I was advised by Enstro that they will be back tomorrow to repair the damge they done & remove both trailers. Well they arrived early in the moring removed one trailer & left. I waited all day for them to come & repair the damge & remove the other trailer. They never showed up. I do not recommend this company . I would not recommend this company. first Ed is extremely rude & arrogant, unproffessional. Ed used profanity towards me even threaten to knock my block off. He is a bad person to represent this company. There office is totaly incompetant, the office had no idea of the address sequence for the job site. none of the workers even could speak any English. I also advised them of an old piece of damage wood still up, that they had butted a new piece next to it & that the wood has to be rplaced. They lie. At the ending of the work. Entresto advised me that will come back tomorrow to repair the damge they had done & will remove the two trailers. They arrive 7;30 am removed one trailer & left. I waited all day for them to come to repair the damge they have done , for them to never show up. They made a worker steped om the sheet rock in front of the front door they sis not say anything. I had to bring it to their attention, they also left a piece of bad wood in front ^& was going to cover it with the fascist. I advsied them to change the piece of wood. on the fascit 6 bilding they used a total different color, ours are brown they used grey. I sent the owner photo's of the discrepancies of color the owner adised the office wants to paint it. No respond to the E-mail. there clean up was terrible we found may stables, tails etc. do not recommend this company. The roofs look nice, that is about it, they lie. I sent 6 photo's to the owner in reference to the facia colors discrepancies. No response from the owner. Enstro was yelling & pointing his finger in my face at me stating I can not write a review cause I have no contract with them. I again advised him I am the Manger of this Apt Complex , & any resident can also put a review in. Ed & Enstro need to lear customer service , espically the owner who never came out to look at the discrpancies. Yes, in Florida, a resident can write a review about a roofing company. Under the federal Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA) and Florida law, consumers have the right to share honest opinions about a business's services, products, or conduct on forums like Google, Yelp, and social media. see phot's judge for yorself. Where a breezeway connected with the newer addition they used the wrong materials even though we had the correct ridge and hip design they had delivered. Frequent calls and an onsite visit resulted in the sloppy job shown here. It would take $1500 to correct their careless mistake. Do not believe their ranking as "the best" in Citrus County.

I don't generally leave negative reviews, but in this case, I feel compelled to. If I could give…read morezero stars to this company I would. Their business practices are deplorable. We signed a roof replacement contract with them a year ago prior to filing a claim with our insurers for storm damage. When our claim was denied by our carrier, we were told by Roofing Pro's representative that the contract with their company was null and void, as indicated by the wording on the contract. We subsequently moved forward with a new roofing company, months later, and reinspection with a different public adjuster has resulted in a settlement from our insurer for roughly half of the cost of the roof. Now, over twelve months later, Roofing Pros has reappeared and is demanding to be made co-signators on the settlement check. The promises we received from their representative one year ago notwithstanding, the first line on their contract clearly states that "This Contract is Null and Void if Owner's Insurance Coverage Fails to Fund a Full Roof Replacement ". Multiple other roofers we have contacted since have given us estimates that range from twice to three times the insurance company's award, and all other roofers, when we contacted them, state that the insurance check would not cover the entirety of materials (shingles), much less a "full roof replacement ". Nonetheless, Roofing Pros continues to insist that they must remain cosignators on that check, thereby holding up clearance of the insurance check and completion of this project. This after disappearing from the scene for a year, and telling us that we were released from any obligations back in July 2025. Needless to say my wife and I are surprised and disappointed with the levels of duplicity and abject greed this company has brought to the table in this interaction. I can only say, thank G*d they aren't actually the ones replacing our roof. Our neighbors did go with RP, and have already noticed some significant warping and patchwork shingles within their completed job. Caveat emptor.
