After two visits for basic pedicures, I am satisfied. The first time, I didn't know what I was doing and just said nail polish. Then sat there after the polish waiting for a hot minute. Ended up asking the girl next to me if I was good to go and she said yes. So, they don't communicate all too well. Paid 30 I believe. The next time, requested the same, but I got the towel wrap and lower leg massage somehow. Not complaining. Was charged 35. Funny thing is they never scraped my big toe side(first time either) but did sand my heel. Regardless, overall, I though pedicures cost 50 or so so I've been satisfied with my experiences. read more

Like all Nail Salons, services provided are pretty standard & usually established by either Vietnamese or Korean. This one is by the Vietnamese. Being my crafted-self, I specifically selected colors to harmonize the combination I've been going thru thoroughly from both online and they're samples provided. During my pedicure session, the lady would not shut up & kept whining in Viet. Even though I didn't comprehend a single word, it was extremely unprofessional to mouth on someone in front of their face; while servicing them. To top it off, it was my first time @ their location & also the first step of spa service. Not only was she rude; she didn't know how to design for the life of her. I was really frustrated... I just had the pleasure of having a pedicure done by Stephen at Nail Season II. This was my first experience and I'm already looking forward to coming back. I walked in because it was a Saturday afternoon and I was surprised that they were not busy. There were only two customers there when I walked in. So I got help right away. It was a hot day and Steven immediately asked if I wanted something to drink and I actually did. He brought me a cold bottle of water. And we were off to a great start. Stephen took great care and making sure that my toes came out exactly how I wanted. I am so very pleased with the entire experience at the salon. I just moved to the area and found this place from great reviews. I was welcomed warmly and offered to look at a new color collection which surprised me, because most of my experiences im always having to seek out the color wheels etc. Tina did a great job on my gel manicure, however I wish she had painted the nail closer to the cuticle and there is an awkward looking gap. Tim did my spa pedicure #5 and OH MY GOODNESS, the best pedicure I have ever had. I'm really big on getting a great massage if I'm paying for more than a basic pedicure and he delivered. I've been wearing false nails for about 14 years, so when I tell you I ALWAYS come back here, I mean it. I have lousy hands for a manicure, stubby fingers with deep nail beds, bitten nails, sensitive cuticles. And Nail Season II always does it right. I felt like I needed to say this because, from the appearance, there are literally HUNDREDS of these places in Atlanta. Manicure, pedicure, acrylics, air brushing, etc. Prices are cheap to average, $15-and-up for a fill-in, so there's no clue from the price that you've just walked into one of the best places to get your nails done. "Susie" and her husband own the place, and they have a staff of regulars who really know their business. I've been coming here since I worked nearby in 1999. I had been paying almost twice as much to my "regular girl" before that, and I didn't realize, at first, what a gem I had discovered. However, I started learning. For a few years, whenever I found myself needing nail service, I would stop wherever it was convenient. I tried shops in Tucker, Atlanta, Alpharetta, Roswell, Cartersville, and Rome. Whenever I went anywhere else, I'd have problems that NEVER occurred at Nail Season II. My nails would "pop" off or not be filed down well enough at the edges. Worse, some of the nail techs would file carelessly, scraping my cuticles or fingers. The next time I needed my nails done, of course, I would be right back at Nail Season! I've rarely ever had a scrape, my nails never "pop" off spontaneously, and are always good for at least three weeks between fill-ins. They follow my instructions to the letter! Also, for those who want that sort of thing, waxing services are available; economical and only mildly embarrassing. :) IMPORTANT: Although Credit Cards are gladly accepted, you can't tip on your card, so be sure you have some cash for your tip! read more

