It was just so uncomfortable. I saw countless of "Brazilian waxing" YouTube videos where the person getting waxed is in tears and bawling because it's painful. That pretty much made me nervous as hell - but I booked an appointment with Jillian anyways. I may be covered in tattoos but I am the biggest baby there is. Jillian made me feel comfortable as soon as I got into the room. She literally talks to you and makes you laugh the entire time, and it's done before you know it. My first Brazilian with her was the best experience ever. I felt nothing! Painless. I was shocked on how easy and fast it was. So basically everyone who documents their Brazilian wax on YouTube either is dehydrated or has a really bad waxer, or both. ‍ Jillian gives you recommendations on products to help with your skin and hair - which all work by the way! Showed up at 3 pm for an appointment for 2 pedicures. All of the chairs were full, which was an…read moreinitial red flag. We asked how long, they said "5 minutes". Okay fine. By the time we were seated it was pushing 3:20. One person started working on my feet, while the person I was there with just sat in the chair. Another 20 minutes goes by and no one had even come over to help. The person doing my toes went off to help someone with a transaction. In that time 3 more people came in for appointments, still with no one to help them. At that point we decided to cut our losses and leave. So we spent 40 minutes doing nothing. I got my toe nail polish off and toenails trimmed, that's it. The person I went with had no service done at all. No one really seemed to care that we weren't being helped or that we walked out. The person doing my toes did apologize but otherwise it felt like they didn't care and they had put us in the chairs only to keep us there not to serve us. I'm incredibly disappointed as I've had great experiences here before, but being treated that way, with an appointment is unacceptable. If you didn't have enough people to serve us, tell us that. I would have happily come later in the day or at a different time instead of being treated like that. Unfortunately we won't be returning.

They also are a full service spa where they do facials, spray tans, massages, waxing, etc. My facialist was Brooke and she was absolutely phenomenal - informative, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and a total pro at her craft!
