My wife usually goes to another place but they were fully booked, so we decided to go together and check out this new spot that we found on trustee ol YELP . This is the best nail salon I've been to! Every part of my experience has been super pleasant and memorable :) Definitely going to be my go-to salon, even with the hour commute from my home Found Rosy Nails & Spa after leaving a social gathering in the area and asked to have my previous set (from a different salon) removed as the bright color did not look good on my skin tone. They were very sincere with their advice, that I should wait because the set was too new (2 days ago) and my nails would be very damaged if I removed or re-did them so soon. I trusted their judgment and made an appointment for a week later. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Even when I had to reschedule a couple times, they were very patient and understanding! The booking process is easy and quick.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I actually came for a walk-in (couldn't wait until my newest appointment) after my nails started to hurt from growing too long, and they were able to take me with a wait, but highly recommend to call ahead, as they are extremely busy even on weekdays[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Staff were sweet and lovely! She was gentle and careful with the gel removal, cuticle clipping, nail trimming, etc. The salon even has you dip your hands/nails in lemon water, which felt hydrating! She copied my reference photo design and it turned out gorgeous! She was detail-oriented and perfect about the design, from each stroke to the pearls, and also verified every layer of each individual nail with me before finalizing in the UV light. She said if any of the pearls come off, to come back and she will fix it and give me new ones :) They also have 10+ scent options for the moisturizer at the end Pricing is affordable! My entire set was $60 (including removal, design, and an additional $10 for the cat eye). The cat eye cost was a nice surprise, as my friends told me (and I've seen firsthand) other salons start at $30+ extra charge for it Ambiance is calm, relaxing, quiet. They have light music playing in the background but it's so faint that it isn't distracting. Everything is clean and tidy, sanitizing and even using some new tools (I don't know the names, but it was the cuticle clipper and two other instruments) per customer They even said they will be open on Christmas, but only in the morning! read more

While the overall experience can be a bit hit or miss, most of the staff are friendly. Because it can get busy, I always make an appointment in advance. Recently, I've been requesting that my cuticles not be cut, and I've noticed some visible annoyance when I make this request. During my most recent visit, the technician laughed when I asked, which made the rest of the service feel awkward. I plan to continue coming here because I truly value the quality of the work. However, I already experience anxiety during nail appointments due to overstimulation, and passive-aggressive reactions or body language can make that anxiety worse. A more understanding and respectful response to client preferences would really improve the overall experience. read more

Could have been a great experience. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I made an appointment for a Sunday. Called ahead since it was Sunday ... and didn't think a walk in would be a good idea. However the wait was not what I expected or had planned for. Two hours and my pedicure was not done. Technicians freed up and they were assigned to other customers also with appointments even though I specifically called ahead for mani and pedi at the same time. I tried to be understanding but three techs freed up and I was passed up. I spoke up and then the shuffling started. I was told I had to wait and I spoke up softly and said I'd waited for two hours already. Then one tech stopped services in someone else to do my manicure. I opted out of any massage included in my services letting them know I knew they were busy and by then it had been close to 3 hours. The actual gel polish looks great but I'm sadly disappointed to spend three hours and pay for full price for services I didn't get. While this nail salon is a little tucked away in the plaza, it is definitely a hidden gem! I have been on the lookout for a new nail spot-- As many people are, I am tired of pricing never being upfront with so many nail salons. I am happy to report that that's not the case here! Before I got my nails done, I showed a picture to one of the techs, Rose, & was told how much the price would be (with their 20% off discount) and that's exactly what I was charged after my service was done. She did a phenomenal job and really paid attention to the detailing of the design while still making sure the entire process was gentle. Came here on a Sunday, pedicure was fine, my big toe nail was a little bit sore the next 2 days due to the ingrown removal, I think the nail tech took too much out, it was bleeding a bit when she did it. Come the following Thursday I noticed the gel color I chose was fading already, I could see some of my natural toe color and this was happening on almost every toe. I finally made it in on the following Sunday to get it removed after calling and letting them know what was happening. They sat me right away once I arrived & asked me what the old color was, (OPI 56) assuming that they'd discard it... immediately they got started on fixing my issue. I chose a new color from the silver book (005), not the colors connected to the ring labeled OPI. I think the issue here was with the polish and absolutely not with the staff or the salon, they even stated it was their fault and it was no problem or fee to fix it. This was my first time here and both times it wasn't overcrowded or too busy, clean and great lighting with light music & AC. They also offered me water and overall it wasn't a bad experience and I'm thankful they fixed it with no questions asked! read more

Came in on a Friday at around 1:30 P.M. for a basic manicure and pedicure - was able to be seated right away. The employees immediately were pleasant and discussed other options available. We ended up upgrading to the fresh orange which included a sugar scrub and massage.
