Tammy and her crew hooked us up. My aunt was so happy with her gel mani & gel pedi! Ken did my gel pedi, and he was meticulous with my cuticles and my polish. Upon walking in around 11, the nail tech closest to the door welcomed me and also let me know the wait time after asking for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Within 20minutes of waiting, I got seated then got started after 10 more minutes. My basic pedicure was very thorough. To some it could be misinterpreted as too long, but because I was there to relax, I didn't mind. My manicure was beautiful and the lady I had was nice and accommodating with what I wanted. Pros: -Friendly staff that actually SMILE when you walk in. -Conversation wasn't forced and was sincere. (Although you will obviously hear them talking to each other in another language. Don't be offended.) -Pedicures are thorough and well done. -Manicure was to my liking and the nail techs really want to make sure you get what you want. -prices are reasonable and on par with other salons! (My gel manicure and basic pedicure was $50-$55!) -no bubbles on my gel mani and my basic pedi! Well styled and layered. Cons: -The nail tech I had was sick or getting sick and awkwardly enough, would cough...on my feet sometimes. -I never really saw her open up the tools from a pack. The most I saw was a plastic cap that came off the top of the tool. -older massage chairs that make loud beeping noises on a remote that looks very used and damaged. -a bit longer than expected. (About 2 hours for my basic pedicure and gel manicure from the time I walked in, but includes the 30 wait). Overall, I thought the service was good and the product (my nails) came out very well. I went with my friend to get my nails done for my wedding. My friend booked me with Tammy who was supposed to be the best but honestly I don't think she was having a good day. I went June 25 because my wedding was June 28. 70% of the rhinestones fell off on June 26 and it's been 10 days and my nails look real busted like I did them 3 weeks ago. Sadly for my wedding they looked grown out because she did the full set far from the start of my nail. My friend was extremely generous paid for my full set and pedicure spending over $200 and tipping $50. She also asked for sparkling nail polish and they only wanted to put 1 coat making it look like just some sparkles. She then asked for a different nail polish and the nails ended gold but she wanted them as a holographic sparkle. I know when you have the nails on it's hard to complain because you can't just return them sadly it was money spent in a bad place. Reviews are everything. I walked into this salon because I needed to take my acrylics off that I got done at another salon in Vegas. My nails are currently thin due to the wear and tear of my nails after using gel for months but regardless, here goes my experience... I never got his name but the technician who was initially helping me was taking off of my acrylics. I felt a little hesitant already as he began to try and remove the acrylic because I noticed he didn't try to shave the acrylic down first before trying to remove it. At some point as he tried to basically rip the acrylic off my nail (which he did just rip it off), I felt a quick pain. Mind you, this is the first nail he started working on - my left pinky. He looked up at me asked me something along the lines of "are you hurt?". I initially wasn't phased cause I know acrylics aren't exactly the most pleasant to take off, but noticed he grabbed a napkin and put it against my nail. Out of curiousity, I pulled my hand away to look at my nail myself and HE RIPPED MY ACTUAL NAIL OFF WITH THE ACRYLIC. Yes. Part of my actual nail. I was bleeding, and he just kept calling for someone else to come over, didn't know what to do. The woman getting her nails done next to me had to bring up "the blue stuff" (which I guess is supposed to help stop the bleeding? Not sure cause I've never needed it before when I've gone to get my nails done). Didn't feel like anyone around him felt any urgency to help him or do anything about it (assuming that whatever he was calling out in a language I didn't understand was to say what had just happened). After he applied some of that blue stuff, someone else took over to remove the rest of the acrylics. No apology from him, he just got up and someone else sat down. I had to be the one to ask if they could shave down the acrylics before trying to remove them, which I'm not sure why that isn't the standard already. The woman who took over was very mindful and careful and apologized. She tried to give me options to cover the exposed nail bed, but at that point I didn't even want to get anything done after that experience (with good reason), however I did appreciate that she gave me the option. I didn't cause a scene about it, though I'm sure if it were someone else, it may have played out otherwise but this has to be the worst nail salon experience I've EVER had. I'm very satisfied. I don't live too close to here, but I'm sure this will be my regular nail place. It's nice in here. The set up looks great. It's clean. Professional. Many different colors to choose from. The surrounding area is nice. Man these massage chairs are great. Didn't take long to get serviced. Peter checked with me if I liked my nails before he moved on to the next one. That was great. He helped me because I was indecisive and he suggested what he thought looked better. Can't wait to come back. The price is really reasonable. Another reason why I will be coming back. Just for a regular $25 pedicure, they used the hot stones one me. Although they're not hot, it felt great. I'm most excited for my pedicure because they look great. My feet finally look like feet lol!! Horrible! I went here for a first time to get acrylics full set and they charged me $70 not including tip! I thought that was crazy outrageous, and needed a fill in a little over a week. I decided to give them one more try. Huge mistake! My nails look busted, doesn't even look like I got a fill! All of my nails are different lengths and widths. It's truly embarrassing, especially because the owner did my nails. Not to mention, she filed my nails the coffin shape at the end, so literally removing the dip powder she just put on. My mom and I were first time customers here at Nailand yesterday! (10-19-19) It started out a little rough, we called and made an appointment for 2, but they were SWAMPED. And when I say, swamped. I mean, phone ringing off the hook, walk-in after walk-in. And they were trying to make every customer happy. When I sat down for my Pedicure, I was starting to feel unsure. But Kelly instantly put me at ease. She had a very easy going attitude and was more than happy to give my feet the attention they deserved! I just got done from an event that day, and she put. In. Work. After my deluxe pedi, which included lavender sugar rub, lotion mask on my legs, AND a stone rub (which felt like heaven) she sat me down so I can get my nails done. I then had a gentlemen (I'm sorry I don't remember the name) who shaped my nails PERFECTLY. He was funny and had soft hands. After him, Tammy sat down, and painted my nails with such quickness and precision, made me laugh, and had friendly conversation with me. My main takeaways were this: they're busy! This nail salon will ruin your nails. Wouldn't even soak off my nails like she said she would, and pop them off and ruined my nail beds. I asked for gel x, and she was about to not even do gel x. They say they do gel, but they actually do t know how to or they don't have the right technician for it. And they just rushed through service. Put a bunch of glue under my nail and it was uncomfortable and said thats normal for gel x. I asked to remove it and wouldn't remove or redo. She put nails on crooked. I had to go to another salon to get my nails soaks off. She wouldn't fix after she put the set on. I should of let after she popped my nails off instead soaking. She still wanted to charge me $50 since she only put nails on me and I asked to pay $20 for them to soaked off and wouldn't do that and still made me pay $20.
