Once my color went on several coats I realized it wasn't the same as the number I picked, despite it being the number I chose. The colors do not match up for the gels unfortunately. I chose navy and ended up with a teal color. It was still beautiful but not when you are expecting navy. I hope they are just through opening pains, because I don't want to give up on them, but overall just unenthused about our experience.

I started with the pedicure, and was placed in a massage chair. Minus the star for that: it was the most uncomfortable massage I have ever had from a chair, and was actually a little painful at times. The pedicure was lovely. I have extremely ticklish feet, and the tech never got me once! From there I was moved out into "general pop" and received my manicure. Again, a lovely experience. I had artificial nails put on where needed, and opted for a dip powder. Best decision ever! My nails didn't show any signs of wear for at least a month! It felt unnecessary and honestly quite humiliating. On top of that, the colors I specifically asked for were not done, which was frustrating after already feeling judged. The overall tone and attitude made the experience feel unwelcoming and embarrassing. They also have the tools in "sterilized packets" and they are not as evidenced by not seeking the color seal To make matters worse, when I still chose to leave a tip, a comment was made implying it wasn't enough. That was the final straw. I left feeling embarrassed and disrespected. No one should feel that way while trying to enjoy a simple self-care service. I would not recommend going here if you expect to be treated kindly or professionally.
