I read the reviews before coming here to get a pedicure. They were pretty mixed, and so was my experience. I called ahead and got in and seated quickly. The first thing I noticed is that they hold out menu with the more expensive services facing upwards to ask what you're going to get. I went in knowing I was getting a regular pedicure so wasn't an issue for me. The pedicure itself was fine. The callus removal was not great. I'll included a picture of how my skin on my toes looked immediately after getting home. They put a timer on for the 5 minute leg massage but then get up to grab things during that time. As my pedicure was towards the end they started to get busy and were very obviously rushing. They fanned my toes to try to dry the quicker and then had me move to the waiting area to. The drying area only fits one person and that was occupied. It seems they need more space. They're popular but parts of the service could be better. read more

Came here with my mom for my birthday. They pulled out a cheese grater for my feet and they are cracked and peeling 2 weeks later. It's very uncomfortable and I've been researching how to get some relief. As we were getting up to get our manicures, they pushed us to get the hard nails (we just wanted gel) and wouldn't let us say no. The guy doing mine immediately clipped my nails very short when I sat down with no shape (to pressure me to get a different service) and acted frustrated when I reiterated I just wanted gel and not the hard nails. They sat me away from my mom and were hounded her just like he was hounding me, to the point I had to yell to her that I was not doing the acrylics and neither should she because that's not what we wanted. The "manicure" was just him clipping my cuticles (he was done very quickly) and patting my hand with no massage lotion at all to finish it off. Ridiculously expensive. I had Gracie and she honestly did a really good job. She listened to everything I wanted and she's just super talented. The only thing that I didn't like so much was before I even did my nails I showed them a picture of what I wanted and what would the cost be and I got told a certain price but then when the nails were finally done and they saw how great they were they wanted to tell me that they gave me a discount because it should've been more. I think that they should really get their pricing figured out but other than that really good service they gave me water too. They seem like they really cared. I dislike leaving bad reviews but I felt obligated since Google steered me wrong. I went in for shellac gel removal and my tech was quite rude. Instead of filing off a layer of gel and soaking in acetone to reduce damage, she completely filed off the nail polish and a substantial layer of nail. Concerningly, I don't think their files/drill bits were sanitized between clients. My nails looked terrible as they were just drilled into and had drill lines all over, so I asked for a clear coat to help hide some of the damage. read more

I came in for a pedicure, I'd been here for manicures in the past and those have never failed me and happy to report pedicures are just as high quality. The nail tech was very kind and attentive and she even helped me touch up the manicure I'd done at home, I felt very taken care of. I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience because of how upsetting it was. I brought my daughter to All Season Nails for what was supposed to be a relaxing treat, but it quickly became one of the most uncomfortable salon visits I've ever had. The nail technician continually pressured us to upgrade to gel polish, even after we politely declined several times. It felt pushy and dismissive of our choices. What made the experience truly unacceptable was hearing the technician speak negatively about me in Vietnamese--assuming I wouldn't understand. I do speak and understand Vietnamese, and what she said was both offensive and unprofessional. No customer should ever be spoken about that way. When I addressed it with the woman at the front--who I believe may have been the manager--her only response was, "Oh." No apology. No concern. Just complete dismissal. I left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and deeply disappointed, especially because my daughter had to witness it all. I will not be returning, and I hope this review encourages the salon to seriously reconsider how they treat their customers--especially when they think they're not being understood. read more

