Their agent Jarin Duppstadt help me through the entire process. He's a wonderful young man and unbelievably on time. I joked with him. It turned out we had a leak after roof finished. We told sales rep, he said it was the cover of the chimney box. He put something on it and it stopped leaking for a while. Started leaking again, I had someone coat the cover but it didn't stop it. Got some friends to look at it and I decided to replace the cover. When they took the old one off, they found holes the size of roofing nails under the coatings! (The roofers would set their nailers on that cover. Apparently they fired nails into it!) Replaced it and still had leaks. Friends looked at the flashing around the box and it was not conducting water away from the box but holding it in to leak through the roof and subsequently our living room! replaced the box with flashing and along with the new top, leak is fixed. not sure where to begin!!! I requested a quote in Facebook due to that. They helped seniors get a roof. (scam) Appointment was set for a representative of roofingprosusa, he showed up, punctual on time, introduced himself, and we sat down to start the appointment. Showed me everything that was wrong with my roof and then proceeded to tell me would you given a code? Yes I responded and proceeded to give him the Code ... you get 20% off so underneath the pricing that he had already quoted I got 20% off, which I was informed would be for the rest of the day. I was then asked did anybody else need to be included to OK this, I looked at him puzzled and said no this is my house. I make all the choices and I said you have just insulted my integrity. Then he said well, let me see if I can sweeten the pot so then he makes a phone call to his boss and the price goes down even lower! At this time, I'm beginning to feel like I'm at a car dealership and not asking for a new roof. At that point after my feelings are hurt I told him I would think about it trying to soften the blow, he then proceeds to tell me that 20% is only good while I'm here! I explain to him that he is now contradicting himself as he told me it would be good until the end of the day! While all the time he is trying to push the contract to me to sign to let me know if I find somebody else cheaper that they will match it and give me $100 for finding that company. I just continue to say I'll think about it. I'll think about it and then he up and tells me is that all you can say is you think about it? At this point, I just want the man gone. He was the most arrogant pushy disrespectful representative I have ever met in my life. At that point, he crossed out all the discount figures he gave me the pricing which started at 31,000 and ending at 26,000 which is absolutely ridiculous for shingle roofing... so a word of caution to all you people out there wanting a new roof go with a local company. Roofing Pros USA are liars, cheats, and thieves. They knocked on my door and I decided to do business with them. My insurance paid over $21,000.00 dollars it was to replace the roof, the windows, the facia, and the soffit of my house. Roofing pros replaced the shingles and that was it. they did a horrible job with that. I tried to get them to come back and complete the job they said they only do the shingles. I tried to get them to come back and redo the horrible job they did do. I told them they had to be there while I was home and would be leaving out of state in two weeks. Someone called me back four weeks later. Without any solutions I will say. I told them that I explained I would be out of state and would call them back when I had returned home. I have tried many times to contact them, the response I get is we will have a superintendent from you area call you. I never received any calls from them. The office started calling me about the work that was not completed and having the rest of the insurance money released to them. I told them I had spoke with the insurance and they had been paid for the work they completed. I paid out of pocket to have the work completed expecting to be reimbursed with the remaining insurance funds. NOPE to my surprise Roofing Pros USA works with a company called Stone and Associates. All the payments from the insurance are in both of our names so Stone and Associates had me sign off and send the payments to them. Stone and Associates instead of sending me the funds that was meant for the completion of the work windows, facia, and soffit that I personally paid for they gave it all to Roofing Pros USA minus their 10% fee of course. So here I am out of the money I paid and the $21,000.00 the insurance paid. But wait it gets better! So then Roofing Pros USA starts calling for the rest of their payment from me. $1,506.95 to be exact. I refused to pay them any more money. I explained they received more than $21,000.00 from the insurance, and I personally paid almost $10,000.00 to complete they job they didn't, and I have to pay someone else to come back and repair the very bad job they did, they wasn't getting any more money for this. So then a few months later I am served with papers from the court stating that they was able file a lawsuit against me and go to court without me being notified or able to attend the court date and they won. They filed the suit for $5,284.57 and was able to put a lien on my house without me being able to defend myself or bring to light the fraudulent business practices of both Roofing Pros USA and Stone and Associates. I am not a lawyer but this sounds like insurance fraud to me. Part of the documents I received from the courts included a so called signed contract with Roofing Pros USA. Some of the pages have a signature that isn't mine and even the spelling of my name is wrong. So someone had to forged these documents, I mean at 46 years old I should be able to spell my name correctly. So in closing Roofing Pros USA and Stone and Associates received $21,000.00 for a job I have quotes that could be done for $12,000.00 to $16,000.00 I had to pay $10,000.00 to finish the work and what it will cost me to repair the very bad job they did, and they still want another $5,284.57 from. read more

