We actually arrived 30 minutes early just because we could and were seated fairly quickly. The water in my tub was much too warm and I told the girl to make it cooler. I'm not sure if she didn't understand, but it didn't get cooler, so I asked again. It STILL didn't get cooler. Ugh. We sat in chairs at 4:04 and we were out of there by 4:42. While the polish looks fine and it was generally an overall "fine" experience, it just didn't stand out to me and we expected the massage parts to take longer. She didn't even massage my feet. The massage chair was my least favorite part; felt like I was riding a roller coaster or something. The control panel was whacked! I think the cleanliness of the salon is lacking as well. The atmosphere is relaxing without feeling over-the-top or pretentious, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the service. The only thing to be aware of is that they haven't always accepted credit cards. They do have an ATM in the shop and also accept Venmo and Zelle, so it's never really been an issue. My wife mentioned that when she went in for Mother's Day, they had a card reader again, so that may no longer be a concern. Overall, great service, friendly people, and a place I keep coming back to.
