I was so happy to find this place while on a business trip. I had dip nails, and a pedicure by summer, simultaneously. My nail technician was amazing. She was super kind and accommodating and even was able to do my brows. While we were chatting and talking about other places she'd worked she talked about how she liked it at her last location better because she felt she had more freedom and that here the managers breathe down their necks. It seemed management was tough on the workers. I spent $93 and at first I really loved their work. However, it has been exactly 9 days and a couple of the dip nails have completely chipped off my natural nail. I really wanted to give them 5 stars because of their great and skilled technicians but it seems like management is poor. read more

Very nice nail salon - more upscale than most walk-in type places. Very busy but they get you in pretty quickly. Nice atmosphere. Good service and good prices. I've been going here for a few years now. Every once in a while I'll pop in to another shop if I'm out and about in another area of town... but I always regret it when I do. I get great service here. Everyone is friendly - staff and other patrons. It's clean and comfortable. Their manis and pedis always last a lot longer than other nail salons I've tried. This is a very busy nail salon with lots of regulars so they get really busy - especially on weekends. I suggest making an appointment. Don't blame them for a wait if you decide to walk in without one ;-) but it's worth it in any event. read more

First, I want to note that I've been coming to this salon for a year and a half. They do great shellac manicures. The customer service is what I like the most and what kept me coming back. Jimmy know almost everyone's name that walks through the door. However, to this day, you would think I'm a stranger and it's my first time. I've spent more money than I'm willing to admit on upgraded services and private massages, so I hope it's obvious why I'm slightly offended. I guess it wasn't until today's experience that I realized they are selective with who they choose to cater to. This is my second time to get acrylics. I've shown pictures and have been very descriptive with what I want. I don't ask for crazy designs, just simply that I would like for them to be thin and "square-narrow". I sat in the chair and asked to see the Essie gel selection. The tech acted confused and came back with the DND that they always push so hard. I bit my lip and tried to find a color similar to the Essie color I was set on. After putting the nails on and going to get a color, the tech mentions "oh, you like light? Like neutral colors? We have an Essie color that's pretty." ....cool. I asked a couple of times if she could even out the tips because they were slanted. After a while, when it's that busy and the tech is defensive, you'd rather not make a seen. Well, the picture of the blue nails is the shape I asked for and the picture of the pink is what I got. Angie just did the most beautiful job on my SNS manicure. She was so sweet and helpful with my indecisiveness on a new color- she even tried on colors for me so I can see what they looked like in real life (since they always look different on the white plastic nail samples). I've been getting SNS at another local nail salon, but it is $3 cheaper here and WAY better job. It is also cleaner than most salons and everyone in there is so friendly. My friend and I had made an appointment for 4:30p.m. and no one worked on us until an hour later at 5:30 p.m. I had asked for a regular paint acrylic full set, which turned out decently good, could've cleaned it up better a bit more but no worries. However during my pedicure my toe nail got chipped and no one proceeded to fix it, therefore it is still not fixed and it still is chipped. Have been going here for the last 2-3 yrs when in town and loved the old owners. Now it's under new management. However, some of the nail technicians didn't change. I can't speak for all of them but the one I had lacked quality or care. From rough handling of cuticles to unevenly painted nails. Feet were shoved in sandals resulting in wiping off of polish, which she carelessly covered up. It was noticeable that some areas were still sheer whereas some areas had too much polish. I just couldn't take it anymore and asked to borrow the polish so I can even them out myself. There is a new nail place in the plaza so I contemplating heading there next time I'm around. read more

I've been going here for years but will never return . I noticed on my credit card statement that they charged me twice for the same manicure, but they refused to reverse the charge . I called and spoke to Tina , who insisted I come in and show her my credit card statement . I came in the next day , showed her the duplicate charges for the same service and she still refused to reverse the charge , claiming she had to look at her records and promising to call me the next day . She saw my CC statement and she could see that I had been charged twice on the same day , but her only response was that it was "weird" and she didn't know how it could happen . She did not call me and did not reimburse me . I understand that mistakes are made and that the machine could have been accidentally run twice . But to refuse to correct the clear error , after a customer tries twice and actually shows you the double charge , is inexcusable . I will not return . read more

Today we went there to get massages, and there is a new owner who would not honor the gift certificates. I've really struggled finding nail salon in Phoenix and Lincoln view has finally given me some hope that there is in fact a decent spa in the Valley. My gels here last a full two weeks and they have a great selection of colors. The inside is really nicely laid out. It does get busy so I always call ahead and make an appointment. I went here for the first time 2 weeks ago. I scheduled an appointment the morning of and was surprised they had openings. Very nice and accommodating. When I arrived, they were ready for me (that doesn't always happen at nail salons since they get a lot of walk-ins and never turn them down). I had a gel nail manicure and a lip wax. Overall the experience was good. The nail technician did both services. She was nice and friendly enough. Did a nice job on the manicure. It lasted a good too weeks. No chips or dents. No problems on the wax Quick and painless. They did try to upsell me on a massage while I was sitting in the manicure chair. I thought it was free added perk, but was an extra $20. She was not upfront about the cost and just started putting my hair up to get started on the massage. I then had to ask her if this was part of service or extra, she then told me it was an extra $20. This is my first visit here at Nails Spa and while very clean, I'm not impressed with the "tech" servicing me. I've gotten a pedicure in dozens of places nationally and internationally and all have included "heel work" with a BASIC pedicure. The woman doing my feet is complaing that I'm making her work too hard on my heels and that is considered "callus removal" here. That is $10 extra of course. I used to look forward to getting my nails done here while visiting from out of town. Not anymore. Today, I got a gel manicure from a woman with lighter brown hair. She barely filed my nails, barely cleaned my cuticles, and even after asking her twice to go back over and clean things up, she barely groomed anything. She rushed through everything, globbed the polish on, and didn't clean up around the edges when it spilled over onto my skin. The polish hardened on my skin in under the light. When I went to pay, I asked that my thumbnail be fixed because the polish was already lifting and likely to peel. All she did to fix it was clip the corner. It's still jagged and lifting. This place gets mixed reviews. It is easy to get appointments and reasonably clean, but some of the nail technicians are overly aggressive and push add-on sales. I LOVED this place, but the lady who normally did my nails stopped working here. Vicky gave the best manicures and always put lotion on my hands.