Very bad service, I am very disappointed at this company.... It's been only 5 months and my roof is already leaking... they have come to repair it in five different occasions... I will never contract or recommend this company to anybody... I had to repair 300 feet of laminated wood flooring due to the leak and I also had to cut off a piece of ceiling to be able to see where the leak was coming from... I had to spend extra money to repair my home flooring and at the end I was also charge some interest fees because apparently insurance company did not pay them on time. Make sure you completely read all documents you sign with Roofing Pros USA. In May of 2023 my elderly parents spoke with one of their representatives regarding replacing the roof on their home. They had started a claim through their home owners insurance and Roofing Pros had my parents sign a contract. Roofing Pros USA wanted to know the claim amount the insurance was giving my parents before they would give a quote. They finally gave a quote for the full amount of the payout plus a fee of $2,500. Other roofing companies were $4,000 cheaper. The Roofing Pro USA contract states they can keep any checks sent from the Insurance company and any attempt to back out will result in a penalty of thousands of dollars. I ended up speaking with their manager and he informed me that they would look into the situation. We never heard back and my parents got the roof replaced with another company. One year later, we just received a letter charging my parents $3,300 for canceling the contract. This company will tell you one thing, and then do another state that you can use your Home Depot credit card to buy the wood and day of build come with 50 sheets of wood and tell you you are now going to be charged $4,000 but they state that they're going to try to get the insurance company to cover it. Or if the insurance company does not pay it they will set up a payment plan with you with whatever you can afford I stated I can do a $1,000 down and $75 a month they stated that is not good enough and now they are putting a lien on my house do not trust this company I would not recommend this company to my most hated enemy.. read more

Once you pay them you stop hearing from them, I'm trying to get a wind mitigation inspection done on my roof that was just installed by them and it won't pass inspection. Beware! These guys are insurance scammers. I let them go through their little rodeo until I was certain about it. They ended up trying to coerce me to sign an agreement with a Public Adjuster . They had a cozy little percentage deal with these guys and they were going to go after my insurance company following the first claim denial on my roof that was generated by RPUSA on my behalf. It was legitimately denied! They didn't even want to send me a quote on how much they were going to charge for the roof replacement. They and the Public Adjuster wanted put their prices together and go after my insurance company to try to get themselves a home run. So I had my roof inspected by a roofer who's opinion I trust; the fact is that I had some overheated and blistered shingles on ridge vents only (heat coming out of the attic on top of direct sunlight is the culprit), the blisters hardened and were pock marked from hail impact back in late September. RPUSA was claiming that the roof had overall hail and wind (?) damage and was a loss. It's actually in fine condition for an 8 year old roof. Predatory contractors like this cost all homeowners money due to increased insurance premiums. I didn't let them touch my roof, I sent them packing with their little yard sign once I was certain of their attempted scam! read more

I hired Roofing Pros after Hurricane Ian and am very disappointed. First, They will not give you an estimate. They rely only on the estimate given by the insurance company and they don't even stand by that. They only want to put through supplements so they can get more money and they don't even inform the homeowner of what additional work is being performed. They are trying to put through a supplement on my roof and I have requested to see what exactly they are trying to get paid extra for but to no avail. They do not want to let me see it. I guess they feel the homeowner doesn't need to know! My son also hired them and requested multiple times that he be given an estimate for the work and all they did was send him what was approved by insurance. Then I am sure they will put a supplement through even though he also was never informed of any additional work that needed to be performed. They are just in it to get as much money from the insurance companies as possible and do not care about the homeowner at all. When my roof was finished, they kept requesting that I pay them the balance of the contract plus my deductible. We had quite the argument about how they were not owed the deductible as I had a house of damage and not just the roof so they were only owed the balance of the contract. They just couldn't understand the concept. Second, we were told many things that ended up to be untrue before hiring them. We were told they would do the roof and they had partners that would do the soffit and fascia. I wanted someone to do both as we found out, no one wants to do the aluminum work without the roof and Roofing Pros then changed their story and had no one to do the soffit work. It was a real pain trying to find someone for the soffit without giving them the roof work. They also implied that they were a kind of public adjuster and could help with the full claim not just the roof. Of course, this wasn't true. I would never have hired them had I known they would put through supplements without telling me additional work was needed prior to performing it and if I knew they would not do the soffit work nor help with the insurance company issues. They are truly unethical and masters at scamming you. If you try to cancel your contract with them after 3 days, they charge you 20% of the contract. They also do none of their own work as far as I can see. My roof and my son's were both done by subcontractors and you only see a roofing pro person for about 15 minutes of the whole time the roofers are there. Stay away and get a reputable company to do your roof. read more

I hired roofing pros 2 weeks ago and spoke with Joe about a new roof with plywood and shingles, Joe had come with Luke and sat down went over different options and payments in which i was skeptical with. I asked several questions about how the option works with no money down and when its done through the insurance/county. I explained i needed certain anchors/screws installed a certain way for the insurance to keep me and keep my rates down. Red flag number one Joe immediately almost shouting at me "dont you or your insurance company tell me how to do my job i know what im doing" i was very startled almost scared. I explained i needed to think about everything. With that Joe stormed out of my home with an attitude and slammed my door shut behind him. I discussed everything with my wife and family friend decided to give them a try anyway due to the recommendation. What a mistake!!! We signed with roofing pros and called them back Joe came out for materials and Joe said the roof will be installed in a couple of weeks, slightly better attitude than last encounter. Well there was a tropical storm in which the rain blew piece of my roof and shingles off, i called Joe personally and asked if he can come out put a tarp on my roof when the weather calms down a little bit to prevent further damage. Joe reply "Im not coming out today i dont work weekends ill be there Monday " and hung up on me. Very nasty attitude with me again. I now have more damage to my home water and roof damage due to Joe neglect, i have since hired a more professional attentive company in which Joe is refusing to release the insurance check to my new company, im being taken advantage of as a senior citizen by this Joe and this company.
