I used to go and see Tammy and she always did a great job but the past couple of times I went in and they messed up my appointments, even though I asked for her and set me up with someone else. The lady was very rude and didn't do a good job. The first time I set up another appointment with Tammy and once again they messed up the appointment and set me up with the same lady And when I let them know that I had an appointment with Tammy, they said that I did not, even though I had spoken to them earlier that day. The guy that takes the appointments practically called me a liar, and when I decided to not get my nails done because it was the wrong person, they started speaking in their language and laughing. I will definitely not be returning. There are too many other nail salons that will show their customers more respect and courtesy. read more

I ended up coming here again on accident after avoiding this salon for over a year. I had meant to make an appointment for a gel manicure at TT salon and got mixed up and came here instead. The results were just as awful as the first time I came. Every single cuticle was flooded during my gel manicure and they did not wipe around the edges of my nails a single time. My entire gel manicure took 20 minutes and they did no cuticle prep (they did charge me less so maybe they realized they forgot the manicure part). After three days the nails started coming up all around the edges where they overlapped my cuticles and skin and now it's catching on my hair or fabric. I get much better results doing my nails at home with regular polish. They truly have no attention to detail here and they just don't care about giving you a manicure that lasts more than a single day. It's not worth it. read more

Absolutely not. I called ahead because the past couple of times, they have been too busy. This place was recommended to me in a local group and I took a chance because my usual person (not at this place) was on vacation for a month. It was pretty much dead when I came in. They asked me to pick a color for my gel manicure but I had been out all day so I needed to use the bathroom first. After I came back, I wasn't asked to pick a color again and they started removing. She took the nail drill and started taking off my color. It was too fast and it kept going off my nail, so she decided to use a death grip my fingers. She said that my previous polish was too thick and sighed. Then she tried to scrape off the polish with a cuticle pusher - and that HURT. These are my *real* nails, my guys! She wrapped my nails in acetone & foil and it felt like she was bending my nails when she wrapped them. I mentioned that one of my nails was fake (as in, it had a fake tip on it because it had broke). She asked me multiple times what I meant and had a dude come over. Then he just removed the gel polish from it, leaving the tip on. He asked if I wanted a design, I said maybe. Another person came over and started filing my nails. UMMM, yeah, these nails are 3 weeks old and I wanted a NEW tip on it. I asked if they were leaving it on and they said "yep, it's strong." (Honestly, looking back, I'm glad I didn't get it removed...probably would have been bad news) I said I wanted my nails cut---they refused and said they would just file them. At least they kept the same shape. But the filing was so aggressive!!! They kept looking bothered that my nails were breaking. Maybe they should look at the nails before filing. Coming to the actual manicure where I'm back with my original person. I quickly picked a color, already wanting to leave. Ditching the whole idea of a design, I just went with a pink. Cuticles were "buffed" and barely nipped (which was fine with me, I guess, because I noticed their stuff wasn't sanitized!!! A BIG NO NO). I have a bad habit of picking at my thumb cuticles and they look worse than before! The polish was put on rather sloppily and quickly. Oddly, she only did half the nails before telling me to put them in the lamp. The gel top coat ended up on the side of some of my nails and I had a sharp bubble on one of them (I ended up fixing them at home since I have nail tools), as well as places missing polish, etc. At the end, she put the cuticle oil on my fingers (not on the cuticles--yes, I am bewildered as well) and put my hands in wax. But the wax was everywhere, even my arms, and she told me to wash my hands and I was done. Horrible manicure experience! The ONLY good thing this place has going for them is that they use quality brands like OPI and DND for their stuff. My nails feel stronger with the polish on, but that's it. read more

Went to get my nails done for the first time and was not pleased at all. I had a gentleman do my nails. I showed him the photo inspiration I wanted. It was the pink and white French manicure. I did not want tips. I wanted the builder gel. I even explained this twice. It's less damaging to my already brittle nails. He put tips on anyway. At this point I'm like whatever. He then starts cleaning up my cuticles (not with a cuticle cutter etc but the electric machine). I did not move and was very still and he nicked my skin so naturally I jerk a little and he tells me to be still and he won't hurt me. I was like ok. Didn't feel like arguing. He did it several times afterwards and said it again. Im like no, I moved because you hurt me, not the other way around. He then said I made him nervous and just stopped. After he was done with my nails, I could see all the imperfections through my nail and asked if he could fix it. I could see the tip and bubbles under the acrylic. He said he could have done pink and it would have his that but he used the nude color that I should have told him before he put the top coat on. Im thinking to myself that the photo clearly showed the pink and white, not nude, so I assumed he'd do that. My nails look thick and ugly and he didn't shape them like I asked which was rounded. They are the ugly outdated square tips. The pedicure was subpar as well. That was my main purpose of going but thought I'd treat myself with a mani as well. I didn't get the calluses removed and it was minimal scrubbing. Normally I'm asked elsewhere what package I wanted as each caters to different concerns etc. I never was asked. Overall, spending $100 for something I'm not happy with and being a mom that doesn't get to pamper herself much at all, I left feeling stressed and frustrated. I was hoping to find a new nail salon but I won't be returning. Also, day 3 and my nails are already chipping at the white tips. And I haven't done anything harsh to cause it. read more

