This my regular place I go to get my nails done I usually go to M or H (not going to say their names.) they are really good they get me right every time. But lately the others have barely been using acrylic on nails for real. When the last two people did my nails I had to tell them to apply more acrylic so it won't break so easily. The other day I went back and I started to pay attention to how one of the ladies did my nails and most of the acrylic was on the napkin instead of my actual nail. This is a very thin layer of acrylic she put on. And the past 2 times I went it was like they were rushing to get you out so the shop would be back empty again. This is my go to spot but something has to give. They shouldn't break so easily. Also they have been leaving acrylic residue on my skin afterwards so i would have to go home and scrape it off my cuticles and other parts of my fingers. read more

Let me update my review. I've been coming here for 3 years and I'm always treated with the utmost respect. and my nails are done in a timely fashion while still looking fabulous as ever. I've been getting my solar manicure done by Michelle (only) for close to a year now and she never, ever disappoints me. The manager, Holly, is here most times I come and is friendly. The prices are pretty fair. Definitely cheaper than some other places I've been to in the city. I normally spend about $60 when I come in, but I get my nails, feet and eye brows done. A complimentary drink comes with a pedicure. They also massage the heck out of your feet and the chairs are fairly new so they're always functional. I haven't had any bad experiences here. I'll be back in a couple weeks of course! read more

Been coming here for over a year now. I always go to the same tech. I've even brought my friend to her. But today will be my last day here and I will not be returning. She waxed the front of my eyebrow off, I felt when she did it and immediately pulled out my phone camera to look, this woman proceeded to say oh she meant to ask what happened to my eyebrow because she seen it was missing hair earlier. I told her Ms do not play with me you literally just waxed my brow off, I remained calm but she continued to try and act like it wasn't her doing and lie but continuously repeat sorry. Well i went in today and asked for a pedicure when i sat down water was cold , Nobody greeted me . Then i had some lady who was a TRAINEE come to me keep in mind ( she was doing someone else's feet and getting told what to do at the same time but was left UNSUPERVISED) so then another lady named HOLLY told her to move and move onto me . Let me tell you she didn't know what the HELL she was doing she brought the Nasty tools she used on someone else to use them on me !!! I had to stop her 3 times before anyone came to help me . I never got the menu to choose what pedicure i wanted all i got was my feet soaked , oil & my nails cut and painted . This was TERRIBLE!!!!! I continue to patronize this salon because pedicures with Julie is so Awesome! I decided to give Michelle another try. She has done my nails twice and everything went well but I went on a day when Michelle was not there and was put with Natalie and she is Awesome!! She is very meticulous her work is flawless and when your nails grow out, they grow out evenly and that is how you know you have a good nail tech. Trash. They use cheap top coat that makes your nails stain after a couple days. I told them about it and they said it was because of my makeup and that I need to wear gloves when applying foundation so it doesn't stain the nails. I've literally never heard something so dumb in my life. read more

