THE WORST NAIL SALON EVER. A Nightmare Experience. I recently had the misfortune of visiting Nails Amour, and it was by far the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. The ordeal began the moment I walked in and lasted for hours, ultimately ending in frustration and disappointment. I was assigned to Hannah, who proved to be the worst nail tech in South Florida. Her service was atrocious. She rushed through the entire process, showing a complete lack of care and attention to detail. The end result was a poorly executed manicure that left me embarrassed to show my nails in public. I was left sitting for four hours from the start of my service to when I left. The lack of respect for customers' time was evident and completely unacceptable. To add insult to injury, the final bill was significantly higher than what I was originally quoted. This unexpected overcharge felt like a deliberate attempt to take advantage of customers. The customer service is HORRIBLE. In summary, my experience at Nails Amour was nothing short of a nightmare. Between the excessive wait time, the subpar service from Hannah, and the unexpected overcharge, I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this establishment. Have came here before during and after my pregnancy so about 2-2 and a half years and tried different people and had good and terrible experiences with techs but hands down VIVIAN is the BEST nail tech i have ever seen not only here in any salon. She's not like other techs here that are rude or act like it's a bother to do some shit. Vivian is so kind, polite and friendly!!! And her work?? FIRE SHE IS ON POINT!!! listen yall.. the shaping, the attention to details, and she's very gentle!! I love herr she is the best tech in this whole place and she's stuck with me lol i'm never seeing anybody else again for my nails!! & no she did not cut me.. my cuticles lookin rough bc i cut them prior to my appointment and i did a garbage job at it. Going to nails by amour has been one of the best options for Miami Nail Techs. Me myself I come from broward just to sit in Ms.Vivian chair . i absolutely love how she do my nails !!! everytime I come in she ask me what designs are we doing today !!! I show her a couple pictures then we choose the best one. I love her creativity and openness to try something new!!! she's never scared very very confident . Even thought this salon is a little bit of a drive for an FIU student, it is definitely worth it! Absolutely obsessed with the nails and professionalism that I received today!
