A mortifying experience. No ambience in this little room at the back of a storage office, no water no wine no magazines no music no retail products, and not very good communication skills obviously -certainly not a an uplifting experience ! I now struggle with my hair every single day now. I had 24 inches of hair and I have 3 inches long at the crown right now. The shortest layer should have rested on my shoulders ! It will take 10 years to grow this back. I'm looking at wigs at this point. Krystin did not listen to me she didn't pay attention to the pictures she didn't know how to cut curly hair or color properly - she simply did not have the skills; I wish she would've just said that my request was beyond her skill level. This was a horrible experience with a very unskilled hairdresser that had no customer service awareness , didn't even apologize when I complained to the owner, she acted like she did everything I asked her to -HA hell no- and that she was proud of her work. I was polite when I left so she probably assumed I was OK with what she had done but as soon as I got to my car I cried my eyes out . She didn't even offer me a refund or apology. Had she done so I would not have posted the pictures and the review but sorry Krystin - People should know! I have to live with this atrocity. I have gone to two more stylist to get it blended $$$$$$ and try to correct the color and I've also had to pay the big ticket for Brazilian blowout just to try to make it more manageable. My clear coat begin to peel within a day. They continue to peel. Elisha uses a produce made in SLC. Either they didn't cure long enough or the product is inferior. Sorry I have to reduce my rating. They need to be redone One week later: Elisha has texted me concerned with my review. Her supplier has said there was a bad batch & has replaced her product. I am now in another state with a new set. Elisha has offered me a discount if I am ever back in Heber.
