In 25+ years of having my nails done in various salons, this was by far the worst. Older woman dis my nails. I had dip nails previously, she literally tore off the remaining dip nail I had. The manicure was awful as she ripped the skin instead of trimming it properly. The gel manicure was awful. When I asked her to fix it, she did a worse job. Already 2 hours in and I had enough. NOT COMING BACK EVER. Grab your popcorn bag, because it will be entertaining. The first time I did my nails at this place was in 2023 when I moved to this town. The man did a good job at that time, or at least of what I was used to, coming from Houston Texas. But never went back to do my nails again, until this past week (Today is May 30th. 2025). For my surprise the place was "empty", no costumers on Thursday evening! NOW I KNOW WHY. The owner did my pedicure and the lady there did my acrylic nails. To start with, she used such a cheap material...when I saw it it remind me of those nails one buys at Walgreens. At that moment I KNEW IT WILL NOT BE A GOOD JOB/EXPERIENCE. But I was patient and tried to be kind. I didn't say anything. Well. I started seeing the mediocre "performance" of this lady. She never cut my natural nails nor sand them. I HAD TO ASK HRER IF SHE COULD CUT MY NATURAL NAILS. She did. Then, after applying the fake nail with the glue and sand it with the tool, she never shake nor remove the dust it leaves on nails and hands. I was feeling all the leftover dust in my fingers and nails when I saw her getting ready to apply the acrylic. (Oh no!) I KNEW IT WILL HAVE A MARK OF THE DUST UNDER WHEN THE ACRYLIC WOULD BE DONE. Yeap. I was right. I'm attaching an image. But still, I didn't say anything. I tried to be kind. I ended paying $72 dollar and I even gave a tip. I left. Unhappy with the job. Well. Today, studently I looked at my thumb and noticed I had no nail on it ! It has been only about 7 or 8 days I have this nails job done on me and somehow one nail came off ?? LOL. It has never happened to me before! Such a mediocre job. I had enough. I went to the place and ask the owner please replace it. He was kind and proceed to replace it. When I noticed he was doing the same exact mistakes the past lady was doing. No brushing and removing the dust after sanding the nail...oh boy. When he finished...the nail had an spot or bubble under the final layer of acrylic! I looked at him and asked him? What had happened to you? They used to do a good job. I showed him my nail. And he agreed and offered to "covered" with another layer of white enamel. Oh boy. Now that nail looks way to white than the rest of my nails, lol. Now I know why the place is almost empty. I bet they have lost a lot of costumers. I like the owner, he is kind. But the job is now mediocre. And my review is more for them to know and understand where the problem is and possibly of the WHY they are loosing costumers. I'm not coming back. For sure. I came from out of town to visit and my friend and I decided to have a girls day. First off the lady was very very VERY rude. she was not listening to a word I was saying about how I wanted my nails done. she kept wanting to do it her way, than when I told various times that I did not want her design she proceeded to yell across the salon and throwing a tantrum. Another customer had to tell her to quit yelling. We requested a pedicure and she almost cut my leg not once but twice!! She even dumped my friends dead skin back into the water. Went there a few times before this visit. Asked for a pedicure and my acrylics taken off, plus manicure. Was cut twice during my pedicure, was bleeding. I'm telling the man ouch, stop, you are hurting me. No apology, nothing. Lady who took care of my nails, hurt ( burned) me twice, no sorry, etc. The man finished my nails, he convinced me for shellac, said nails are thin now and color lasts longer. Beware! Absolutely horrible! The worst service I have ever received for a full set of acrylic nails. Firstly I wanted my toes and nails to match so I choose shellac for my toes. The guy says sure you can get nails same. Ok great. Once my nail tech (older lady - wife to my pedicurist) began there was immediate language barrier but chose to use a powder color similar to my toes and would give me the shellac color I WANTED over the powder for "free". Ok not too big a deal. She was rough on my cuticles and cut me several times where I was bleeding. I ask for a basic shape (almond) and show a picture for reference. Easy I thought. These are the most basic nails. They are too pointy so I keep showing her the picture and saying rounder. At this point it felt like she wanted to do them her way and not listen so I request to stop. I ask to pay for what I've done so I can go, it's just not working out. I request her to take these off since they can't be fixed (she had filed them down too short trying to fix the shape) and I don't have time nor want her to restart since she couldn't get the basic shape down. Long story short the cops are called and he tries to mediate price since I didn't receive a full service yet she was trying to charge me full service and then NOT honor the coupon I came in with ($20 off). And then said she could take them off but it would be full price PLUS $15 and then not honor the coupon and also take 2 more hours. That just seems really shady. Horrible customer service, neither her nor her husband speak much English so none of us were understanding one another and the quality of work was POOR. All this happened to me plus another lady there had a similar issue. ** Long but worth the read (Hint: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE)*** I came to this place for a simple overlay and shellac nail polish on my real nails. The two nail techs (yes, there are only two nail techs) here do not listen to a thing you say and do what they want to your nails. The man here kept trying to give me a manicure and polish with no overlay. As I protested against this, he kept telling me that I could not get that on my nails. I had to repeatedly speak up about what I wanted before he finally used dip powder (which is something I did not want). After a few dips with no luck of my nails hardening, the other nail tech finally took over an semi-did what I asked for. However, since he used white dip powder, I could not paint my nails the color I wanted. At this point, my nails looked very sloppy and ugly, so I was very annoyed. Close to the end, I decided that I did not want shellac simply because I had no polish and only white dip powder. I repeatedly told the woman nail tech there that I did not want shellac. She looked stunned and laughed at me while putting it on anyway. I have never ran into such incompetent nail techs in my life. Not to mention, this place is not clean at all and they use dirty utensils for your nails. After receiving terrible service, they charged me 40 DOLLARS for these nails. I am usually a great tipper, but after being bamboozled, they received nothing extra from me. Please look at the picture below and tell me if this is worth 40 DOLLARS. literally don't go here yall i've never even downloaded the yelp app until today. i did it just so i could read the reviews because of how bad my experience was. the lady literally PEELED my old acrylics off instead of soaking, and was so careless and rough. and THEN when she was cutting my nails down, she accidentally cut too close to my thumb and my nail started bleeding a lot. she proceeded to GLUE MY CUT CLOSED WITH NAIL GLUE and did not clean up the blood or anything. deadass the worst nail experience of my life. on top of that, i didn't get what i wanted at all and they were very rude. i will say they did come out cute though...but the experience was not it. go somewhere else and save your money babes. read more

