, I was simply told "we don't have time." That's not just inconvenient, it's rude and dismissive. A business is more than one person, but without basic courtesy and customer service, clients like me won't be coming back.

My manicurist had to do a lot of touchup work. Finally, I don't know why this is so common in the DMV area but gel nails should first be soaked and then scaped for removal. Not just dry scraped, which is terrible for nail health. My nails were scraped three times in a row both mechanically and manually and they looked horrible before painting. There are even indentations on some of my nails now. I wonder how long it'll take for them to recover. Never again. Everyone who worked there was kind though, so at least there's that.

It was a painful pedicure to be honest she had sharp nails, used a rough towel. Was not gentle at all. She tried poaching me for my jewelry, constantly asking for me to sell it and, after repeatedly saying no, she continued to say "please." I had to tell her to stop and ask for a new nail tech to take over. She couldn't take direction when I specified I wanted a round shape and she was doing it square during the manicure. At the end they up charged my friend and I more than $10 than they should've. Save your time and money and don't go here.
