I got in right away with Kevin. I asked for a mani with tips. After he put the tips on and was ready to polish, I had to ask if he was going to do my cuticles. Then, he filed my nails crooked and when I told him he said it looks straight to me. I asked for round square and he gave me square. Not only was he arrogant, he was downright rude. I was put with a tech that didn't know what he was doing. He cut my fingers 2 times and had one hand completely messed up before they moved me to another chair and she cut my finger as well. I have police all under my nails and the dip isn't even even. They also charged me $65 for just a dip polish change. Everyone was watching him mess up instead of helping or putting me with someone use to dip and French. I'll never go back. read more

I am a bartender and I work on my feet sometimes 14 hours at a stretch. I also have an auto immune disease which makes my bones and extremities hurt a lot... So to say I was looking forward to treating myself to this pedicure is an understatement... The older lady who works there is the one who did the pedicure after I sat and waited for almost an hour to be put in a chair. During that hour no one even really acknowledged me as to say it won't be much longer or anything. I asked the woman to please cut my nails shorter because it had been a while since my feet had been tended to. She acknowledged me and then just started shaping them... Again I asked her to please cut my nails shorter so she did. My daughter could've done a better job when she was in third grade than this woman did. My big toenail was completely filed crooked at an angle and I had polish all over my skin and spots of my nails that weren't even covered with polish. I went back the next day to have them fixed and Kevin was rude and on his phone the entire time I was trying to show The close-ups I had taken of the many, many mistakes that were made on my pedicure. I asked if I could do a different color since clearly they had a hard time with White... And he told me no because that would be considered a polish change and they would have to charge me for that. So much for making the customer happy... As the girl was re-polishing my toes she was doing things that I realized had not even been done the day before such as putting a toe separator between my toes and using a basecoat under the polish. That had nothing to do with the sloppy job that was done on my nails but it was further proof as to how much of a hurry they were in to get me in and out and put my money, including the tip, in their pockets. Yes... I tipped even though it was crappy because I work on tips and I'm just a nice person like that... I would rather pay an extra couple of bucks and go to the nail salon across the street next time. read more

They did a horrible job messed up a young girls (my baby sister) nails and refused to fix the problem unless she paid to fix it. The manager was so rude to the young girl they made her cry. What a horrible way place to do business. Get your nails done somewhere else, they do not care about the customer or providing you with great service. Garbage. I went there on a day that my go to place was closed and it was the worst mistake I could ever make. Literally was done with my fill in in 20 minutes with gel polish. Didn't tell me the color I picked changes depending on your mood. So my nails are now white instead of dark gray. Paint job is horrible and the shape is not what I wanted. They are just worried about getting you in and. Quality and customer satisfaction is not a priority here. Do yourself a favor and go across the road to glamorous nails. read more
