Well friends, I just had my first pedicure in 4 months! Ok, I have been trying to keep up at home and do my own, but let's be honest, it's just not the same! We moved close to this nail spa in January and I'm so excited that I finally made it in! My pedicure was absolutely lovely! As soon as I walked in, they had me go to the back and wash my hands before choosing a color, everyone was in masks, sanitizer was out, and it felt very clean and safe. I love that they have little private rooms with 2 chairs in each. It makes it relaxing and peaceful or perfect for a mom/bestie date! She even turned the lights off when she did my foot massage. Yikes - it's been three years since my original review of this salon, and it's definitely time for an update... Nail Spa at Lincoln View is now my go-to nail salon, and it has been for quite some time. I started going here consistently for one reason: Lia! Lia has been taking care of me for at least two years now. I followed her to this salon and haven't looked back. It is a bit on the pricier side, but it's worth it. The owners, Jimmy and Demi are super friendly, and of course, Lia always takes amazing care of me whether I see her for a pedicure with acupressure/reflexology, a manicure, a wax, etc... She does facials too! Lia has taken care of me through both of my pregnancies and she really knows her stuff. The salon is clean, the semi-private rooms are great, and they actually recently added on to have some additional rooms including a party room for small groups. This salon offers their customers a bottle of water (nice touch), plenty of magazines to choose from, and pretty much any color of the rainbow when it comes to polish. I recently had my husband join me for a visit and since it was his birthday, I let him have the appointment with Lia and I had Annie do my nails... she did a great job also. I had her do an accent nail on each hand, which was a fun twist for me. They do take walk-ins, but I'd recommend making an appointment (especially if you'd like to request Lia). Me and my friend got our nails done. we both asked for something we know is extremely hard to do but made it clear that if they couldn't do it they didn't have to. they said that they could do the nails and we ended up paying 67$ for my nails and 52$ for my friends nails who got a fill and only didn't charge my friend as much/full amount because she was crying in the salon because it looked nothing like what she asked for. we spent two and a half hours in there and i am extremely disappointed. i have had an issue with this place once before but thought it would be better this time. read more

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but wow this place is TERRIBLE. I paid $87 for a gel pedi and dip gel mani. My nails look horrendous. So sloppy, I have polish all over my cuticles, it's thick and uneven. The edges of my nails are rough. There's BUGS all over the ground, crawling out of the waxing rooms, so filthy I don't know how this place is still open or if an inspector has ever seen the inside of this place. My sister had the same experience on the same day with a different nail tech here. We even saw customers leaving filing their own nails on the way out. If I could give zero stars I would. Went in for a gel manicure and was waiting in a chair for 30 minutes. When I finally got a nail tech, she was going back and forth between me & another woman, cut my cuticle until it bled, started painting my nails and didn't even fill up the whole nail. This place is really close to my mother in laws. They do a fine job. They have cheaper prices on Monday and Wednesday, otherwise it's a little more expensive than most nail places around. They do have separate special things one for pedicures and massage chairs. They also have a masseuse walking around asking to massage you-warning, it's not free. They do use the uv polish which is a must in AZ and they have a/c. read more

I called the day before to book an appointment for my mother to get a massage, my mother-in-law a mani/pedi, and myself a pedi. That's a lot to squeeze in at 4:30p and they were so accommodating and great. The Moms got there a little before me because I was working. When I arrived my chair was all set for a pedi right next to my mother-in-law. She loved the experience and my mom said the massage was FANTASTIC. I was happy to see them enjoy our little spa day. NAIL SPA is amazing! I went in a few weeks ago and had deluxe pedicures with my gf and it was probably best one ever. Instead of lining pedicure chairs in rows in large room, each set of 2 chairs are in their own separate rooms. This made it more seclusion and relaxing when they dimmed the lights and gave 20 mins leg & foot massage. We had Kim & Vivian and they were so great! Ashley and I are going this week for pedis again! I went today and just got a gel manicure from Kim. Love my bright neon color I picked (they have great selection of colors)! While I was sitting one of their massage therapists, Jacob, asked if I wanted my shoulders rubbed, I originally asked for 15 mins but then just ended up wanting more so got the max of 30 mins. I went in with a headache and left without one! He was so great, so knowledgable and knew exactly where my trigger points were and talked me through each one. I have a spa myself and I know my lead therapist would be impressed with how much Jacob put into his work. Thanks again! Definitely my regular spot! We don't usually go to this salon but decided to on a whim since our usual spot was booked. Ended up being a blessing in disguise because Janet and Tina did such an amazing job! Not only did they squeeze us in when they were already busy but they shaped our nails perfectly (and we are very picky with the shape.) Janet did such a good job with the coffin shape, usually people dig into my skin or leave them looking too wide. Tina was so gentle with my little sister and made sure she loved them. I'm writing this review 17 days after my visit...because I wanted to see how long my gel mani would last! It would have lasted even longer but I couldn't handle the regrowth anymore and removed it myself. There was not a single chip, crack, or imperfection in the polish and THAT my friends, is 5-star. The tech did a great job on prepping my fingers and cuticles, and she also put sunscreen on the backs of my hands before putting me under the UV light with the gel, and I've never seen that before. I liked the gesture. The salon is spotless, and while the layout is different than anything I've seen it lends itself well to a feeling of classiness. The nail stations are side by side along a huge granite counter, so if it's busy you WILL be right next to someone else. Fortunately everyone I met was really nice and unobtrusive. The pedis are done in other room adjacent to the nail bar. They also offer other spa services, but I haven't tried those...yet. I was offered a neck massage when I sat down, but the people who perform those services are offering separate from your nail experience, so if you accept you need to pay for it. I declined because I was on my lunch break and didn't want to go back to work with massage oil/lotion on my neck and in my hair. The girl next to me accepted and it looked like a great massage though. The only reason I give this nail spa 4 stars instead of five is because I didn't get any kind of hand massage or moisturizing treatment. When the gel mani was done curing (or whatever it does), she just handed me the bill. I wasn't upset but it was strange that I went to my car and immediately needed to put lotion on my hands myself. I believe I paid $30/$35 with tip for the whole thing and while it's a little pricey it was worth the long wear I got out of it. read more

Came in on a Wednesday and dropped $250 on gel pedicures and manicures for three of us. By Saturday my gel manicure was lifting on all but one finger. I went in to have the manicure re-done and was told there was no one available for the next 5 hours!!! and that I must come back at a specific time that evening in order for them to have time to redo my manicure (the time they suggested was not an option for me to be able to attend). Meanwhile, while I'm taking to the manager, two more people walked in without appointments and were immediately added to the waitlist. I will never come back to this shop. They didn't want to fix their mistake because I wouldn't be making them money while doing that. Everyone please beware. Great service when you're paying for it the first time but lack of concern when their product has an issue. read more
