It was a very chaotic experience. One of the ladies brought me to start on my nails and got it to where the edges were jagged and soaked in acetone. Then she had me go to the pedicure station with my nails feeling so dry and brittle. When my nails were finally done, there were some spots not completely colored in and the shape was not all even/consistent. read more

Nail tech dropped bottle of polish, it exploded slashing on my wife's pants, sweater and globs in her hair. Tina was so unprofessional, never apologized. Would not pay for damages. We have never been treated so poorly. read more

I don't write many reviews but I absolutely LOVE this place. I had to let everyone know. I like my acrylic sets to look natural, thin and short. They do them so perfectly. Client of 10+ years! Tina is the best and always finds a way to fit me into the schedule. Love that I can text her for an appt. I get dip and it always lasts 3+ weeks with very natural grow out. First time being here. A friend has had better service here than I have. We had reservations. Several things went wrong for me: * Vivian was VERY RUDE from the first Hello * Vivian was my nail tech - she was way too busy with phones to be able to do my nails properly * my pedicure wasn't done fully - she skipped steps * my manicure also wasn't done fully - I had gel polish that wasn't fully removed and she literally painted over the old polish * honestly I could have complained about it but I didn't have confidence that anything would be done. read more

SO and I made quick appointments on the phone and were ready to be seen right when we arrived. They have 4 rooms with 2 chairs each for pedicures so I felt pretty safe. My experience was not the best.. To start off first the lady did my toes and did ok. But when I went to get my set of nails done right after they were terrible. She gave me some cuts and did not leave me satisfied. She put on some liquid wrapped in cotton saying: caution!! My fingers were burning and hurt so bad. They were rotating ladies doing the nails so a new person came up to me and did my nails.. My inspo pic was very pretty and nice but my nails look horrible... I've been coming here for a while for my pedicures. Today, I came here to get dip on my nails and it was a terrible experience. The nail tech I think her name was V, was super rough while filing my cuticles and cut me several times. Every time I told her she was hurting me she would say something under her breath in Vietnamese. Finally, I said, what did you say and she said 'oh nothing'. She did a terrible job on my nails, left black residue all over my cuticles. I asked the owner if she thought that this was an acceptable nail job. She of course made excuses about it being black (I get black nails all the time and they never look like this) I told her that talking Vietnamese under your breath or to eachother is bad business practice and she needs to check herself and her employees. If they treat long time customers like that, imagine how they treat new customers Needless to say I won't be coming back and I'm telling everyone I know not to come here unless they want to be talked about in Vietnamese. read more

The lady that did mine was very meticulous and checked with me several times to make sure I liked my nails! I did chrome on top which is an extra charge but totally worth it! If you ask for their opinion it is always in your best interest. Treat people the way you want to be treated and communicate with them if you need adjustments. Are they busy all the time? Yes, because they have loyal customers due to their treatments, neck massages, hospitality, and of course nail art! read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would!!!! Don't come to this place! They treat you like if you're worthless! I asked for a pedicure and manicure. A guy employee did my manicure and was just the worst!!!!!!! He literally kept shaking my fingers hard saying my hand was stiff but every time he just kept putting pressure and shaking my hand hard! I even have proof on one of my fingers that this guy was being harsh!!!!!!!! He was the most immature person that I've seen at a nail salon. since the beginning he was already giving attitude and complaining that he LITERALLY CANT PAINT A FLOWER!!! They mean well here but Both my niece and I left with some imperfections in our nails. I discovered a lump in my index finger nail that looked like they had a buried a tiny bee in there. That being said, when I lived in Southern California I had a few places that I would go to that were really inexpensive. I say that because sometimes I'm in a hurry and just want to get a fast pedicure. You know, a nail salon is a nail salon as a nail salon. Until it isn't. I thought I was going to some average strip mall nail salon while I was stuck in the Phoenix area, waiting for my car to get fixed. But I was pleasantly surprised by this place. For one, everything is very neat and very tidy. The pedicure chairs are very recent, and stylish with glass footballs. I know it's a little thing, but it shows pride in ownership and the image the store wants to put out there. I will say, the basic men's pedicure is $33. That is about double of what I normally pay back in Southern California when I go. So I was eager to see what the extra money would get me. I will say this. My technician was really awesome. Sweet middle-aged Asian lady, who was very mindful to make this a pleasant experience. Some pedicure places get a little bit rough with the tools, she was very gentle, and dare I say loving as she was taking care of my feet. Pedicure for sure. I got to brag on the massage chairs. They seemed like they were updated and new. You know those massage chairs where you feel like someone is barely tapping your back? Not this one. This one felt like someone was actually rubbing out the knots in my back. I could have stayed there all day if they would have let me. The basic men's pedicure also included a foot and leg massage.. definitely not long enough, but what a great treat at the end of your pedicure. Bottom line? If I am ever back in Arizona in this area again this is going to be my go-to place to get my toenails done. You definitely owe it to yourself to go check this place out, you will not regret it!

