Secondly at the very end I noticed my nails looked really grainy/speckly... almost like you can see powder under the layers. When the tech asked me if I liked it I told her that it looked really grainy and I was expecting it to look like the sample, which was a flat color. She said it's the dip powder and there is nothing she can do and that sometimes the manufacture changes the powder or something like that? I get that it's not necessarily your fault if that's the case, but I'm ultimately not happy with my nails and wish there had been some sort of offer to change my color or provide a credit for a future visit. I think this was the last straw for me, time to find another spot. But if you don't mind over paying for mediocre quality, then it's a great spot!

She was very professional and did an amazing job with the color and some added gold foil detailing.
