Dirty tools and flat out lies. I specifically asked if my polish had glitter and REPEATEDLY said NO GLITTER. I was told "no glitter" just to end up with glitter in my nails. II also asked for dip with gel in top and no gel even though I also I have that instruction for my nails. Very nice technician and my husband swears by this tech but NOT for me. Now... on to the dirty tools. files and other tools were just pulled out of a drawer with no apparent disinfectant. had to ask for a new file. It is not a sanitary environment. There is also no comfortable way to sit and get your nails done if you have to let toes dry. You have to watch out for dirty cords. There are many other places you can go. I visited this location on Sunday December 17th for pedicure and eyebrows arch. She did a very good job on my feet but when I got home I noticed one of my eyebrow was larger than the other. They had closed for the day so when I got off work on Monday I stopped passed to see if someone could correct the problem. I was told the person won't be back until Friday. I told the lady I am leaving first flight out on Friday. She wouldn't correct it because she didn't do it and they don't correct each other's work.. I asked for the manager and she states he is out of town for the holidays. What happens to making sure your customers are Happy... I won't be going back !!! read more

I went here just to get a simple full set. She rushed to do my nails.. i will say shaping and application was great! However during doing my nails she asked if I could pay... after paying she did a horrible job with them, then messed up completely on one and when I went back to ask her to fix it she already started on another client. read more

i came to this location last thursday before my vacation i noticed that my nails were lifting and cracking while on vacay. once i returned i tried to get my nails fixed. THIS MORNING TUESDAY MARCH 29 the same lady who did them at STATION 3 wouldn't fix them but instead gave me nail glue and sent me on my way. it's giving lazy and unprofessional. i could've bought my own glue for that. read more

I got my gel polish on my nails and a pedi on March 1st by Lisa. She rushed on doing my nails and no one was in the shop. Today is March 7th and my gel polish on my nails lifted so bad that I was able to peel the polish off each nail. My pedi was rushed as well and I could honestly had did a better job myself. read more

Pros: * Uh...nearby counts, right? * Sunny spot Cons: * Long wait with frequent: 10 minutes, okay? * Soaked for a bit, so the water got cold. Asked for warmer water twice; no luck. They just kept saying they'd be right with me. * Omgaw their tools are dull so the lady ended up digging in my toes! Ack! But hey, at least she was quick, as in rush job. Ugh. * When she trimmed my toenails she cut to the left and right of my toenails. That was new to me. And! My first experience at this salon was absolutely horrible. I paid 21 dollars (including tip) for a gel polish change which is supposed to last 30/31 days. After 9 days my nails are completely chipped and all the polish has lifted. 1 star is being generous. read more

I guess this is what you get for a $20 pedicure! Jus like the other reviews indicated, they had my feet soaking until the water went cold. The tools weren't sharp so it felt like I was getting my cuticles ripped off instead of cut. They polish is so lumpy I look like I have mount Rushmore underneath. I am new to the area and have been looking for a decent salon to get gel nails. I go ~ every 2 weeks and have yet to find somewhere I'll return. The salon is filthy. The pedicure chairs are disgusting; cracked, dirty, discolored. The nail tech tables are horrible as well, they appear to not have been cleaned in years. I had gel polish that needed removed. The woman used a drill, then put my hand in a glass container that crumbled my hand up and wasn't meant to soak nails? The ridges where the lid should be was cutting into my hand. The woman then started scrapping the remaining nail polish off, WITH HER FINGERNAIL. She was cutting into my nail beds. She then stuck my hand into the tea tree dish again. She started painting my nails and the polish from my last manicure was still on there. I told her I wasn't happy with that and she asked me to pick a darker color. It was a horrible experience all around and I will not return. read more

I walked into this nail salon and recieved no type of acknowledgment what so ever. There was 4 people getting pedicures so I sat down and waited as I'm a patient person and figured no one was at a good stopping point to look away to say hello. One women was also waiting before me who I asked if anyone had spoke to her, and apparently it was not just me. Well, 40 minutes goes by with nothing. We came in late as a walk in. A group of 4 needing manicures and pedicures. They were very nice and did a job well done. They quickly sat us down and started to work. We were very pleased and plan to come back. The prices are reasonable as well. read more

Filthy! How does anyone get their nails done in this place? I'd be worry about infections!

This was the worst place ever. My advice keep driving to a nail shop worth your time and money. I went in to get a gel polish change at 8 pm. By 3:30pm the next day most of the polish had peeled off! Don't waste your time or money! Go to a real nail salon. read more

Unfortunately this nail salon won't be frequented anymore by anyone in my family. I had to go up to this salon because my granddaughter was accosted by people--she said they were from the salon. She was red in the face and her hair was not looking good. She said they pulled her hair. If this happens they need cameras in the area because it was in front of the salon--oh there was a camera--but was pointing the other way. SAD!! Not a good place, and apparently not safe-- AND I think they have 2 other locations???!!! read more

When I walked into the salon I was immediately welcomed and helped. All I needed was a quick color change and the woman doing my nails went above that filing, buffing, and massaging my feet with oil. I love the color and the paint job was real quality. read more

This was the worst experience I ever had at a nail salon. Me and my friend went to get a fill and a design and every one of my nails is a different shape and different length. When I tried to explain that to the lady that was doing my nails she didn't understand enough English to understand what I was saying. Then when she asked me to pick out a color I pointed to one color and said I like that then she picks up the color and rushes back to her seat and says you come now I told her I wasn't finished picking out my design and she huffed and puffed. Then I showed her the design and she says we don't have that I can't do that. Then she says you just sit and was putting some random color on my fingers that I didn't even pick up! I don't understand why they were rushing me and my friend when they weren't even busy! They suck, don't go there ever!!! And they were just so rude, didn't even say thank you when we were done. They acted as if they didn't care whether we got our nails done there or not. read more
