We got 25min extremely underwhelming pedicures that had me cringing when being checked out for a total of $150!!! I'm visiting from out of town and made an appointment for today. Danny did my nails and pedicure. No foot massage but did massage my legs a little bit. He listened to me about the length and shape I wanted on my fingernails and did a good job on that. But as they got really busy, he didn't clean around my nails as there was sticky parts left by the product they used. Moved me to a front seat so he could start another person who was waiting. Never took my toe separators off, or put my shoes on or roll down my pants. It's the little things that should be done to earn a 5 star rating! read more

This was literally THE WORST nail salon I've ever been to! If I could give zero stars I would. I'm shocked they are in business. The owner is completely rude and unprofessional. She was so aggressive that other customers made comments to me that they will never come back because it was not relaxing AT ALL. To top it off, even the job they did was poor. Questionable cleanliness. At the end I saw the nail tech wipe down the cuticle cutters with the dirty alcohol soaked swab that he used to remove my polish. He then threw the cutters, clippers and sponge in his toolbox. Nothing was opened in clean sterile packaging in front of me and no liner in the pedicure tubs. The tech also answered and had a complete phone call during my service. I also had to remind him to have his mask cover his nose. I completely regret coming here and I'm kind of disgusted. read more

All I needed was a fill on my pink & whites and one nail fixed, Trish informed me she didn't have the same off white color or the glitter white needed to fix my one nail. She indicated she would do her best to match as close as she could. My nails were done in 30 minutes and the "fixed" nail matches great. So not happy, got a full set, originally wanted ombre full set of nails, which only one person could do and was busy. When she cut my nails, she said they were too long than what I wanted but untill she cut them all I couldn't tell, so I asked her to cut them just a little tiny bit shorter and she cut it so short they didn't look like nails, I was pissed, and said that's too short and she said that wat u wanted. Then I find a sheer color to paint my nails and I really like it and while she's painting the kid that knows how to do ombre nails, comes over and improvises and my nails ends up white, and I said I didn't like it, I like the sheer, and she said that's what I ask for, to take it off she would have to file and then fill it which would cost extra. Why would sprinkling white acrylic powder over the nail make it ombre let alone require u to file and fill the nail again is beyond me. So I was charged $85.00 freaking dollars for white shirt nails that I could have done myself or my daughter if that's what I wanted, only for 2 of the only semi long ones which were my pinky ones, break off, they weren't that long. But long enough to chip off, after 3 days, I then end up filing the crap they did off and going somewhere else to get them painted which ended up being a sheer and to cost me another $30.00 freaking dollars just for a gel polish nothing else, and that was the nail place by target and Sally's beauty I think, I can't remember the name of that place.. So 3 different shops of these places and each time I left very unhappy and upset and overcharged. It wasn't like I was being super picky or rude about it, till I tried voicing that I didn't like it.. and now barely 2 wks later, and a fill, and 170.00 invested all to get the worst set of nails I've ever had again no exaggeration and sick to my stomach how much money I've spent. Don't bother getting a pedicure in Montana. It's twice the price, or more, and half the service that you would get in any other state or country. It's crazy. Sixty-five dollars and they rush you in and out as fast as possible. The "massage" is about four seconds long, zero time to settle in and kick back. Arrived at establishment on Friday afternoon Asked the man that was doing my pedicure that I had extremely sensitive feet and NOT to dig into the side of my big toe nails. TWICE, I stated he was hurting me and to stop. He said he knew what he was doing and the dry skin needed to come out. I baby my feet and have pedicures on a 6 week basis. Even when applying the nail polish he took his thumb fingernail and pushed down on the side of my toes roughly. The girl that was doing my friends pedicure on the next chair over kept looking at him as she knew I was very uncomfortable. Needless to say, my next day shopping was painful when walking. Had this trip planned for months and thanks to him, not great. When I went to pay he grabbed my Visa and would not allow me to even do my own transaction.....REALLY!!!