I work in the beauty industry so nails, hair, and skin care is very important. Nina is by far the best nail tech that I've had ever! No matter where she goes, I will follow! Now about the Salon... This is probably the best salon she's been in! Convenient location, tons of polish to chose from, plenty of work stations so I imagine there's never a long wait! They also have an amazing loyalty program. If you book an appointment online you get 10% off your appointment. They are also doing a raffle, for every $20.00 you spend you get a raffle ticket for a chance to win a gift card. It's ongoing so you have plenty of oppurtunites to win. The other techs all seem very nice, lots of smiles, and "how are yous" They greet clients fairly quickly when they walk in the salon. They have a host of different pedicures and manicures to choose from. This was the worst nail salon I have been to. I came with my sister and mom and all three of us had a bad experience. The lady who attended me was rude and not gentle at all, she didn't even clean my nails right. My sister and I were paying together and my mom was paying separately but this lady kept persisting on getting our cards when we weren't even done. The lady who was doing my moms nails wasn't gentle either, they lack etiquette here. Since my mom was done first, she went and paid. Then a few minutes later we paid, but they were trying to charge for all three of us! We kept telling them our mom paid but they were persistent on charging us $119. Not only was this wrong but they're so expensive here for service is below the bare minimum. DONT GO HERE!!!! In the picture below my nails are cut uneven as well and they painted the cuticle. Unfortunately my experience wasn't that great. They are very friendly people but some of there techs lack skill in several areas. My nails are boxy and dated. My toes took an additional 2 hours after my nails were done. Simply because she couldn't get the shaping right. I sat there long enough for my knees to start hurting. I'm in this salon every two weeks like clockwork and my nail technician is Lan, she's the best. When I decided to put acrylic nails back on I had to search for someone to give me exactly what I wanted. Two salons and two full sets later I was referred to Lan. I'm so pleased with her and will not go anywhere else. Now, the drawback, NOT with Lan but the polish colors, they've got to step up their game. All of my friends recommended this place to me and I'm so glad I tried them out. They are a little more expensive than where I was going before but the prices are still really good. Ive gotten to know the nail techs, and it really makes you feel good when you walk into a salon, and everyone greets you and knows your name. I absolutely love this place my nail tech Sara is the best in the biz! No one else has ever had anything close to the designs she does for me, I come in and sit down and she does her thing and I'm never disappointed. I am a licensed cosmetologist so I am very careful with where I put my feet, they use the liners WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT and they are very sanitary and clean the instuments as soon as they are done instead of just soaking them in Barbicide (the blue juice some call it lol). I will pay for good service and they are not ridiculous price so that helps! Even brought my whole family here my brothers and dad too and they all loved it and were treated so well! I love this place. I made a mistake once of going to a place closer to work to get my manicure and will never do it again. This place is always clean, with good customer service. DON'T bother coming here. If I could give them 0 stars, I WOULD. They treat you like crap unless you ask for the more expensive stuff (gel on acrylic, most expensive pedicure treatment etc). I was there on SATURDAY (4/15) and I wanted gel manicure and gel pedicure. I selected the $30 pedicure treatment because I did not want all that extra stuff. When I told her I wanted the $30 option, her whole attitude changed. She was very aggressive and rude. It's as if she was offended. When it came down to do my gel manicure, another women approached me and asked me for the millionth time if I wanted acrylic (they asked when I walked in, when I was waiting, when i was sitting on th massage chair, even the lady that did my pedicure asked me!!). When I told the women that was doing my manicure that I ONLY want gel manicure, she didnt like my answer. She half ass did my nails ( I didnt know then) and it is now TUESDAY (4/18) and my nails are chipping!! I paid $70 for the crap work. Gel is SUPPOSED to last longer. This place is great if you need acrylic nails but i suggest you ask for LYNN or HOLLY. If they are not there, go somewhere else. I DO NOT trust the rest of the women that work there with my nails or toes. Also, when they are finised with you, they discard you like you are a piece of trash. I've seen them treat wash cloths better than their customers. I've given this place a lot of chances so shame on me for going back. if I lived closer, I would go back and demand them to fix them but they are not worth me sitting in traffic for. I always tip well when I RECEIVE good service but 4 of the 6 times that I've been there, I've received horrible service. I'm not asking for a conversation or royal treatment, just be respectful to your customers because afterall they did choose to go to your nail shop out of the hundreds that are in the area. I usually come here in the spring and summer and have no complaints. However yesterday I went there and a lady named Kim did my nails and was very rude. I asked for gel French tip nails and she asked me if I wanted them square or round. I told her I like for them to have a natural shape. When she was almost done I looked at my nails and all of the white ends of the French tip were uneven. I pointed that out to her and she said that it was going to look better when my nails grew out and my fingers were crooked. I told her that I have been to the salon several times and it has never looked like that before. Then she said it was my fault because she asked me if I wanted them square or round. She also told me that she would never do my nails again and then immediately followed that by asking me if I wanted a water. Not one of the salon employees tried to diffuse the situation including management. I hardly ever get to go out and get pampered as a mother of three small children and this was a horrible experience. I do not recommend and will never return. read more

