Nail Passion was 2 minutes from my hotel so I decided to give it a try based on the feedback provided and WOW. Quite possibly one of the best nail salons I've tried! I was greeted warmly and whisked right back to a chair where two techs worked on my hands and feet simultaneously. Both were professional and meticulous which I love. I'm on vacation here in Naples, and decided to treat myself to a pedicure. It was amazing! Services just aren't the same in LA. She really knew what she was doing, my feet have never felt better. I really enjoyed the menthol mask she used on my calves and feet. And she did an amazing job grooming, shaping and painting my toes. I felt like she really looked after me, instead of rushing me out like they do back home. The quality was completely unexpected compared to my previous experiences. Discovered this salon after researching a pedi location for 3 girls on a girls trip to Naples. This place did not disappoint. The staff was wonderful and paid close attention to detail. Absolutely one if the best pedicures I have had. The hot rocks leg/foot massage was amazing. We liked our experience so much we went back the next day for mani's. In a world with so many options for mani/pedi's this place stood out and I would not consider going anywhere else when I return to Naples. Very well done!! read more

I am giving an updated review. I had been going there approximately for 2 years. My last visit 2 1/2 months ago was an extremely bad experience. As the technician Don was scrubbing with the pumice like brush he rubbed too hard and it hurt. When I got home I noticed he had scrubbed away skin and I was bleeding. Long story short I got an infection and was put on antibiotics. Needless to say I am never going there again as Don didn't even make me aware that he had torn away some skin. I hesitated to write this but decided I would want to know if this happened to someone. read more

Visiting from California and was looking forward to a sunny weekend. Ended up here on thunderstorm weekend and decided to go get a mani and pedi instead of a boat ride in the rain. I yelped and found nail passion. Clean, friendly and great shellac mani and pedi. I called ahead and made an appointment. Helen did both my mani and pedi. She was very detailed and nice. If I could give them negative stars I would! Happened to be in the area, and they told me a price on the phone, and then when you check out they charge you MUCH more! Should have been $30 that they quoted me (I have paid $35 for exactly the same in other places) When I checked out he charged me $50 with some stupid story about why it was an additional $20! Such BS! And it was not a great job, and received no hand massage at the end or anything! NEVER EVER go there! Rip off. There are plenty of other much better nail salons in Naples and Bonita Springs! read more

This is an immaculate salon, in fact, looks pristine and unused. Instruments are autoclaved and plastic liners replaced in tubs. The manicurists are sweet and professional. Received a lengthy hand massage (not cursory). Love my gel manicure! Thanks "Helen"! read more

We had a very disturbing experience here-cannot recommend. Extremely arrogant rude customer service. Because we had one person in a wheelchair in our party and were a few minutes late, they refused to keep our full appointments that we had made in advance and had also called to confirm. Would only do my manicure but kept getting up to answer her phone. Find somewhere else-there are a million choices on Tamiami! read more

Another salon really did a sloppy job and screwed up my nails pretty bad, however she completely fixed them for me (got gels filled and BEAUTIFUL nail art). I have been going to Nail Passion for 3 years now. The owners, Don & Helen, couldn't be more gracious or accommodating. And, they give wonderful manicures & pedicures. I was present today when the lady who just posted a very negative review was there. She was frustrated & angry when they couldn't perform all the services she was seeking, but the reason that they couldn't was because she & her mother ( in a wheelchair) & a sister were not "a few" minutes late, but 20 minutes late. They did take care of her mother, & her sister got a manicure& & she herself had a pedicure - but because there was not time enough before their next appointments, she did not get her manicure. She insulted them with some statement about their inability to sympathize with those who have to deal with wheelchairs, which was a hurtful & vindictive thing. I hope that anyone reading her comments will take all of this into account & will certainly give Nail Passion a try. BUT- do make an appointment ( it's Naples in the height of the Season, for goodness sake!) - and do try to be on time read more

This was my first time at Nail Passion and they made every effort to find an appointment for me as a walk-in. The staff were very kind and showed me the ropes while helping me relax very quickly. A pedicure, followed by a manicure, at Nail Passion is perhaps the most reasonably priced service combo in town! My only complaint was the massage chair that came with no instructions. It was very uncomfortable and distracting. Once they showed me how to lower the intensity, I was able to relax again. I would be here weekly if I lived closer. read more
