The nail tech I had did not appear to be very experienced. She put two coats of polish on my nails and they were clearly still streaky and not evenly coated. I had to ask her to put a third coat on, which she did but I was surprised she was going to let me go without it. I do not think the brand of polish they are using is high end because it is pretty opaque and lacks shine. The tech did not spend too much time scrubbing my feet during the pedicure and they still feel rough. My pedi was complete and then my mani began. Prior to polishing my nails during the mani, the tech gave me a receipt and said it was $65. I said ok but I would like my nails painted as well. She said yes but payment first. I did think this was strange and was the first time I'd experienced this. They also didn't tell me cash only until they gave me the total amount due. While $65 for a mani/pedi is a fair price, I would prefer to spend more for a better result. I will not be returning.

We get there and the place is almost empty. There was someone on the nails side getting a manicure or something, and then a few friendly staff members. So really socially distant! The little one kept her mask on the whole time, which I guess wasn't too hard with her long hair, but still it made me much more at ease with the whole thing. I appreciate their concern for their customers! The haircut wasn't super complicated, but I think they did a great job. Plus it was at a good price. I think we'll be back, even after the pandemic.

Her tech spent little or no time on her heels and left her with the same dry heels she came with. My tech rushed me through my color choice despite us arriving 20 minutes early. I've had a good number of pedicures, and the water for soaking your feet is always blue, containing some sort of antiseptic. Our water, however, was just plain water. My tech spent the entire time during my pedicure conversing with the tech to him. The leg massage was not relaxing at all. in fact, I would say it was rather uncomfortable. I remember Jacci called me because I had been waiting for the new shop to open and I need a hair cut desperately. The guys working inside told her that a "big dark haired guy" was spying between the paper covered windows, I guess she told them "Oh that's only Greg, he must need a haircut". So Jacci offered to cut my hair (even though the shop was not open) and with that I became Jacci's first customer in her new shop, unofficially of course. Well her we are 2012 and Jacci is still cutting my hair and when it came time for my 2 year old daughter's first hair cut there was no place else to go.