Helen is the best! She takes her time when doing my pedicures, making sure my feet look and feel great. Nail Talk has a variety of colors. The prices are reasonable. It's such a cute little place next to anytime fitness. read more

UPDATE: I went back in 2 days later like the guy said to have them fix my nails. He wrote it down on my receipt and the one they keep. They refused to fix my nails and said that it was going to cost $40 to fix them when I was told to come in and they would fix them for me for free. I walked out and I will never ever be going back in. I walked in and I asked to get a refill on my acrylics. I picked out my powder and sit down. The nail tech started soaking my nails and taking them off by drilling them down to my natural nail, hard and hot. She didnt do gentler even after pulling away and saying ow multiple times. I was starting to get frustrated and changed my mind and since she was apparently doing a whole new set when I asked for a fill, I asked to do shellac instead. She literally looked at me and told me no. She said "no. You save money. Do this" and I couldn't completely understand her. I told her that I was supposed to be getting a fill, not a new set, she said okay and pointed to my nails. I asked if she was putting the tips on because I didn't see any out, NOR DID I SEE ANY COSMETOLOGY LICENSES POSTED, she said yes that she was going to put tips on. I look up and watch the TV and she start putting the powder and liquid just straight onto my natural nails with no tips after she literally just told me she was going to put tips. I'm getting even more frustrated. After she put all the stuff on my nails, she continued to drill my nails for 30 minutes and it was, hard and hot. they are chunky, short, and nothing like what I asked for. I was coming in to get a fill and reshape my nails since they were longer, which I wanted, and I ended up being there for like 2 hourAfter I chair hopped at the end, I told the guy that this wasn't what I asked for and that I didn't like it. We were not understanding each other and he told me to pay the $35 and I could come back and get them fixed next week but only on Monday. I 100% do not recommend nail talk. After picking my color they had me chair hop which was different but I didn't mind. I don't remember the women's name but after sitting down and her dipping my nails she repeatedly kept messing them up. The shape was off there were holes in my nails. I got shellac polish put on my nails (no mani, just polish) and I got a regular pedicure with regular polish. The total was $50. My nails turned out good. I got shellac in a French tip style on my natural nails (no tips). They just aren't as straight on my left hand as much as my right. It was HOT in there. It must have been 75 degrees. There was a bit of polish on my skin around my toes, but she did my cuties and exfoliated my feet really well. There are two pedicure "menus". One with cheaper options and one with more expensive options. Make sure you get to see both because the man who seated me only gave me the expensive menu. However, when the girl came to do my nails, she handed me both menus and I ended up getting a cheaper pedi than I would have. read more

She charged 75$ for my nails. I had to go back the next day to get them fixed. Not even a week and a half later 4 nails were broken. I would just randomly look down and a nail would be broken. When i let them know they did not care. I get my nails done long for 40 and i will stick to that place and not this one. 75$ is not worth a week worth of nails . read more

I stopped at this location because it was close to my work. I received a pedicure. It was really invigorating and my feet felt fantastic. I decided to get my nails done. BIG mistake. The lady in the salon did a horrible job on my nails. The powder nails were horrible. I can see my nails on the sides and she didn't even bother to remove the excess from under the nail. The woman doing my nails was so unfriendly at first I thought maybe she was sick. I believe her name was Lind. Then I decided that there must have been a death in the family because everybody in the place was so grouchy and hateful sounding downright rude. So I determined that I was going to be nice and leave a $10 tip for $20 manicure. She was snotty and hateful to me when I was trying to pay and I left in tears. This establishment has changed ownership multiple times. Under the new ownership service is awful. They are unsanitary. The nail tech literally walked over to another customer and grab the utensils that were used on her feet and attempted to do mine. Do not waste your time and money. read more
