Having a girls day in Waco and looked up a random nail salon and ended up here. It wasn't the worst but I won't be going back that's for sure. The man that was working on my mani pedi was very rough and rude. I got regular polish on my toes that I could have done better myself at home. I got glitter dip on my fingers and he completely messed them up. I felt like taking the tools away from him and filing them down myself... I asked if he was going to smooth the top down and he tried saying "that's just how it is with glitter dip." I've gotten glitter dip since I was 15 so I know damn well thats not "just how it is" SMH very disappointed. read more

This was a fantastic place! We are from out of town and i needed a fill in. The atmosphere here is beautiful and welcoming, wine served while we were getting service. I also decided to get a pedi with paraffin wax which was a great idea. I would highly recommend this place for locals and out of tow SRs. read more

I'm very disappointed in my nails. I went on Dec 29th 2023 and asked for a fairly simple design. I completely understand if a design is not within an artist ability but I'd prefer to be told that instead of just saying yes to get an extra buck. I will say they offered to fix them but that was my only day off to get them done so I was not able to go in. The design wasn't the only problem, today is January 5th 2023 and I've had 3 nails fall off, not break just fall of with no pain or pull. I've never had nails fall off after only a week usually they last 3-4 weeks and even then they're hard to remove. The atmosphere was great and I've been here before with other nail artist that were great but the service I received this time was awful. Plus I told them I didn't like the design cause it's not what I wanted but I still paid full price for them which just made me more upset. I'd recommend going but not with the nail artist I was with, don't know his name but he was the older gentleman. read more

I'm really shocked with how bad my nails and cuticles looked after my visit. The attached photos were taken in the parking lot after leaving the salon. The polish is thick, uneven, and has bubbles while my cuticles are a mess. My nail tech was very nice and gentle, but the quality of the polish and resulting look leaves so much to be desired. So far this is my favorite nail salon to go to. Everything always looks nice and clean so I never worry about the hygiene of the place. When I make an appointment, they're always ready or ready within a few minutes for me unlike a lot of other salons I've been to that seem to prioritize walk ins over appointments. I got my nails done here before my wedding and they held up for bridals a week and a half before the wedding without growing out too much to where it was too noticeable and without any nails popping off. The day before my wedding my bridal party and some family came in to get mani pedis before the wedding and everyone was well taken care of. It can be a little pricey depending on what you're getting but you definitely get what you pay for. read more

Have been coming here for gel pedis and am always satisfied. Yesterday was my first time getting my nails done here and (at my own fault for waiting too long for a fill) SOME of my nails were lifting. The gentleman suggested I go ahead and do a new set so I agreed. He then used a thin metal tool to pop all of my nails off, it was pretty uncomfortable especially since only a handful were lifted. I got through it and my new set does look nice (I get an ombré) but then when I went to check out, I had a charge for $15 for "soak off nails". read more

Chau had amazing attention to detail, shaped my nails really nice, explained the process very well, and overall did a great job. I was so tired by the end of it that I didn't care how my nails looked. I get my nails done pretty regularly but this was my first time at this place. Tia & Lina were great! We were able to book 2 pedicures last minute on v-day weekend! Called once and it went straight to vm but I go through the 2nd time. The salon itself is very nice, everyone was very friendly, apparently pricey for the area but price matched the value imo. Highly recommend the posh pedicure (extra massages!). I sent a chat via Facebook messenger. It has showed that the message was received. Again, no one has reached out. I have previously been to Posh & Co's other location and tried out to downtown location today for the first time. Upon entering the design is chic, new, and comfortable. I made a reservation the day before for pedicures for my friend and I. I got a gel pedicure with some rhinestones and Dayani did an amazing job- exactly how I wanted. Posh may be pricier than some places but you definitely get the quality that you pay for! read more

The lady's there are so sweet, I knocked over my coffee as I was leaving and spilt it everywhere I felt so bad and tried cleaning it up but the lady was so calm about it and wouldn't let me clean it up she did it all and cleaned it off of me! 10/10 recommend! read more

It was a pretty good manicure and pedicure but i was disappointed that they do not do the mani and pedi at the same time. There was more than enough staff there that could have done it, so understaffing is not the problem. It's just disappointing that they will not even consider doing them simultaneously. read more

The nail salon itself did a great job, alongside the environment. I only found it ridiculous that a company has not set up their voicemail and has no one to answer the phone. Having to go up to the building to set an appointment and then coming back for your appointment not only wastes gas, money, and time--going back and forth shows the inefficiency of wanting customers. If it was not for my previous time here at this salon, I know I would have turned to another salon after the first failure after calling. read more

You guys if I could rate this place a zero and not feel guilty about it I would. I would feel guilty because not everyone in the nail salon contributed to my experience. The nail tech I got was the absolute worse !!!!! If you are afraid to speak up about what you want because you don't know how the nail tech will take it... DONT GO HERE. I am a student at baylor and I'm a little shy. I was just there and I HATE MY NAILS. wayyyy over priced for the lack of customer service and simplest respect. I wasn't a fan of the color I told the tech after the first nail she had done!!! She continued and realized I wasn't pleased. She copped an extremely awful attitude that made me just want to leave. I tried to give her a shot at completing, regardless of the color because I didn't want to be "that customer." I got into the light and the color isn't even the issue. THE SHAPE.... The bumpiness of my nails... It looked like I went to a beginner nail tech. I won't be returning.