Finding a good nail salon is tough, but this place did great work on my toe nails. I used to do my nails and end up with an ingrown nail, but this place has completely gotten my nails on track so that I don't get that issue anymore. They can be a little bit aggressive, but I like the way they do my nails. They just upgraded their place with a new look and new chairs. All Season nails exceeds my expectations every time I step through the door. I don't live in Utah (I live in Hawaii) but I do visit 2-3 times a year due to my younger sister having lived in Utah since 2012 and for the last few years, she has been coming here and of course, has started to include an acrylic set + the occasional pedi to my biyearly itinerary and my experiences at All Season have ALL been 10/10. As soon as I step through the door I am immediately greeted and sat within 5 minutes. I also am always offered a cold water upon my arrival. I have been there where all chairs are full, all pedicure stations are occupied, and these wonderful manicurists still take clients in. They find a chair and do what they can until a chair opens up to do the more detailed work. It made me happy to be around an environment that not only accepts everyone, but also the patrons there don't seem to mind that type of worth ethic as well. Understanding, kindness and efficiency seems to be the running theme at this beautiful salon and I wish more were run this way. My personal style varies and I am extremely indecisive. I always go to Van and show her an inspiration photo of what design I want, colors, gems, glitters, charms ect. and she ALWAYS makes it work. The work is done flawlessly, she checks in with me often to see if I'm still liking the work and girl, she is fast. I would say the longest I've sat in her chair was 45 minutes. I've never had a cracked nail. Never had polish crinkle or smudge. More often than not if I ever wanted to remove the nails (in 4+ weeks) I actually have to get them professionally removed since the acrylic STAYS on, honey. The gems and charms don't budge. And the white nail color stays white (if you know, you know). I can't wait to come back to All Season Nail's for my next deeeeep self care session since I don't let anyone else touch my nails. Good pedicure. They lost a star because they make it so obvious when they're talking poorly about the clients in a different language. Also it was not the cleanest place - I'm pretty sure they don't properly sterilize tools between use as the foot grate and cuticle clippers were just sitting in the pedicure caddy in a bin without being opened from proper sterilization. My coworker and I came to get our nails done on Friday 03/22/24. We're in Utah for work and have to Uber/lyft the places we need to go. That being said, my coworker called All Season Nails and they said the best time to come was 6:30/7. We got off at 6:30 and headed straight there. We got to the salon at 7:04. We were asked to check in so we did. Immediately after the manager approached us asking could we come back tomorrow because it was late and they closed at 7:30. The Uber there was $25 so I'm like no ma'am, the website says you take your last client at 7:15. She said okay, but the website is wrong and walked off. Then a guy named Pizza came and was saying none of the nail techs wanted to stay late so we could wait but he'll have to do our nails so one of us would have to wait and we wouldn't be out of there until about 10/11pm. I had enough at this point and told him that I'm a licensed nail tech and it doesn't take that long. He said okay sit and wait and he'll be with us. My coworker went first so when Pizza started my nails it was about 7:45. He did my nails so thin that I can see the white half moon that's on your nails by the cuticle under the colored acrylic. I commented on how thin they were and he said it was because they were short. Not even 24 hours later (3/23/24) a nail broke, going from one side wall to the other and broke my real nail with it. A painful bloody mess. The acrylic nail was still attached just with a nasty crack going across. The whole point of having thickness to your nails is so that the nail can have an apex that gives the acrylic nails a strength point to protect them from breaking easily (to explain it in easy terms). I got off about 11 p.m. so I came early this morning (03/24/24) to get it fixed. I mention to the manager that I told them Friday night that the nails were too thin. They fixed the broken nail free of charge. But at the cost of my actual nail bed now being damaged, the fixed nail is crooked, and it's the thickest nail in the whole set. The easy fix to this whole situation would've been the nail tech (Pizza) just doing the nails correctly the first time. As nail techs they are well aware that acrylic nails shouldn't be thin. I was led astray to All Seasons Nails through the glowing, but deceptive reviews on Google. I ended up having the worst nail salon experience ever here. First of all, I walked in with a mask and spoke English to all of the staff there. They didn't realize I could understand everything they were saying in Vietnamese. The amount of badmouthing the nail techs were saying about their customers were so unprofessional. My specific nail tech was talking crap about my natural nail shape to her co-worker. Other nail techs were talking crap about a customer, calling her fat and then saying she was having an affair and got pregnant with the man she came in with. WTF?! I felt like I was living out an episode of Seinfeld. As far as my own experience -- My nail tech was not friendly. She rushed me through my appointment and didn't make me feel comfortable with telling her how I wanted to customize my nails. I had to tell her several times that I wanted my nail shape to be round and needed to adjust the length. The cherry on top? My nails weren't symmetrical between both hands! Ugh. BEWARE!!! Highly doubt the technicians are licensed... I came in for an express pedicure & the woman (who did not speak English) nearly ripped my toenail off with the clippers. And when I told her I was in pain, her response was to grab a bottle of super glue and pour onto the nail... I've NEVER had that experience at a salon, and I hope this review helps prevent anyone else from the same experience. My toe is throbbing, I'm afraid of an infection.
