I started with getting my eyebrows done which they do a great job in, and i randomly said i wanted to get my nails done and Nina offered getting them done right then and there. I loved how they came out so i came back two weeks later to do my toes with my mother. They were a bit busy but still managed to get our toes done. I wanted a unique design and they said it was to hard. So I got regular teal French tip but they gave me green frenchies. The lady filled my fingers really hard and it hurt. She was annoyed because my mother did complain about the service and it was bad the lady didn't do what I asked her the French tip on my toes are uneven one is thicker than the other. My nails hurts a lot my hands were peeling which is disgusting. The lady kept taking long phone calls. And got mad cause my mother complained about their service the towels are dirty with mold . I've been going here for a couple of months since my regular place was temporary closed! I'm hoping they reopen soon or I will jus go without having my nails done! So I've been there probably 6 times each time the cost was different. The lady would charge me to take my fake nails off and put new ones on even though I was just getting a fill and gel color. She tried to make me take them off again yesterday and I had to tell her 3 times no because my real nails are damaged because of her removing them before! SUPER CHEAP!!!! Don't go at all costs! I asked for French gels, and they "forgot" to put the base coat on. My nails lasted two days before chipping. I paid $90 for this. And I was the only person in the building. And hey rushed me so much, like they wanted to get me out of there ASAP. I'm never going back. I'm so disappointed, I always get gel and this time it felt so thin, I was confused, and they brushed it off like it was nothing. read more

4 YEAR CUSTOMER then GOT A FUNGUS!! This place was clean (I THOUGHT) and they did a good job-Previous owner used to do my nails then her sister (KIM) started doing them. In March 2017 I told Kim my nails looked bruised and she said they were OK. I went back 3 weeks later to be SHOCKED when polished removed, ALL my nails were completely blue and black. I asked if this was a fungus and she said no, I was allergic to the gel polish. I asked why all of a sudden I was allergic to polish!! I immediately went to Dr. Grice, a dermatologist in GP and he stated I have a fungus on every nail FROM DIRTY EQUIPMENT and it spread to every nail they used the buffer on!! Tomorrow I take the last pill from my RX's plus the 3 anti-fungal creams and polish I have purchased. I've spent about $150 for this and all my nails are lifted, fragile, all have about COME OFF and my thumbs look deformed!! DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!! When I went to talk to owner, she said "not me, talk to Kim and LAUGHED when I told her I will be filing a complaint with STATE OF TEXAS. I gave this place a second chance today and once again, disappointed. I paid $55 for a gel mani and regular pedi. The manicure was half assed. I didn't get a massage and it was rushed through. The pedicure was the most disappointing. The massage lasted a whole 30 seconds and the lotion was spread on enough to get the ashiness away. They are way understaffed and that's the only reason I can assume everything was rushed. I won't be returning. I did not get my money's worth. I actually wasted my money today. read more

I took my sister in law here to get her nails done. The lady who did her nails was very rude. One nail she did was obviously visibly crooked, we asked her to fix and it and she said no her nail is naturally crooked with her finger. I had to step in and tell her to look again and please fix it. The nail looks like a coffin shape and wasn't like the rest, squared. She kept making huffing and puffing sounds and obviously was talking about my sister in law to the rest of the workers. She started to get rough with her hands too. When it came to painting, my sister in law wanted one nail from each hand to be clear. She painted it a clear pink. We told her that's not clear and she smacked her lips and got super upset. We were never rude or asked in a rude way. The nails ended up coming out nice but the attitude is the reason why we will never be going back again. read more

This nail spa has been a very big disappointment. I get my nails done often and NEVER have i ever been treated with such bad customer service. I Was called a liar and got blamed for her own mistake. She told me and my daughter that my nails were completely dry and that I was good to go. But when I got home they messed up because she had applied 5 coats and that was to much as on top of that when she started applying the nail polish I noticed I was old and dryer out. I then went the next day to see if she can try to fix her mistake but all she wanted to do was only fix 2 out of the 8 nails that were smudged. My whole experience was just horrible and I would never, NEVER recommend this establishment to anyone. Unless you would like bad service and bad reviews on your own nails. I have to put stars on here to write a yelp review but my real honest opinion is -5 if I could put that. Readers be careful when walking into this place they are horrible. read more