LADIES BEWARE!!! DO NOT get nails done here!!! I came here last week Monday (Aug 17) for a gel manicure and polish change on my feet. While getting my gel manicure, the lady did not let me my hands for the complete 60 seconds one is suppose each time a coat is placed on. Instead she told me to keep changing hands once she finished painting each hand even when the dryer wasn't completely finished. I left the salon thinking my hands were dried. I got home to realized the gel had not dried because I had not stayed under the heat long enough and the polish was chipped. I returned the next day to have to it fixed. When I arrived I was asked who had did my nails, when I informed them who it was I was told she was off today and to return tomorrow for her to fixed it. WTF!!! All of these ppl here and no one can service me. HERE'S THE KICKER--- if I wanted someone to fix my nails today I would have to pay $7. What do mean pay more money for something you didn't do right the first time. She tried it!!!! I proceed to inform this worker that I had already paid this establishment $35 for unsatisfactory service, and would not be paying a dime more. I then sat in a chair and to waited for someone to fixed what was now two nails that were chipping. It was now been a week since my original trip, three nails are broken. I will NeVER support this business again. Service both on my nails and to me was a grade F!!!!! Unfortunately you have to give at least one star on here but they really deserve ZERO stars. read more

Not coming back here! Customer service sucks. I asked for a deluxe pedicure that comes with a foot mask and 5 min massage. She brought two boiling hot towels and just wrapped my feet and they were burning! When I told her it burned and it was too hot (by the way I love hot water but this was excruciating); she just walked away. My foot is completely red and burnt. And 5 min massage my ____. My friend and I visited this salon due to it being the closest to my house. Don't remember the names of the 2 woman who assisted us but I know the one who did my services was the manager. They are the ones in the pink and white shirt on a picture posted below! Let me start off by saying we went in knowing we wanted regular acrylic nails. They kept pressuring us to get gel which gets annoying after awhile. It took about an hour and a half. There were many kids below the age of 2 running around to every nail station, very unconventional. Well we got our nails done and they looked fine at the salon (minus me asking the manager 3 times to fix my nails because they were crooked &too much paint) she replied "I'll have to start all over because when I file down it'll mess up" as if she wanted me to be satisfied. I wanted it to be fixed so she did. When I got home my nails were dry and all was okay. Until about 2 hours later my polish started CRUMBLING OFF MY NAILS!!!! LITERALLY CRUMBLING OFF! I was shocked because this has never happened to me before. My friends nails weren't even dry because she had too much polish and her nails weren't even filed right. We went the next day to go explain what happened and originally wanted our refund. The manager said it was fine to come back a hour later to get refund. So we did, there was an older male manager as well and he looked at our nails and was genuinely trying to convince us nothing looked wrong with them. We explained everything that I've typed. My friend asked for a refund and he grabbed her by her wrist for a quick second to redirect her to a sign that said no refunds and attempted to grab me as well (luckily he didn't because I'm pregnant and I would've pressed charges) that was a huge No! Unprofessional! So we just asked for them to fix our nails. Unfortunately didn't take a picture of afterwards but didn't look any better. One of the nail techs, cant reveal her name, even felt sincerely sorry for us and apologizes for their mistakes as they didn't apologize. She agreed their service was terrible. Another lady came in as we were leaving showing documents of hospital bills and insurance claims due to her receiving a fungal and nail infection. ive been coming to this nail shop for over 4 years and I am very disappointed on how unprofessional and greedy they have become. i got my nails done jan 14, i paid $80 for them with gel and design. i had to go back jan 19th to get them repainted because of the gel polish peeling off like stickers. the second time i went back on the 19th they charged me $40 to get the gel and design back after their polish started peeling after 5 days of getting a new set. then my nails started peeling AGAIN on the 21st. i called them and they said that i wouldnt be charged for the gel polish change but now since they have changed my polish twice that i would need a fill in and that wouldnt be free. as im talking to holly on the phone asking why am i having to spend more money when they have already inconvienced me twice and ive already spent $120 on my nails thats not even a week old, she showed no concern and was rushing and cutting me off on the phone. this establishment will never get my money again. unprofessional, money hungry and they use old polish to keep you coming back. read more
