I should mention that I always get gel polish on both my hands and feet, so I can't speak to acrylics or other services. My favorite is Eva. She's fast and does beautiful work. Connie is also amazing, and I recently had Ivy do my nails, and she's fantastic as well. For me, what makes a nail tech great is how my nails look as they grow out. Does the base of the polish grow out in a nice, even semi-circle? If so, that's a win in my book. Second, does the polish chip? If not, I'm happy! With these techs, I can often go three weeks with no chipping. Sure, my nails look grown out by then, but thanks to how evenly the polish was applied, they still look... polished! (See what I did there? ) My husband recently got into having his nails buffed and shined with a manicure and pedicure, and he really liked Lynne. So there are quite a few techs here that I highly recommend. My advice is to always call and make an appointment, even if it's for the same day. You'll be seen on time. Also, arrive a little early because they have so many polish colors to choose from that you'll want time to browse. Free parking is available, and there are lots of great places nearby to shop and grab a bite to eat. I drive all the way from Boynton Beach to this location because, in my opinion, it's the best!

Shortly after, my acrylic nail broke during normal daily activity (picking up laundry), which caused my natural nail to split, bleed, and later become infected. This has never happened to me before. This isn't an isolated issue. In previous visits, at least one nail has always broken shortly after the appointment, requiring me to come back and waste additional time. If you want to spend two hours getting your nails done only to have them break and need repairs, this is the place for you. When I contacted the salon to discuss a refund, the manager was rude and unwilling to take accountability. I also encourage others to read through the existing reviews there are multiple mentions of infections and similar health concerns, which is alarming. Please avoid rushed services. Your health is far more important than speed, and no beauty service should result in injury or infection. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

She also left dip powder all over my skin, causing it not to wash off because she had activated it. I wanted to cry because my engagement photos are tonight. I am posting pictures of how she left my nails, even after I politely complained. She also charged me 115 dollars for a dip manicure and gel pedicure. For this price and it taking almost 3 hours, I expected much better service, especially because I told her that I was having my nails photographed. There's a large selection of colors to choose from. I usually get the step up from the basic pedi (might be named deluxe, but can't remember). This pedi is about an hour long and involves longer leg and food massage which is always great! It also includes a mask and lotion in which you get to pick your scent/benefits. I've done the olive oil twice and the grapefruit once. I love the smell of the grapefruit! The pedi chairs are very comfortable with a good massaging system as well. The last time I was in, I opted for a gel mani as well with Kati. She did a great job and a week later my nails still look super fresh and pretty! She was gentle on my nails and cuticles and took her time to ensure the finished look was perfect. I deducted one star because two of the times I got a pedi, I realized a couple nails were filed crooked. I need to get better at inspecting before I leave so they can fix any issues. So my recommendation is just to give your file job a quick look over before you leave.
