It was my first time in the salon and I was greeted by the owner I believe she had a small box that said Kim. I waited a few minutes and then washed my hands and sat to choose a color while they worked in the few people ahead of me. When I was seated Kim started on my soak (sns) and finished someone else. She came back to me and she was efficient with clipping my nails and getting the process started. Now here is where I appreciated the business even more, I witnessed a switch of personnel between me and a man getting a pedicure. It seems they work to their strengths here and Kim seems to jump in to help the others as needed. Cindy took over my mani and she TOOK HER TIME! I appreciate when the nail tech takes their time to get my nails done right and clean. I understand why they have a high star rating here and on google. I will definitely come back and likely will ask for Cindy. The location has 5 pedi seats and 4 nail seats. Due to social distancing only 3 pedi seats appear to be in use for now. I witnessed sanitizing between customers in the pedicure seats and everyone had on a mask and a note in the door requiring one be worn.

It was spur of the moment and I got Suzan and I decided to do something fairly plain and she did an absolutely wonderful job. I have very sensitive cuticles and so even the barest brush of the e-file and I'll end up with scabs, which really mar a new set. She was meticulous and careful without me even having to tell her.