I didn't write a review until I moved away from the area because it is truly a hidden gem. I loved this place and came approximately every 2-3 weeks. Granted, the only thing I ever came in for was acrylics and then eventually acrylics with gel overlay or airbrush. The older man in the front is amazing. He does amazing work, even when he is in a rush because there is a wait- he still does everything just as good. You can tell he has been doing this for a while and it seems to make him happy. Very talented with acrylics and airbrushing nails. His wife was also very pleasant and talented too. Have yet to find a place that rivals their nail services AT THEIR PRICES. Granted, there are many high priced shops close by with great services. But there is amazing value here. I highly recommend and miss this place! If I ever move back it will be regular once again. This place is a more talkative, active and busy spot, with two TVs always on playing a popular talk show or the atlanta news. I never minded it and everyone who I saw come was 90% regulars who I'm sure didn't mind it either. Just don't come in expecting a typical spa feel. But you will leave with quality nails! read more

I brought in gold flakes (gold leaf paper) and showed them a style I saw on Pinterest for my birthday nails! They didn't complain and figured out how to get to it. HORRIBLE!!! Stay away! I came bc I read the reviews. This place sucks. Dirty, messy as hell, unorganized and very unprofessional. Lady kept answering the phone, getting up to tend to others, stopping to do other stuff while trying to do my nails. On top of all that she rushed and was sloppy with filling my nails, and left the old polish I had on all my sides. The worse part of it all was she cut me twice with the drill. my favorite nail place in atlanta ! man- so far i've only gotten a manicure here- but it is THE BEST place i have ever been in all of atlanta. i have another appt this evening- for ten dollars you simply can't beat this place. in my opinion it is so much better than all the other expensive places. i had "nicki" and i made an appt with her bc she did such a brilliant job on my nails. i wanted them super short and got really dark red polish. it looked amazing. and she even came over to me while i was drying my nails to apply another top coat. i have gotten many compliments and it has lasted over a week- like 11 days. check it out if you're in the area! i'll never go back to nail talk and tan ( which was my default place!) or kim's ( which is horrible in my opinion) oh and i think a mani/spa pedi combo is $24 check it out and ask for Nicki! tell her steph sent ya :) **update just got mani/pedi - it was fabulous. and there is no extra charge for the spa pedi with massage chair. there is just one set price for pedicures. Since the first day they opened, I've been right there so well over 15 years now I think. NEVER WOULD CONSIDER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE. Susan, Ken and the whole staff are just wonderful. The prices are the best and you can get extras if you like...such as a neck massage, or extra time massaging your legs or extra time massaging your arms. I've now switched to GEL NAILS and that polish lasts so long. I love them all and like another reviewer said, they know their clients by name! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED. I'm always VERY happy with my manicures and pedicures from Nail Season II. The staff is always extremely friendly and polite, and the prices are fantastic. I've also gotten brow and lip waxes here a few times, and have been pleased with the results. One of my favorite technicians gives AMAZING leg rubs and neck rubs, which is always worth the extra cash ($1/minute) in my opinion, because if I add 5 minutes of leg rub and 5 minutes of neck rub (which gives my nails ample time to dry), it ends up only costing about the same price as other comparable salon manipedis in the area, but I leave feeling as relaxed as if I'd been to a pricey spa! Love them and recommend this place to all my girlfriends. read more

While visiting Nail Season II. I was very disappointed. They seemed to be a much older shop than the other neighboring shops in the area who either remodeled or were new all together. Upon entering I seen that the shop was pretty full so that eased my fears for a second. Where I'd thought "Maybe this is a neighborhood jewel". To make a long story short I had called ahead to see if they knew how to do designs by free hand, they said yes. They DIDN'T. It was awful. I was passed on to several different people who did a worse job on the designs than the previous one. They also did a pedicure on me that was pretty good but who can mess up a pedicure?! I was very unhappy with the results due to me going on vacation that I was excited about the next day. The only reason I budged on 2 stars was because the staff was warm, kind and welcoming but this shop and their inabilities to give me what I wanted put a small dent into how I'd imagined to look on vacation. I will never return nor recommend this place to anyone. read more

I have been to this location many times and two weeks ago is the last time I will ever go. I had the most painful and uncomfortable manicure I have ever had. For a week after my cuticles were red and swollen with flaps of skin showing, obviously she cut to an unhealthy level and damaged my cuticles, two weeks later I have a fungus on one of my nails which shows that a dirty tool was used. read more
