Due to the lateness, the aesthetician should have kindly apologized and let us know that she was still with a customer and would be doing our service soon. This time, it was not a good experience. I felt uncomfortable, and she was not friendly enough to get me in relax mode. In the future, I will stick with making my appointment with Danielle. The good thing is they did give a $10 credit. It was a little hard to find but her daughter guided me there on the phone while I was lost. Initially it was a little off putting as I thought they might not be as sanitary because the wax was dark colored. I later found out she doesn't use wax but sugar. This process reduces irritation to the skin & is less painful. In my 35 years of life, I have only been waxed once when I was 19 for a pool party. I vowed never to do it again because of all the pain & skin irritation I experienced afterwards. There was minimal pain & absolutely no skin issues after this procedures. I was in & out in less than 20mins. Highly recommend, especially for avid waxers. ENTER FREELY, they've been Approved:)

I had seen all the good reviews before going, and dismissed it while I was there, and I was in and out so quickly and I was mostly hairless after, so at FIRST I was like ok well she did a good job and it was fast. However the ingrowns nightmare came for me soon after despite me doing what I always do to prevent it, and years later I'm still embarrassed by the scars it left.

Also, she has many years of experience and is very good at what she does. I expected a Brazilian to be the most painful thing ever but surprisingly it wasn't. She also gets the most painful areas done first so it gradually gets better...and goes super quickly. My advice? Takes 3 minutes to sugar underarms and such a minimal amount of $ - so yes, that's greedy. I suppose I assumed it was okay to be a few minutes late because she gave me that message at my first appointment when she was late for me - and took a phone call during my service. In which I do not mind at all - I'm very easy and understanding. I am big on referrals and ironically the morning this happened I had just referred a few gfs to her. I am very friendly. I tip well and extra on holidays. I'm understanding with timing. Etc. for her not to accommodate me with a slap on the wrist as a new customer, was my sign to move on from this place! I even had had an upcoming appointment a couple weeks out and canceled that (lost my deposit on that) - but that's okay, I believe everything in life comes back tenfold when you are kind, compassionate and generous. Greed never wins! I also text her letting her know I was late due to the passing of my grandmother as I was in the middle of arranging her funeral and I left my house frantic - missed the exit. Because I'm human and stress does that. :) I hated that I had to use that card but it was honestly the truth - still no compassion! Sad. As for her work - she does do great work. Absolutely. Very clean and flawless job. That's my honesty!! But I'm a full package kind of customer - without kindness, I see right past your work.
