I had got a recommendation for this place due to a certain color I had been looking for. 06/13 at 10am I arrived. The customer service here is NONE! I literally stood at the front desk for almost 12 minutes waiting to inquire about services being I was a walk in. It was a total of 6 technicians that looked at me and not one asked did I need assistance . I had to ask aloud if someone could explain to me the procedure to check in etc... Everyone just looked at me. Nothing I do not recommend I'm not sure if this place is appointment only. Clearly on the door it says "walk ins welcome". Not a good recommendation read more

On Saturday Msy 11, I took my mom and daughter to get their done as a mother's dsy gift. The people who took care of my mom and my daughter did a great job, but the lady who did my nails cut me twice in my left thumb and right index finger. I'm still bleeding. This lady was told from the get go that she needed to be very careful with the instruments and avoid cutting me. I will never go there again. I do not recommend that place. read more

I came into this place for the second time to get a refill on my nails. The first time I went in was an ok experience but I like to try nail salons out twice before I make a decision and I will not be going back here again. The customer service was terrible. I understand people will speak their mother tongue but ignoring the customer when they have a question about their nails to talk and eat while doing nails is unacceptable. Stopped here because I was in the neighborhood for a quick mani/pedi and. They took me very quickly and were very nice. Seem to be busy. But I didn't give me anything special for a spa level pedi at all-not a really good massage, nothing. So essentially I paid 11 dollars for not much else than a regular pedi. Nice but meh-there are some many nail places in this area competition is pretty stiff. Overall I'm not convinced about their sanitation or their services and would not bother going here again unfortunately. read more

This is the worst nail place in the area. I went in for a full set of acrylics with a French manicure. She attempted to put a white tip on so she could just put a clear coat over it. The white tip came halfway down my nails and looked like I had clubbed fingers. I asked her to correct it and started to soak and then grins the handful of tips off. She was in a hurry and ground one of my nails until it burned. She fixed everything and it looked good, however, please see the pics so you can see what my nails looked like after 8 days. They're bubbled and all peeling off. I have used acrylic and gel off and on for 25 years, and I have never had that happen. My daughter also had a full set down and the did them so short and thick it looked like talons. She removed them within days and had them redone at a mother location. Will not return. Cheaper than competitors, but you get what you pay for. read more

Holly is great. And even better with eyebrows! I don't trust anyone with my brows. But she always does an amazing job. 2 years strong.

My experience every single time has been wonderful. I usually ask for kenny but I went the other day when he wasn't in. Holly I believe did my nails. Let me tell you, I love love love my nails. My husband picked out my colors and they look gorgeous. I went in for a fill. I love the prices it never changes. That's a plus for me because I like getting coffin shape and other places charge you extra for that. A tip I will give is, choose a time that you know they won't be busy so they will take their time with you. I will definitely be back.thank you kenny and Holly! I hope that's her name lol. read more

Overall, this place did a good job on my nails and it's pretty cheap, but the lack of professionalism and cleanliness will keep me from going back. I went in for a new full set of acrylics, French manicure style. The technician who worked on my nails (it was a guy, I think his name was Jimmy but don't remember for sure) did a good job, although he talked on his cell phone quite a bit. I don't mind a little of that and I don't expect to chit-chat with him the whole time, but it gets annoying. When he did the white spray paint for the French manicure, I didn't have any kind of smock or covering to put on over my clothes, so I got overspray all over my sweater. I asked him about it and he gave me a paper towel, which did little to get it off. No apology, no offer to pay for it to be cleaned (unfortunately it's dry clean only). I did see that the tools they were using were being microwaved and cleaned, but overall the salon wasn't that cleanly. read more

Customer services is less than average. But nails are really bad. The tools are not sanitized. Didnt see them open it from the sanitized bag. Just grab them from the table. The nail polish are really old and looks clumpy on nails. The lady that did my pedicure cut me and my toe was bleeding and she still tried to put nail polish on top of it. Had to tell her to take that polish off and clean the nail and paint it again. My manicure fill in was done rushed and poorly. This is what my nails look like and keep in mind I got them done yesterday. Just TERRIBLE. Never going back. read more