Finally I found a nail salon with a fabulous inside, kind people, outstanding service, and affordable prices. Jimmy, who is one of the owners, makes you feel right at home. He is friendly and sincerely interested in assuring you receive perfect customer service. The staff members are professional and I highly recommend Lea. Lea does everything from facials, nails, acupressure, reflexology, wax, and massage. I have received all of these services from her. She is the best at what she does and so I have been a return customer for a few years. Her work is high quality and she takes the time to make sure everything is to a highest standard. This is my absolute favorite spot to get my nails done. Pretty much every time I come in here I am accommodated right away with a different nail technician, and each time the service has been wonderful. They do great quality work and are as friendly as can be. The owners, Jimmy and Demi, are the sweetest people ever. Wonderful Experience with Tina! We came to Nail Spa at Lincoln View as a special treat for my daughter, and Tina made it truly memorable. I love this nail spa. Jackie was amazing. I went in wanting to do green Christmas nails but they didn't have the right green color so she convinced me to do gold chrome and I'm so glad I listened. My recommendation is to be as clear as possible even with the easiest task and show a picture. I walk in requesting for my nails to look the same which had no colored and come out with a hint of color.

I've been to this place now three times... The first, I did have to wait about 10 minutes for the…read morenail tech to come start my nails... I did not think anything of it. The second time I was back was just for a fill and they did not complete the design as she switches two of the colors incorrectly and the thickness of the nail on one finger was too much and unbalanced and oddly textured but the set was nice enough and they made a big deal of how hard straight stripes were for the nails. I felt too guilty to ask them to fix it so I kept it, knowing it would force me into a set removal instead of a fill the next time. This time, I arrived at 9:30 AM and did not leave until 11:27 AM.... I had booked two services, a set removal and a manicure, a week in advance thinking I could get a chance to relax. To my surprise, the nail tech "ran out of time" to complete the set removal and manicure, leaving me sitting without a technician for half an hour. When I told the secondary technician who came to finish the polish that I felt disrespected and was looking to speak with someone, she told me the owner was out but I could ask the woman at the front desk in charge of scheduling since the system regularly overbooks technicians. When I got up to the front desk I had to wait AGAIN because she was working on nails herself then proceeded to argue with me that I had confirmed a set removal when I arrived, and so they had taken the manicure off. So therefore, it was my fault that I was sitting and waiting on their staff for half an hour. Which to her is "a little bit". When I then mentioned that I had confirmed the set removal and had wanted to keep the second service so I did not understand the confusion, and would prefer to speak to a manager or owner since she was arguing she insisted I could only speak to her. She then proceeded to tell me that the nail tech was just "too slow in the removal process" and so it was actually her fault. -- not wanting to take accountability for their overbooking. She continued to try to argue with but I had enough and asked her to please let me pay so that I could leave. She said something along the lines of she was going to provide a small discount (10%) then proceeded to give me nasty faces as if it was a ridiculous ask to be escalated to a manager or someone similar because of the poor service. At the end, I asked her to remove me from all marketing texts, and emails and I am still getting them... The technicians are lovely for the most part but if you want any level of respect, choose any other salon.
