I went in for a mani and pedi. The tech that attended to me started rushing my service. She barely soaked the gel off my nails, instead she used a drill to get it off. She barely cleaned my nails and I didn't like how she was shaping my nails. I called over the young lady that sent me to her and told her my complaints and she offered to do my manicure for me but told me she wouldn't be able to get to me until 5 pm because she had 2 people in front of me...Mind you, it's around 12 pm. I told her I would come back and then she told me that they don't do designs but their google page shows otherwise. This has been my nail salon since I moved to Dallas in 2010. They seen at least 2-3 times a week. The family that runs this business are really good people. However, for the last year or so I've been going else where because they seem to not be able to maintain and keep the same workers . It's always someone new and you can always tell by their work that they either don't care or aren't knowledgeable in this trade sufficiently . I went a few of weeks back and allowed one of the new nail tech to do my nails only because the only familiar experienced nail tech left had a line of people waiting on her . I was so disappointed in the work that I received. My nails looked HORRIBLE! So horrible that another nail tech had to jump in and correct The nail set . Even the nail tech making the Corrections said that they were horrible and unfixable, So she had to soak and remove the set, to start the set All over. This place is a HUGE No!!! I went in for 2 pedicures and my daughter was getting dip for her nails and I needed mine redone since I broke one. We are not from the area so we were referred. Toes - look a HOT Mess!!! The pedicure was below par at best. My daughter is 11 and never wants the painful experience a dip again and I walked out with my broke nail because I was over that place. There were 5+ people waiting, not including me, and only 4 workers. I got a pedicure and the prices are pretty ridiculous for what you get. The older woman with the short brown hair had a bad attitude and wasn't friendly at all. I shouldn't have to tell you to file my toe nail. Why isn't that automatically being done??! I asked her file my nail make it straight and square. She shook her head as if she heard me, then started to paint my toe anyway. I yanked my foot and repeated my request. She ripped the toe separators off my feet and started filing them. She got ZERO tip from me and I won't be back. If it wasn't for the younger lady stepping in, it would be a 1 star review. I had an awful experience with this shop. When I was finally acknowledged once I walked in the door, I was told there would be a wait...about 5-10 minutes. I wanted a pedicure and a full set. I was surprised this because there were several people waiting as well. Though someone did seat me in a spa chair for a pedicure, a gentleman quickly rushed through half of it and let me sitting there. I sat patiently for about 15 minutes before asking another gentleman to take the paraffin off so I could payhim for half of the pedicure I received. Only at that point was I even acknowledged. There's an abundance of nail salons in the DFW area who will kindly provide the same services far better. That is where I will be. The nail lady that did my nails was so nice and she kept the conversation going, which i personally really like. Its aesthetically appealing and its very clean in the salon. The process of actually doing your nails isn't too long but the wait time is iffy if you're impatient. The pricing is moderate, i paid $60 for black stiletto nails which wasn't too bad, i had acrylics which was probably why it was so pricey aside from the length. It was a worth it experience and i would recommend it to my friends, i definitely will be getting my mails done here again read more

I have been coming here for years, and they have been expanding and growing. So happy for them. Tina always has my eyebrows looking soooooo good. The patriarch of the family does the best job on these feet, omg! I can't really have nails anymore but when they were doing them, loved them. Family owned and very friendly down to earth people. My pedicure was decent. However, I have never had such a bad experience with getting my nails done. The technician was rude. His work was sloppy. He over used the drill to shape the nails and used too much dipping powder. The worst part of the experience was him filing my nails down and filing my flesh. When I spoke up, he was rude and told me he has been doing nails for 13 years. I should have told him I have been getting my nails done for thirty years. This all happened six days ago. I have been here twice...I read the google reviews about Ryan and his brother, so I decided to try this place... Ryan did my nails both times and Van did my pedicure both times... I got a regular pedicure the first time-$25 and dip powder with tips on my nails... Ryan did my nails as an overlay using the dip powder, and it was fast... I paid $45 for my nails, and Ryan said it was cause of the tips... I didn't have an issue, I didn't ask why, and I explained that was fine cause I never questioned the amount... My next visit I wanted the same 2 guys-Ryan and Van... I got the same thing for my nails as before, except NO TIPS on my nails, and I got the pedicure that was like $35... Van did my pedicure and tore some skin off my foot (I did bleed) with the callus remover... I let him finish, he continued to apologize, but a few dollars should have been taken off... Ryan did my nails and that was fine cause I was hoping for the same results as last time... My nails were done like I asked-no tips, no design, one color... When I got ready to pay Tina-the mom/co-owner she said $80... I asked her why and she said shrugged her shoulders... She asked Ryan and he said always $45... I said no tips on my nails this time, and he continued to say $45 without looking at me... I paid the $80 and left... It's not the amount, but the principle... Worst decision I ever made! I ran a search for a nail salon in the 75115 area and found this location. Based solely on the 4 stars rating I decided to stop by and get a gel manicure and pedicure. The service was horrific. I asked for an american manicure and pedicure, for some reason no one understood what that mean't. I was then shown a color and was okay with using that color. My pedicure was done first, my feet are already soft, I maintain them well, I primarily get a pedicure to ensure that my cuticles are removed, I can paint and scrub my own feet. When I informed the woman removing my cuticles that it wasn't done correctly and needed the cuticles removed entirely she told me that there was nothing to remove and it was soft. I actually pointed out the areas that needed to be trimmed and she insisted that it didn't need to be done because it was soft, I told her of course it's soft, my feet have been soaking but you can clearly see the cuticles. Finally, I just gave up the argument and just told her to continue since obviously she was refusing to do as I asked. It took her about less than 5 minutes to paint my nails. Why because she just slapped on the nail polish and even left it on my cuticle areas. She started working on removing my gel nail polish and when it was removed a young man started working on my nails. I explained that I wanted an American manicure, meaning not a French manicure with the bright white tip. He proceeded to tell me that I was being complicated. I asked for a light pink color to be applied to the nail and was told that he couldn't do it, that it was impossible to add the light shade and then the tip, again when had argument and I explained that I had it done all the time and he told me that in his ten years of experience he had never seen it done. To shorten down this note, the gel was all over my cuticles, then after he applied the gel he filed my nails which obviously breaks the gel seal that helps the nails last longer. I had my nails done yesterday afternoon, it is 11:25am and the gel on my nails is already lifting. This place is a joke, these reviews stating that this place is great is a job. The whole experience was just horrible, not to mention it costs more than I normally pay for a manicure and pedicure. read more
