She is methodical without being slow; she is hyper sensitive to keeping her work station clean, and she is personable to boot. LOVE getting my nails done here. Mani and pedi are both wonderful experiences. The massage chairs are relaxing and always work. Wendy, Dede, and Linda are my favorites! Super skilled in designs and so personable. Even when I've moved I still make the drive to Nail Love. To be honest I should have went to my regular nail tech, but I got off work and to tired. The nails are crooked, were filed way too much on the sides, and they are too thick. Made 2 appointments for my daughter and me. They were taking everyone ahead of me but I did not complain because I figured they were busy and I did not want to be rude. They never called me to do my nails. I was disappointed and hurt. But worse, my daughters nails looked too big for her fingers and she was so disappointed that she pried them off after we got home. I walked in requesting a pedicure and a fill in. After waiting 40 minutes (other customers were walking out due to the wait times), my pedicure was started and went well. By the time my nail service was started, I had been in the salon for two hours. Lily started to remove a broken nail of mine by using a fake nail to pry it off my nail bed. Not at all the same experience as I have received in the past!!! I HATE MY FINGERNAILS!!!! I got dip powder for the first time after researching and watching quite a few videos. I was under the impression that it's healthier and doesn't require filing or the use of a dremel. However, the nail tech used both of these on my nails and somehow I still walked out with ridiculously thick bulky looking nails. I also showed a picture of what I was asking for and this (pic below) is what I received. I did say that I wanted them white and slightly thinner than the pic but this is what I got. I also got a pedicure and a nail tech used the purple mr. pumice dark purple side on the top my toes (when it's supposed to be used on the courser part of the foot) and actually skinned one of my toes with it. Not only was it bleeding but it was burning like hell during my entire pedicure. She didn't want to clean it until the end and had me put my foot in the dirty water to help the burning! I am extremely upset and disgusted all at the same time. The tech continued to ask me how I liked my nails but after getting quite a bit of attitude throughout her doing them, I told her that they were fine. I also told her not to put clearcoat on them because I was going to go home and file them myself which she did anyway. It is very difficult to deal with people that have a slanguage barrier because they get frustrated when you're trying to explain what you want and you're stuck paying $95 at the end and feeling pressured to tip after such a horrible horrible horrible experience. I have been here many times before and loved it but this will be my last time! Such a shame and I work very hard for my money so $95 for someone to offer this kind of service is appalling. Have to get dip powder removed before 2 week mark and of course I would have fungus!!!!! DON'T GO HERE!!!!! read more

Once I got out the shop I realized my nails are really bad none are the same link or even the right shape. She also got my skin with the electric filler. I wouldn't recommend this place tbh .
