I have not been here since I updated my last review due to the horrible customer & nail service. My family brought me here for a belated birthday & graduation Blessing. Although the luxury pedicure & the young lady was great, the individual servicing my manicure was horrible. I had the Gel running over onto my cuticles, unaligned polishing, bubbling up & shaping was kids play. Two days later four of my nails started peeling off. I have had to return twice within a week to get my nails repaired. My return visit this past Monday, the owner ask for the phone number associated with the appointment. I informed him it was one of my relatives & inquired to why that was necessary. He opted not to respond, so I opted to take pictures. I informed him if he tries to charge the card, I would return with unaligned energy. I am so over businesses focusing more on the bottom dollar instead of extending basic customer service. Especially with an unwelcoming & condescending communicative tone. Now the Universe knows Mama Kat doesn't play that. Culture differences are irrelevant to basic kindness. I have informed my relative know as a safety measure to her credit card information. I will never return here...unless a new & customer service focused individual acquires this nail salon. I've had about 4-5 visit- mostly pedicures. It's true what some of the comments say- it's hit or miss - but when yu find the right technician- all bets are off. And I found her! Go to Helen- she's is bar none the absolute best. She's done both my pedi and mani...and both are exceptional. I get my pedi's every 3-4 wks like clockwork and get the traditional polish. Her polish stands up perfectly. And if you're indecisive with your colour...ask her for her recommendation...she's suggested the perfect summer red(Ferrari red)...and I was not disappointed. That means they charged $110+ for a natural nail fill with minimal art. There was no pricing transparency, no breakdown of costs, and the final receipt was vague and incomplete. This was not my first salon experience, and I've never been charged this much for so little. If you value honesty, transparency, or fair pricing, I cannot recommend this place. read more

1.25.24 -- I've been coming here for a while and my manicures with Cici are consistent. However, I've tried way too many technicians for pedicures that just can't get it right. Either they can shape, but don't know how to polish. Or can polish, but don't know how to shape. Or are good, but extremely rude. I wanted to try one more person that was highly recommended. He was very sweet and kind. However, the polish was clunky and far from neat. I asked if someone else could polish and the manager did not recommend nor help to find someone else to do it. I politely asked the person to stop and remove the polish. I'll finish it elsewhere. I'm never returning back here. read more

The space definitely feels lavish and rich! Upon entering and sitting down they ask if you want water,soda or wine. i booked this nail salon because they were the nearest location that offered gel x as a service. The nail tech, Anna, began fitting my nails with the extensions but took a very long time. She tried to proceed without ANY sort of nail prep. When i asked for my cuticles to be treated, she even charged me an added $10. got the sloppiest cuticle work, exactly as depicted, leff in worse shape than before and since my visit, they've stayed dry and rough and peel into hangnails constantly. i have NEVER gotten a full set from a nail salon that didn't already include prep. that's wild. she did not even push them back. it's been exactly a week since my visit and the regrowth looks as if i had this set for 3 weeks. This took anna more than 2 hours... for a basic pink and white set. which she also charged +$15 for and an extra $5 for the stickers I brought in myself. and when i was asking her to put more of MY OWN decals she acted very stingy towards me and basically ignored me to rush me out. the application was bad too, they sit on my nails bumpy and not flat. my nail shapes itself are at different lengths, and she managed to botch a basic coffin shape. i had to keep asking her to file them skinnier which bothered her. had i not been looking, she really was gonna let me leave with squares and coffins like dude. and how do you not know how to make coffin nails? somehow the total charge was $95 + tip. i wouldn't pay $1 for these nails and now they're stuck on me. management was horrible to me. told me no refunds, only $5 credit like why are u talking to me like i'm stupid? manager who RUNS a nail salon told me my nails look fine. perfect. no shame. the other manager, he tried to take a pic of my nails from afar, probably to counter me if i filed a dispute with my credit card company, and i did. i've never had a worse experience in my life. honestly kinda devastating knowing i spent 2 hours and $100+ for this foolishness. read more

I was in the area and desperately needed to get my nails done because of a break. I was happy they were able to take me as a walk-in. The lady who did my nails was friendly and did a good job for basic SNS. Oddly, as she was finishing, she began to set up the gel light as if she was going to put gel polish over my SNS. I had to tell her I didn't want that. I've been getting SNS for 4-5 years and I've never once had someone try to put gel on top. Had I let her I'm sure she would have charged me an additional $20. It seemed like an obvious money grab and I was immediately turned off. For that reason alone, I probably won't return. read more

She kept mentioning it multiple times, and It kinda made me feel bad for her, so I did it, but I usually don't do that. I never get gel on my toes because I do French tip. 2) She never mentioned that they charge an extra fee for French tips when you use wayyyy less polish than painting the whole toe. She said it's 15$ extra for gel but charged me 20$. Peter made my SNS ombré + accent nail dreams come true! He was extremely detailed yet efficient, a true professional. I have also gotten a few great pedicures there. I love that they have a color book to choose from for the regular polishes so I don't have to awkwardly stand by a wall of polishes in a fit of indecisive awkwardness like I usually do at other salons. While the space and aesthetics of this salon are very pristine, services do not meet the same standards. Have come for several things, pedicures, acrylic/sns. The ladies doing the pedicures are not very thorough and you have to ask them to file multiple times to get the shape you'd like. There were a few times the shape was still uneven. I got my acrylic/sns done when they first opened by Peter, who was great, however he is no longer there and when attempted to try again with a new person, the quality fell flat. Nails were bumpy and did not last more than 1.5 weeks. With so many other salons in the area, I will most likely not return and try somewhere else. read more

I would rate lower if that were possible. i arrived this morning 7 minutes past the posted opening time, fully aware this is a holiday weekend and was unsure what to expect. A sincere greeting is what I consider normal behavior when a customer enters your business. It was early Saturday morning, so a smile or hello. I was greeted with "Do you have an appointment?" in a manner which was a total turn off. I was offered an appointment later that evening, I took it and arrived 5 minutes early. The reception did not change. The person who was apparently going to perform my services looked at me from the floor upward and muttered something indicating it was my turn with her. I stood up and left. Customer service is on the top of my list, directly under cleanliness. I had a full and eventful work week, yet I refrained from throwing up any unpleasantness on anyone in their establishment. As a customer I demand that same level of restraint, in addition to courteous, friendly, respectful treatment. Period. There are many good nail salons in Atlanta. Your behavior was so very different during the pandemic and your loyal customers kept supporting you. read more

I simply do not understand such lack of customer service...it's FREE. Nail salons are a dime a dozen and not having good service is a good way to drive your business into the ground. I asked for pressure during my massage and was told no because I wasn't buying extra time? I didn't want more time, just some actual pressure.