I've been going here for pedicures for about 2 yrs. It was only a few blocks from where I lived and I really liked all the technicians. I moved a few miles away and continued to get my pedicures here. My last visit wasn't great though. The technician cut my big toe somehow and didn't say a word to me. I have ingrown nails and when they're cut down, there is a little discomfort so I didn't feel it right away. Then I put my foot in the water and it wouldn't stop hurting, so I asked her why my toe hurts. She went to my big toe (in the water) and started rubbing it I guess to ease the pain? I asked her if she cut me and she just kept rubbing my toe. !!! I then asked why she didn't mention it and nothing. It took a few weeks for my cut to heal AND my nail polish chipped a few hours later. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. read more

I love my nails! I always get SNS dip powder and lately I've been sticking with natural looking colors. I was able to walk-in and was taken care I'd immediately. The nail technician took her time and made sure my nails were very neat and natural looking. You're required to wash your hands and get your temperature checked as soon as you enter the salon. I felt comfortable during my service and was extremely satisfied with the end results. I will definitely be back in the future. read more

I have been going to this place for few years mainly because it's very close to my house and their service is OK, not top notch I would say. Since I only do regular mani-pedi, this place was ok for me. The reason I am giving them a one-star this time is because of their customer service. Although I booked an appointment today, they kept me waiting for about 25 minutes and nobody seemed to be apologetic for this. When I asked about it, they started talking in their own language!They don't greet you well when you enter the place, nor do they have the best manners when it comes to customer behavior. It doesn't matter for how long you have been going there, they are only nice to some specific customers! I will need to find a new place for mani-pedi as I am not coming here anymore. read more

I came in on a Thursday as a walk in and got greeted by a kind staff. The place is very nice and very clean. The man at the front took me to the chair after I picked out my dipping powder color of choice and got to working. He trimmed my cuticles, shaved/shapened my nails to perfection, and I did not bleed or get hurt not once. He was very careful and detail oriented. And the end result reflects that. During my session the place got really busy with many calls and walk ins so I'd say I got there right at the right moment I will be sure to make an appointment next time. I received manicure and pedicure at this location and had a very unsatisfactory experience. My nail tech rushed through the appointment a lot. I even asked her if she has another appointment and she said- not really. The paraffin wax she placed on my hands was left for maybe 2 minutes and she started removing it because she wanted to finish the hand cream massage for my hands. I was very upset and was wondering why is she rushing the whole time. We went to the front to pay and she told me the total amount. Out of curiosity I asked how much was gel manicure and regular pedicure. And that's when she sighs, looks at me for a nice 4 seconds (the most awkward moment with any business I have had) and explains me the prices. I did tip her because I liked the manicure but the whole process was very rushed, the cuticles aren't cleaned thoroughly, the tech was unprofessional and acted rude at the end. I am not sure if she was venting but was very loud and talking in a foreign language to the person next to it when I was waiting at the front to pay. Definitely not returning and not recommending to anybody. Although I may not understand her language, anybody can sense the rudeness . She is so meticulous, comparing my nails sizes and making sure they're all even, sanding everything down till she was satisfied, and she was very careful not to hurt my skin. This used to be my go-to place but this time this guy, Henry, who did my mani pedi ruined it for me. He had no interest to work and it showed in what he did. Don't get me wrong, I used to love this place. The other technicians were really good in the past. It's just this guy who messed it up for me. He applied just single coat of nail color for both pedi and mani. And for manicure no massage no moisturizer on my hands. He did not even care to ask what shape I wanted for my nails and before I realized he cut them really short n flat! 5/5 stars! I had the most amazing experience getting a pedicure here on Sunday! The pedicure was literally life changing. The wonderful gentleman at the front was the one who did mine (I think his name was tony but unfortunately I forgot ) but I will definitely be asking for him again. I work two jobs and stand on my feet for 10+ hours daily and they have became tough, but not anymore! He smoothed my heels and made my toes comfortable. The massage was the most amazing part! I dozed off twice! The salon is beautiful and extremely clean. The color selection is huge and the staff is so nice! This is definitely my new go to for pedicures! Follow up - been going to T&T with Danny for years. With the COVID-19 epidemic, wanted to follow up to give them an A+ rating. They measure your temperature and have you wash your hands as soon as you arrive. All stations have plexiglass between you and the technician as well as between customers. They also practice safe social distancing with 6 ft stickers on the floor and with clear instruction from staff. I would highly recommend T&T for nails or pedicures (pre-epidemic) and now even more, they are clean and efficient. Their response with COVID-19 measures are top notch and honestly I wish every place did the same. If you need your nails done, support this small business. read more

This is hands down my favorite nail salon in the area and I enjoy coming here. I go every two weeks to get my fill with Jessy and everyone is always pleasant and the salon is very clean. Especially when it comes to the pedicures I've never seen a place that has disposable protective bags for the bowls so you don't feel like you are putting your feet in a bowl someone else just had their dirty feet in lol. Anyway... Literally ever since I've started coming people compliment me on my nails because Jessy seriously is the best she always comes up with something new for me to do (since I can be super indecisive sometimes) and I always leave happy. I've had work done by three technicians here and all have done exceptionally beautiful work. I have a genetic condition that makes me dislocate my joints and they are careful and mindful working with me. The Covid precautions they have taken are the best I've seen in any business. It's absolutely clean and the cross contamination between clients is pristinely minimized. They have the best hygienic practices I've seen in any nail spa. Also, this may seem random, but the people working there seem to like each other and work in harmony. This contributes to the pleasant, relaxing vibe of the place.