This is the worst nail place I've been to. The lady tried to use a razor blade on my heels. There was no communication. She never asked if I was ok. She used a dremel for the toe cuticles instead of using cuticle cream and hand trimming. The red polish was on my skin in places. Salt scrub and lotion were applied. No extra stuff you get at other places. Instead of moving to a chair to get a manicure, I had to twist in the massage chair to allow another lady to work on my fingernails. She was going to use a dremel to remove my polish. She assumed I had gel nail polish on. #1 she didn't ask and #2 you don't take polish off with a dremel. The staff has no customer service skills and I question their training. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

This is THE worst nail salon I've been too. I saw the poor yelp reviews but unfortunately, I didn't have time and needed a quick manicure... so that's why I went in. I thought how bad could it be? REALLY bad. Here are the reasons: 1. I didn't see that the tools were sanitized. The lady just grabbed them from her drawer and started working. She also used an electric tool that was in need of deep cleaning. 2. She pulled the cuticle on my fingers with her FINGERNAIL. This was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. 3. When she started putting the color on I realized that this was going to be a total nightmare, so I just asked to put a clear coat. That was the best decision by far. The nail polish is really old and the way she put it on was as though a 2-year old was painting my nails. 4. She spoke zero English (I'm an immigrant myself but we live in the US, I think everyone should learn a little English, especially if you work in customer service). The other ladies just talked in their native language the whole time as though they were at a cafe and not their job. 5. She didn't ask for the shape or length I wanted. Just did her thing. I mean this is like nothing compared to the previous reasons. I usually don't write bad reviews... but this was just terrible. read more

You will never find me back in this place in my life time. I started out with a girl which seemed sweet. A man came in behind her, she got up, he sat down. He never spoke to me. not even a"hi im going to take over from here".First he called someone and put his ear piece in. he asked me how i wanted my nails shaped square,"No" round"No." I wanted them skinny when you take a little off the sides . I have tiny fingers this the only thing that works for me. He told me that he would cut them later. After him putting on the acrylic he started filing. I said to him that we were supposed to cut them slimmer. he told me he can make them skinny with filing. thatsnot what i wanted.No one has gotten it skinny enough by filing . I had these big clunky square platforms on my tiny fingers. He started yelling at me. He said that you cant do that. i have had it done many times at other salons.He yelled at me again and told me to get out of his shop. I had already paid. I asked him to see the manager, he said that he was the manager.I've never been yelled at like that . I asked for the name of the owner. Again he told me to get out. I started to write down the name on the liscence that they have to post. He grabbed it from where i was,quite violently. I took a card.I tolded him I wanted my money back but he would not. Worst nail place I've ever been to!! First, I walk in and ask for a gel manicure. I walk back to her station and she starts to put acrylics on me! I guess that was fine but once she had filled them 3 people walked into the store. They said they were waiting on the lady who was doing my nails. Once she saw them she sped up to finish me so she could take the 3 people! Long story short my nails look terrible! She did not take her time they are very uneven, very rough and not smoothed down. HORRIBLE manicure. The lady, I believe her name was Leena, just stared off into space and out the window as she worked on my nails. I had to literally babysit and tell her multiple times that I wanted my nails to be filed square and to make sure that they were all the same length, which even after all my direction they were not... She even stabbed me with one of the tools because she wasn't looking. The technique for parafin wax is so ghetto, she didn't even let it dry completely, I mean my hands were in a pool of parafin wax that was poured into grocery bags, which I can't believe I had to pay EXTRA for. Then, she applied the least bit of nail polish possible to the point where some of my nails weren't completely polished, not to mention when they dried I could see where the second layer of polish didn't cover the first layer compltely. When I got home I had to file my nails myself because the edges were so rough, again because she didn't buff them after filing, and kept snagging on fabric. Two days later my polish already chipped and had "cracks." Waste of $16 and not a relaxing experience at all. Can't believe this place is still running, I honestly only go here when my regular nail lady can't take me and I regret it EVERY SINGLE TIME. I would much rather go across the street where the manicure is cheaper, well done, and has complimentry parafin wax which does not require me to put my hands into grocery bags. read more
