Used to get pedicures once or twice a year. Then divorce and covid; my feet were in need of some serious help. GF and I were leaving on a birthday trip to North Carolina. Start to finish it was a pleasant experience overall but not worth the $200 spent. I'm focusing on me and my feet in particular for the moment. There was spots I attempted to convey that needed the most work with minor avail. We all have sore spots right? That's really what was needed here. Some adjacent help in translation, but it was just business as usual with the half Home Depot / Dental 2000 spinney Dremel esque tool. I've witnessed other customers come in when their nail tech wasn't in receive repairs but I've been turned away twice. This is the only nail salon I've ever seen that charges to cut or file down your finger and toenail when getting a pedicure and manicure/SNS fill. My nails are never even 1/3 long and they always charge me. I found out from a receptionist that once wore their, the nail techs only impose these charges on some customers. I've been going there for more than 6 years. I was going there before the current owners purchased the salon from the previous owner. For the most part, the nail techs do a decent job. I just don't like hopping from one salon to the other. I have a remedy for this outrageous charge. read more

The lady that worked there told me to try Ivy because she did her nails, and ever since that day I fell in love she did the two color split French tip and I couldn't stop looking at my hands. Never knew they charged to cut nails down and take off gel polish when you're already getting a fill in. My total was $155 for a pedicure and fill w/ gel polish smh.! I will NEVER go back. read more

I got a full acrylic set short & almond shaped with a French manicure design. And the basic pedicure $30. I told them no gel but I'm assuming I got charged for gel seeing as my grand total came to $110. So that means my acrylic set came out to $80 & barely lasted a week. I've had longer nails when working in the restaurant industry last much longer & had overall great quality at a better price point. Also some of the staff who work there are rude. Ivy is an absolute all-star! She has done my pedicure the last three times. I think she's absolutely fabulous. I used to do my own nails (self taught and wayyy slower than a professional but overall great at it) but started coming in because I don't have the time for it anymore. Met Ivy and she's fantastic. I'm a positive poster. I don't only write negative reviews. With that being said, the lavender pedicure was nice. For $40 the guy was very thorough. Very thorough. As in, it took 90 minutes. I was OK with that though because at least it wasn't rushed and he took his time. The VIP room is nice and relaxing. They give you water. The remainder of my visit sucked. Even when I walked in the door. No greeting, everyone just stared. I should have taken that as a red flag and walked right back out. My nail tech, Johnny, was very rushed, aggressive, and overall not very good. (+ to add: he does not wash his hands after coming in for a smoke break + left me at the nail table for 10+ minutes while he got up to do something unrelated to my nails) I left with the worst full set I've ever had in my life and screwed up nail beds to go along with it. Not impressed with my regular gel manicure. The polish is sheer pink so it's hard to see but the the gel polish is bleeding into my nail beds. welp, I'm not sure how it happened. stepped in for a pedi, and it all started out fine.... didn't want salt scrub, but got one anyway. didnt want gel, came at me with it anyway....I said no. given color choice for gel so couldn't match a color I wanted... so settled on a pink I didn't like.... and then noticed she started painting without cutting nails or cuticles.. so I realized I would be leaving with long toenails with ragged cuticles, painted a horrible pink. I love this place! It's a little pricey for a mani/pedi but the perks you get are well worth the extra $$$. They set you up in a nice chair (with clean and bagged bowls), a drink of your choice (wine, hot tea, coke/sodas or water), and give you a hot bean bag for your neck. It's very relaxing! Then you get to pick from various types of pedicures with multiple options, ranging in price from $25 to $60. I love that you can select up to 6 options for your pedi. They do a the full spectrum of services. I love getting SNS here, and I won't allow anyone else to touch my eyebrows!! I've been going here for years now and love it. They are so willing to fix issues, at no extra cost. For example, I had SNS done one week and a week later the color kept shattering. I went in three times and they fixed it each nail without a word. I was In there for 4 hours with my mom and daughter. We got pedicures and I had to get a fill and color change. We waited to be seated, then waited at the chair for someone to start our pedicures. Then I waited at the nail station for awhile. He said he can do the design I showed him but he couldn't. After seeing him trying I told him to forget about and just use some glitter on my ring finger. He had to have the owner help him because he had already mess the other side up. My friend and I arrived here looking for a place to get our nails done. We saw decent ratings for nail passion spa on Google however that was not the case. John was the one that helped me today he was very clumsy I asked for a different nail polish color on each nail and after I had organized it for him and told him what I wanted on each finger he still managed to mess that up. Then he tried blaming me for telling him the wrong colors but he kept on switching them out of order and even dropped one. He is very clumsy and not very sanitary. I requested a fresh towel since I am pregnant and don't want to risk getting Covid, they took the old towel that was at the station off but they never put a fresh one in. Also after painting the nails and after they looked somewhat decent John messed up the nail polish by filing off the tips and completely ruined the nails so that shows me that he is inexperienced. Then when my friend and I were about to pay the receptionist lady, she kept on rushing us to have us pay her and even after they had swiped our cards she kept on demanding the receipt for the tip even though we were literally about to give it to her soon. Receptionist was very rude. Already a bad start. The pedicurist was jerky and not careful with the cuticle cleaning, resulting in a lot of unnecessary pain. At one point she was trying to pull out the entire side of my nail (think of it as creating AND pulling a new hang nail) which was fully unnecessary. I never have cuticle problems in my toes. I told her it hurt and got a sheepish smile back and continued pain. When she painted my nail, she would try to clean up the sides by digging her fingernail in to my raw cuticles - which would've been almost fine if her fingernails weren't SQUARE. The corner digging into my raw cuticles was painful to the max. The polish wasn't clean, and my toes were raw, and I didn't feel clean after she rubbed the mud mask off of legs. I'm severely disappointed and would never recommend coming here. 2 stars for offering drinks and for the quiet vip room. read more

