This is the second time I've come here for a pedicure since the new people took over and it's Horrible!!! They wanna charge $60 for a organic intense pedi and she didn't even file the top of the nails leaving them discolored from the old polish and I asked for a pink French and it's so clear you can see the discoloration!! She gave me back $20 of my $60 and kicked me out!!! Yelling for everyone to come look at my toes!!! So unprofessional and rude!!! They are not worth the money at all... I didn't get her name but she's the older lady in there... Just appalled and now I'm taking the $20 Across the street to see if the new place next to T-Mobile can fix this... Ok so I went across the street to Seasons Nails and Spa and I explained to them what happened and showed them my toes and they sat me down and they did it right!!! They actually took off the other places polish and they had to cut my nails on one foot cuz they were longer then the other and the mean lady at Nail Image she didn't file the tops of my toe nails making them white and clean nor did she smooth them which made the old polish residue showing thru and she didn't clean the skin, cuticles around my toes and the French polish was not evenly stripped, it was a horrible job and she wanted so much money for such a bad job. Yelling in the salon at me. From the moment I walked into Seasons Nail and Spa I felt welcomed and I felt cared for. I had the best service and they were so kind and took time on my toes and made them look so beautiful... I wish I could remember their names at Seasons, however I'm going back every time I need my pedicure and they also give you a shoulder massage while your being beautified with respect and professionalism... I don't have fingers on either hand due to an illness so getting a pedicure has a different meaning to me because I'm not able to have a manicure. Finding a salon that cares about me personally is so satisfying... They didn't even charge me the $20 that I kept from the $60 that Nail Image wanted for their horrible service and rude treatment when I said I wasn't happy with the pedicure... I did give them both a tip and I will now go no where else for my pedicures... If in Nipomo Ca and your looking for a very caring and professional mani/pedi spa that makes you feel as special and important as the next customer and not like your on a assembly line then I totally Recommend Seasons Nail and Spa. February 1, 2019 - My wife and her mother "walked in" early in the morning to have their nails done and were quickly accommodated. Removing the previous gel fill resulted in bleeding nail beds. Which was blamed on the previous salon using "glue." Once the nails were done there was a gap that was pointed out and the answer was "there's no gap." See the posted picture. Then to top it off Henry said he was the only salon in Nipomo that offered liquid gel/builder gel. Not true! The salon by Vons offers the same service! They won't be back. read more

My cousin and I both got our nails done here & we were charged over $60 for sets that are breaking in under a week. The service was mid. I am relocating to the central coast from Orange County CA so I know nail shops!!! I really wanted to like this place and when u pay $78 for gel mani and regular pedi you expect it to last - I get a gel mani and pedi of OC for $50 so I had high expectations! Well, I got my nails done last Sunday 9/22 and Friday 9/27 I felt my hair getting stuck in my nails. Sure enough, they starting lifting at the cuticle and my right thumb completely peeled off. The others came off in pieces. This never happens to me and maybe something is wrong with their products but I am really sad as I now have to go to OC and have the girls at VN Nails fix them. $78 poorly spent read more

I'm really disappointed with this place. I brought my 9 year old daughter out for a special day and her first pedicure. The first man we saw was actually really nice & had us sit right down in chairs to soak our feet. But I started noticing how dirty the place was! The man started on my daughters feet & then a lot older man came & sat down & started on my feet, never said a word to me & was way too quick! He rushed everything he did! There was no one else there either. We came in for a nice relaxing pedicure & this was way too rushed, no attention to detail at all! Also, I noticed the price list & it had a description of the basic pedicure, we did not receive all that was listed or offered any type of beverage. I tried to stay positive so my daughter & I could have a nice time together. After we left our toes just didn't look that good. There were a few of my daughter's toe nails that weren't even painted all the way & pretty messy. By the time we got home the flower decals he put on her big toes were coming off! I could have done a better job myself at home & saved $60! read more

My father has bad tremors & cant cut his nails. He gets too nervous if I try to cut them and we were spending $60 a month at the podiatrist just to get his toenails trimmed. Now I take him here and for $20 he can get his finger & toenails clipped by professionals. They don't have trouble with his tremors, have never hurt him and treat him with respect. Thank you so much! Honestly, book Jimmy and Katie to do your manicure. Other nail technicians in there are not great at doing nails. I just did my nails on the 10/27 and two days later my hair got snagged in my nails.... -.- my nails shouldn't be like that two days after getting them done. I read so much comments about Jimmy and Katie, that I should of get a appointment with them instead of walking in. $75 was not worth it. I checked in on Wednesday to get my first French Manicure. I did not have an appt. I was attended to by a young woman who Was very quiet - possibly couldn't speak much English. She did a good job, the nails looked pretty when I left. She did leave me under the dryer & that was it. No goodbye or anything else. I left. Only complaint at that point, some bottles/containers were filthy. The nails were mine - no gel. By Sat. my nails b4 my Party were pealing. By today, I'm taking what's left off. I'll just do my nails myself. They last 2 weeks & look great. BTW if gel is "required" to maintain a French Manicure clients should be advised. I went in for the first and last time. I had made an appointment. The salon was empty. The man there was so rude to me that I told him I was going to another salon. From moment one he was rude. When I asked for a specific color, as I always use the same brand and color, he began yelling at me and told me I could not take a moment to look through the selection to find the color. I usually go to the nail salon across Tefft, but they were busy, so I decided to give this place another try. The kind gentleman with frosted tips (the hairstyle from the 90s) he went on and on about my height throughout the whole pedicure, and shared his dislike of woman over a certain height, at one point he told me 'don't kick me with your long feet' I have a sense of humor ,but someone providing what is supposed to be a relaxing experience needs to be more intelligent about their language, and not insult the customer!!!!!!!!
