That said, they randomly closed almost a week ago and told us nothing. There's a paper sign on the door and a generic FB message citing "circumstances beyond their control." Have written to them, called multiple times... no response. I get it, things happen sometimes... but many of us are on recurring monthly memberships and pay a decent chunk of $ for a service we cannot use. I've disputed the 1/2 month charge that I'm out because of the sudden closure, and have reported to my CC company that no other charges should be allowed BUT I shouldn't have to do this. Someone should tell us something. There's a loyal customer base waiting for answers. Guess we have to take our business elsewhere...

If you're like me- when I live in a city- I'd like to have 'my team' as close as possible- because a nearby commute is always lovely. HOWEVER- I'm also known for driving up to 95-minutes (one-way) for a service/treatment that's going to have me walking away SATISFIED & feeling better about myself. Well after moving to Temple, TX- i found myself driving to Austin, TX (monthly)- in search of a Skincare Specialist whom i *TRUSTED to perform facials & treatments on my skin; because I couldn't find anyone nearby I personally felt was consistent with giving me more than I expect- at a good price (considering my commute and all)... And thats why- after I find a skincare place- I join their 'membership' (hoping they offer one) to save on services & products. I stumbled across Royal Love Beauty Spa in Temple, TX; But the lack of reviews had me nervous to give them a try... I didn't want to pay for a service that'll have me walking away from, feeling like they only washed my face! Lol!.. Anyways- I'm THANKFUL that I gathered enough courage to go there- because you just can't trust ANYONE with your skin!.. And after a few months of going there- i can honestly say, I've received the BEST care for my skin than I've ever had in Austin, Harker Heights, Dallas, Beverly Hills (CA), ETCccc! My Specialist is Samantha. And she'll have your skin in the healthiest state it's ever been. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her & her amazing staff. Their professionalism is phenomenal. You'll walk away not feeling like 'a client'- but also, 'a family member'. They offer Tanning (which i don't use because of my natural color); Lash & Brow services; Facials; Detoxification services; Weight-loss treatments; Wraps; Waxing; Permanent Cosmetics; Gift/Product shop; Etc... I can't tell you whether or not- if they offer a membership. But at the affordable price list (cheaper than most)- i never thought to even inquire about it. LADIES... I promise you will eventually tell your man/woman/person to give 'gift cards' from here for future presents... Or- maybe you could surprise a friend or Loved-one with one yourself... I canceled my membership last year it's honestly it's a nightmare to get the contract canceled. So I opted for a single tan. if you work in 48 states Like I do... You'll discover .... every location is different. You never get what you paid for. Every location is a franchise and they're all different so if you have a maxed out package walking into a new location they will not give you what you paid for you'll get mid tier at best. Somehow in the future I wish you guys could get a system that would collaborate and tie all your franchises in. That way your customers truly get what they paid for instead of copious amounts of disappointment. Please do better.

I purchased a single session with the intention of exploring a membership, and was simply told "it's $14", no introduction to the bed besides letting me know I may not see as much color, no walk through, nothing. I had to ask questions about which beds were mainly UVA and UVB and felt like I was bothering her. To top it off, there was lotion on the wall in the room I went into, which is a pretty basic cleaning standard that shouldn't be overlooked. When I finished my session and asked about membership options, I was told "it's on our website." That's it. I understand that information lives online these days, but a simple brochure with pricing or friendly conversation goes a long way. Referring a potential new member to a website instead of taking 60 seconds to engage with them is not good customer service...and I say that as someone who managed a tanning salon for five years. I know what the standard looks like, and this wasn't it. Wasted time and money. It's genuinely disappointing because I want to support businesses like this one and my mother in law was even going to come back with me so we could both get memberships, but I probably won't be returning unless they improve customer service. Of course, it's frizzy, you didn't use any product & you just barely dried it!! Then when you go to check out, thoroughly disgusted, they will charge you DOUBLE what they quoted when you came in. I am a blonde, not a red head. After she rinsed it, I could see that it was RED. She said, "No, it's just your scalp is red." Come on woman, I can see it with my own eyes!! Afterward I went to another salon & asked them, is this auburn? They all agreed it was. If you look at a horse, but tell everyone it's a butterfly, it's still going to be a horse. Then I go to pay & it's bait & switch. Instead of the $65 color quoted, suddenly it's $110. Then when you talk to the owner Angela and ask her to fix it, she will make it obvious that she DOES NOT CARE!!! "You didn't make clear what you wanted.". Lies, deception, rip off !!!! Now I have to go to my mother's funeral with dark auburn hair Level 5 when I am a blonde Level 8!!! I will have to have color correction & that is another $200.
