The nail technician insisted on doing my manicure while standing over me as I was getting my pedicure, which felt awkward and rushed. During the manicure, she cut my finger. When I asked if they had any antibacterial cream or antiseptic to apply, I was told they didn't have any and that "it would be fine." It was not fine. My finger became infected, and I ultimately had to see a medical professional and have part of my fingernail removed because of the infection. Looking back, I wish I had read the reviews before choosing this salon. I was shocked to see that other customers have reported similar experiences.
