My sister in law and I came here on Christmas Eve to get pedicures and I wanted to get my nails done. We were able to book the appointments online. We showed up and were seated quickly and offered drinks. I opted for a Coke Zero. We were given warm neck pillows. That was lovely, but I did get hot quickly. The deluxe pedicure came with a hot stone massage. I cannot remember the girl's name who did my pedicure but it was the worst pedicure I've ever had. I had gel polish on and they cut my toe pretty bad because she ground all the nail polish off instead of soaking it. Then she couldn't understand what I was saying and I kept asking her to cut the corners of my toe nails because they were too sharp and I had to do it myself when I got home. Someone else ended up painting my toe nails. It was odd. My nails were a much better experience. It was with a different girl, also cannot remember her name. I don't think they told us actually. Anyway, I showed her a photo of what I wanted. She soaked my previous dip off and she was able to quickly and accurately do my dip exactly how I wanted them! They turned out beautifully. Since it was Christmas Eve they were giving customers free lotion or cuticle oil, which was a nice touch. Went to get two pedicures (his/hers). Called for an appointment and was told to come over. We were sat in the chair. Looked like a good setup with humidifier and a pre-packaged box for the 3rd tier Bomb Pedicure, paying extra for callus removal. About 20 minutes into the appointment someone came in for a manicure. My wife's technician got up and walked away to start the manicure. My technician finished both of us. We tried several time to communicate on several issues, to include using Google Translate and all we got were shoulder shrugs and "sorry". We have been to salons all over and have not been treated this disrespectfully. The service itself was ok. Completely frustrated and disappointed to say the least. read more

If I lived here, this would be my place. I am a full time RVer so reviews are important. Mimi was great. She may not speak great English, but she understands it. I was a little nervous because I had stubbed my toe the day before. She was great, no pain. Thank you Mimi. My nails still look good after a week and I am working outdoors. Mimi actually puts some pressure in rubbing your hands and feet, which I like. She gives you nice massage with the hot stones on your legs. Nice touch. You have a choice of Coke, Dr Pepper and water to drink. While I was there, they had repeat customers come in and they know them by name and ask how things are going and I believe they are sincerely interested. Highly recommend. Absolutely terrible. My husband & I get pedis every month. We also travel often & pop in for pedis in various states. I called at 11:30 & asked to make a 12pm appointment for 2. Guy who answered the phone said to come on over. Salon is nice, massage chairs are new, & pedi selection was cool. And that's where it ended. Guy had trouble with my ingrown nail so he just cut it at blunt end & moved on. His "upgraded massage" had ZERO pressure/ just ran his fingers up & down my legs. 20 min into pedi my guy walks off & started another client's manicure! Lady who was doing my husband's pedi left him & came to work on me. They said the other client had an appointment!! So she went back & forth between him & I. I told her we had to leave by 1pm (an hour is usually sufficient) and it was almost 1:40 when we finally finished. We tried Google translate to communicate (we use it internationally often & it's fantastic) and all she kept saying was sorry. Hack job on the nail polish then tried to put my Birkenstocks on with my toes still wet! I asked about foam flip flops before we started. Terrible, disrespectful, & unprofessional. read more

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this salon absolutely earned it. My experience was genuinely disappointing. The visit started off fine--the staff was friendly and offered water or coffee--but that's where the positives ended. I had been in twice before and always requested a short almond shape. The tech's work wasn't great, but it wasn't terrible either, so I gave them another chance. On my third visit, I again asked for short almond-shaped nails. Instead, he cut them short and straight across. When I tried to explain how to achieve the almond shape at the length I wanted, he became visibly irritated and insisted that he's been doing nails for seven years and "knows what he's doing." For the record: you cannot create an almond shape after cutting the nail straight across. That results in a short round shape--which I specifically said I did not want. As the paying customer, I should not have to argue about the shape I requested. He continued to raise his voice about his experience and ultimately told me to go elsewhere. Honestly, that was the best thing he could have said, because I did--and I found a wonderful little salon where Dee gave me the perfect short almond shape without any attitude. There are plenty of salons that actually value their customers. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else read more

I was there for 4-5 hours. They double booked both my appointments. My first time they did a super messy thick French tip after filling and cutting my toe nails way too short. The other nail lady decided to start my nails while I was in the pedicure chair and barely filed my nails down for the tips, and jaggedly, cut my nails, and didn't file them before gluing the tip on. She saw how bad my French tips were, and didn't say anything to the girl to redo them but the girl apologize for how bad they were so I had them fix them because I was so unhappy. The second time they made a messy glop on my toenails that looked like a 5 year old did it. I didn't want to speak up and said it was fine but looked unhappy. I had Jannie redo my toenails for the third time and they looked just okay. Since Jannie double booked me a different lady did my toenails the first two times. She started my nails and put a very clear pink polish over the nails that had buff marks and bubbles all over them and I spoke up after two nails, but she told me that's how the gel looked and that was just how it was going to look. She started on the French tips and she could see how unhappy I was with my nails, but didn't fix them. At this point I had been there for four or five hours after I drove 45 minutes to get there. I was going to pay and she wanted me to pay 75 instead of 60 for the bomb pedicure and whatever for my nails the total was 135. I wanted to not be charged for the full amount or at least for the 60 it was originally going to cost. I told her I had been there for 4 and a half hours. She wouldn't change the price and told me they didn't do anything wrong. She told me it was exactly like my reference picture and I said no, and I could see the floor through my nails. I will attach my reference photos. They redid my toenails three times and I hated my horrible nails. She wanted me to come back and fix them, absolutely not. The space was clean, updated and relaxing. Everyone was so welcoming and they took me as a walk in for a pedicure. I got the deluxe pedicure and they brought out a warm neck pillow that was definitely a nice touch and the massage and paint job were perfect. Definitely my new pedicure spot! read more