Such a great experience each time! My first time I had the pleasure of meeting Nhi. She was doing my pedicure. I was looking to also get a manicure for an event I had later that day. She wasn't able to give me one but told me I was in good hands with her brother. They both did such a wonderful job! I was looking forward to seeing Nhi again but today was her day off. My sister was in town and wanted to treat me so we ended up still going to passion nails. We were once again treated so nice. This nail salon has transitioned into an "All About Money" establishment. This is the second visit within 45 days and disappointed. First time the pedicure was rushed, and service was nothing near spa quality. Will have you wait for 40 mins after telling you at the reception counter only 15. Be careful with what they say the price is. Will say one price, but it will be with the tip added. I love the design concept of the salon. The pedicure area consist of two sections. A regular section and a VIP section. I am a huge fan of the VIP section. It's a quiet area where you can get more a luxury pedicure. They also do great on gel nails. I wish they offer more regular nail polish colors to choose from. I would recommend another salon because this one lacks "passion" like they state within their name. I went in for a simple French Tip Shellac treatment, I was seated, and with a technician upon walking in which was great, but as soon as my treatment began the gentlemen started rushing through my entire set. Tugging & pulling my hands wherever he wanted my body to be, and seemed to have a "just get it done" attitude. It made me incredibly anxious the whole time because I felt as though he was rushing to get done with me to get to another client seated behind me getting a pedicure. I didn't feel like I could even talk to him because I felt so anxious that at this point I couldn't wait for him to stop to be honest. I even asked if he'd place a spider on each ring finger for the holiday, and he did nothing of the sort. At the end he drenched my arms and hands in oil and rushed through what's suppose to be a relaxing hand massage then proceeded to charge me $40 for a half-a$$ job & Uneven lines. I would give this place zero stars if I could! I got a pedicure where he damn near scraped the heel of my foot off with the pumice stone and didnt notice when I would flinch. Then when I showed him he says "so sorry", "that's why I didnt use this" and shows me what looks like a cheese grater. If he had been paying attention he would have known my skin is already soft. He also gave me sores next to my big toe by using cuticle cutters to cut skin right next to my nail until I had nothing and was about to bleed. Then I got the neck massage added thinking that would feel great. I feel like he was slapping me the whole time and ended up bruised under my shoulder blades! read more
