Poor customer service. Got my nails painted on a Saturday, requested SNS, my polished was chipped and cracked the very next day. Returned Monday for a repair, was told my tech wasn't present and asked if I could just come back the following Monday. Eventually someone assisted, but not willingly. Fast forward to 5 days later, my gel toe polish is cracked and peeling. I called and was hung up on. I returned for a repair, was told again that my tech wasn't present. Visiting family in town and decided to run in for a basic manicure-soak, cuticle care and regular polish. Got no soak, several nails filed crookedly and no cuticle oil or lotion. Didn't get the color I asked for after choosing it. What I did get was painted cuticles. While checking out the manager saw my face and knew I wasn't happy. He sent me to another tech who wasn't happy that she had to fix a mistake. Their stations were unclean and I don't think their tools had been sterilized. What a nightmare. read more

Had gel on finger nails and regular polish on toes here. One coat was put on toes. Could see right through. Finger nails from them using the machine to get the gel polish off I already had on damaged my nails. Never had this happen before. My nails are actually splitting. The gel was so thin and my nail beds were so thin from drilling the original gel polish off my nails are a mess. This salon is RACIST! I've been going there for about two years, approximately three times a year. I never quite felt welcomed there. The only person that made me feel welcomed was the one white nail tech that works there. They also find reasons to charge different prices for different people and incomplete services for certain people. When I brought to their attention that I was unfairly charged they made no effort to correct it. Hope they spend it well because they will never get another dime from me or anyone else I know. Asked if they could remove an acrylic nail from my toenail for a doctors appointment the next day. Was told they could do it and was directed to a chair. A lady comes and starts working on my nail and another lady comes up yelling at me because the service I need is too hard on them. This place was decent. I went in with my mom - we both got a pedicure and she got a fill while I got a solar nail set. The nail techs were great - we both got finished fairly quickly and the work was nearly flawless. When we got our toes done, the work lacked. My nail polish was great and my tech was excellent; however, my mother's nail polish on her toes had already cracked by the time we got home. I also decided to get my eyebrows done and had a less than pleasant experience. My eyebrows were not brushed prior or after being waxed, and nothing was used to trim the wild hairs on my eyebrows. I will start by saying this is a nice looking salon. You would not guess from the outside decor. The salon is spacious and looks like it can accommodate a crowd. I came for a pedicure and there was no wait. They had two options, regular and deluxe pedicures. I opted for the regular since this was my first visit. The staff was nice and courteous. However, I did feel like it was rushed. I was asked to pay prior to my service being completed. The polish was very thick so it never dried completely...ending in my freshly done nails taking some scrapes over an hour late. read more

Pedicure done by a female was not bad and I was fairly pleased, it all went downhill after. After the pedicure she told me to sit at chair 15 for my manicure. I waited for someone then they told me to move to chair 7. Another customer had just got up and nothing had been wiped down at that station. There was also still a hand towel on the station that had the other customers nail clippings on them. I was sitting sideways waiting for the nail tech to clean the station. He sat down and told me I could turn around, at that time I asked him if he could change the towel and clean the station. He removed the dirty towel and sprayed the desk. The entire time even with the previous customer he wore the same gloves, never once changing them. The manicure was also not impressive, the gel polish has rough edges, bubbles and spots where dust was still on my nails when they were polished. If I hadn't already been grossed out by the lack of cleanliness I would've had them fix it especially when paying $80 for service. Went there couple days ago and asked for simple nails the man that was helping me got my acrylics on and then proceeded to do a totally different color than I asked for I told him twice it was wrong and then another employee had to step in and tell him it was wrong. Went today for the first time for a Gel Shellac that was posted as $20. The lady asked if I wanted a Gel Manicure and I said no Gel Shellac and they kept asking me about the manicure and I said no I just want Gel Shellac. So she does my nails and still gives me a manicure and then charges me for it all for $30. I argued her down telling her I didn't ask for that and she said that I should've told her when she was doing it and that it was already done. I was so surprised at how they price. They want $15 extra if you get a fill-in with gel nail polish. People, it is nail polish! It isn't worth $15 just for polish. Then, when you go back, they want $5 to take off the nail polish, then a charge for the fill-in, and another charge for the polish. Seen post about treating a customer racist while they didn't know a current customer of another race was their friend and was witnessing how they treated her. They didn't know they were visiting together. Their previous customer, became their ex customer on that visit after recommending them to the friend for her first time visit. Personal experience, was charged for a service I did not receive and did not know that until returning within 24 hours due to nails cracking. They refused to do the full set over and only mend the cracked ones, so ended having to return again due to others cracking. Had to return two times after the initial visit and each time they were extremely rude and after second time they asked me to never return. No fear, for I am a working professional, and I would never talk to my patients or anyone else in that manner. If you want a business to charge you for services you didn't receive along with the poor services you did receive, poor quality work, and be treated disrespectful and rude, then they are your place of business. read more

The girl slapped the wax on, did not gently press the strip on but she slapped it on and hit it, then she ripped the strip off so hard and fast that it pulled skin off and I am bleeding! I have had my eyebrows waxed for 20 years and I have never experienced anything like this. It took her less than 2 minutes to do it all. The absolute worst experience I've ever had and I will never go back. She did not even get all of the hairs, but ripped my skin off. Unacceptable. read more

I asked the guy tony to not use a drill on my nails and he repeatedly kept trying until he drilled a hole an open hole on my finger. He rushed and tried to use gel on products on my dip application. It was ok, the salon looks awesome but some of the staff seem rushed which can come off as rude. I had a mani-pedi and eyebrows done. The mani pedi was great but the agent who did my eyebrows was rude. I was never shown the finished product until I found a Mirror myself, she also left sanitizer and wax over both my eye brows, she just walked away and said have a nice day. I have been a customer for several year. I ignore their attemps to " upsell" their more expensive services and LOVE Sam, the owner who remembers every customers name and preferences. I'm not terribly "picky" but Friday, I ended up with a VERY RUDE, rough tech ( "7 station) Vikko? who cut one nail noticably crooked. He then proceeded to argue with me and tell me that my finger was crooked. I asked the customer next to me what she thought and she agreed that the nail was crooked. Vikko? or whomever then suggested that I wait for Sam to do my nails (which meant probably another 45 minutes which I didn't have.) I have had my nails done by every male tech there but have NEVER had such a bad experience! Oh.. and the young, spiky haired guy kept talking in Vietnamese about me, I'm sure. How do these people NOT know how rude that is? He filed the highest side down but my nail is STILL crooked .. and now my thumb nail is shorter than the other nine. I told Steve when I left that I NEVER wanted that cocky, rude azz guy to touch me again! Steve needs to send him back home before the guy hurts his business worse! read more
