I really needed a quick pick me up for my body and soul after a very tough couple of weeks and they were able to provide just that. The place is nice and clean which made it feel mowelcoming. My nail tech was very sweet and careful with service. The service was quick and efficient. I would definitely come again if in the area. To be honest, my only complaint is that I believe the quality of their colors leaves a lot to be desired. Feels like they been trying to stretch the longevity of the polish use therefore compromising integrity of the quality of polish. read more

I'm a nurse and normally can't wear acrylic nails. But after Covid and working outside of the hospital setting I was able to get my nails done again. My old nail salon kept on increasing prices but had the worst polish ever so I decided to try MP nails on a whim and I've been going ever since. Andrew always gets me right and pays attention to details. I always get compliments on my nails and they last a minimum of three weeks. My only complaint would be the inconsistency of ugh the pedicures. But definitely check them out and ask for Andrew. read more

Okay, so I was on my way to Publix when I spotted this nail salon. And i needed my nails done because of all the holiday cleaning, cooking, and just getting stuff together. My nails were a mess. I walked in and got in a seat right away. I've been to a few places in Miami over the past few trips there; however, this is by far the best for me. I feel you should go in and give them a try. First off, my pedicure was great, but my dipping nails were done so well. Not thick, great shaping, not aggressive with the filing polish, looked nice, and the overall process was excellent. This nail salon will be my new go-to nail spot. If you are in the area, give them a try. Friendly staff but just an FYI, you are going to a nail salon, and there's a 95% chance even with an Appointments, you might have to wait, so be patient and kind to the staff. I was in a pinch and needed my nails done quickly before leaving for vacay, walked in and was greeted immediately by Kayla. They took great care of me! Super friendly employees that were polite and listened to what I asked for. Highly recommend! I'm not from the area so I was searching yelp and came across them. Glad I did, I'll definitely be back. Excellent work by both of my techs. I wish I knew their names! Both the work done on my toes and fingers was meticulously done, clean and beautiful. I definitely will be going many times in the future. I might suggest booking an appointment though bc they are always full of clients and will turn people away if the wait is too long or they are booked. read more

This is a hidden gem with reasonably priced services. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure (52 dollars). The lady that did my nails took her time to ensure my nails were perfectly done. I left taking a photo of my nails and the color of my gel. I'm very pleased. I was offered eater and Vietnamese coffee (amazing). I ended up going to MP Nails because my usual place didn't have a working AC that day! I couldn't handle the fumes so I contacted Henry at MP and he said to come on over! By the time I arrived with a friend of mine, we were there only 20 minutes before closing both for a mani/pedi. They still let us in a took GREAT care of us! I was so shocked at the hospitality and wondered WHY this place was so hidden! They did a FANTASTIC job on my nails in such a QUICK time frame. I will DEFINITELY be back! yesterday I made the worse decision of my by going to MP nail salon. it's was first and last time. The Tecknician clearly have covid Symptoms or a bad cold blowing her noses and come to me without showing hand to give a pedicur, that was the first and I was sitt next to a young woman with fungus on her toe. My tecknicial to used the same stools that the other technician had used on her toes and try to use the same stool on me. I called them on that and They changed $85 for a terrible service. the public Health department should give them a visit. read more

I loved coming here and doing my nails with Kathy, she is great. Last time I came I was upset because I was left waiting more than an hour and people went ahead of me. I told the manager something and he was quick to give me an attitude. Today I gave them ANOTHER CHANCE and made an appointment at 12. And Kathy was busy just starting someone's nails. I think it is extremely disrespectful that I ahead of time made an appointment and I have to wait 45 mins to get my nails done. That tells me that this establishment does not value my time. I do my nails every 2 weeks and tip well to be receiving this shitty customer service. Needless to say I will be taking my service elsewhere. read more

Don't EVER go here unless you are ready to get RIPPED OFF. If you are going for the first time, they will have a new person who does a shitty job on your nails. Then charge you a arm, and a leg. I went to this location with my boyfriend both of us got pedicures. We called ahead and asked if there was two chairs available which they said yes. We walked in no more than 5 minutes later said there was only one available for now. I reluctantly sat down first, and then they refused to let us seat next to each other when there was a empty chair on both side of me. We had to complain to have them agree to move us so we could sit together. Also they charge men $35 and women $25 for pedicure and than charged my boyfriend $5 for a clear coat after a rough and only 10 minute pedicure. We will not be coming here again! read more

Omg, I have never had a worse experience trying to get my eye brows waxed, they didn't even tell me how long it would be (yes, maybe i should have asked but i didnt expect it to be so long) but I needed them done bad, waited almost 1 hour like a dummy and the lady murdered my eye lids, I have the pictures to prove, don't go there for eye brows! Never again, I usually never give negative reviews because it is not worth my time but this is worth letting people know, horrible customer service! Even after i told her she was hurting me she would go gentle then go back to being rough with the eye brow remover, because of this i have tiny scabs on my eye lids, i guess unless you are a regular they treat you like crap! It was an older asian lady with glasses that did this so go there at your own risk. read more

RUDE, HORRIBLE customer service - do not go in there! I've been a customer since roughly 2004/2005, but never again. The technicians are extremely rude, never smile, and belittle you if you request something different from their routine - including rolling eyes, grabbing your hand/foot, or yelling out at one of their colleagues in their native language so that you can't understand how they're blasting you. During a gel manicure whereby I was slightly burned, the nail technicial stormed off and another male technicial filled her place and, in an agressive tone, proceeded to inform me that it was impossible to be burned. He, then, continued to explain to me that I'm overly sensitive. Oh, don't worry my friend, I will NEVER again go to your dirty, rude salon. I just can't believe they still have clients.... read more

The employees were extremely rude to my niece and me--we made an appointment and showed up on time; they agreed we had an appointment and asked us to sit down to wait a few minutes, then came back later insisting we didn't have an appointment. When we asked approximately how long the wait would be so that we could go next door to grab a coffee they said if we walked out they wouldn't serve us. Just so unprofessional and a bizarre experience overall :( read more

I have been coming to M.P nails since I moved to Miami 6years ago. I live in south beach now and still make the drive up north because no other nail salon can do what these guys do. Harry is my main guy for my nails and Wenny for my toes. I have had pretty much everyone in the salon work their magic on me at some point in the last 6 years and wouldn't trade them for anything. I always just walk in and get in and out. A must go to nail salon. You won't be sorry. read more

The reason why I was introduced to this nail salon is because my nail tech Kiannie switched here. Apparently this salon has been here for years, my mother in law came here 10 years ago! Customer service is great! The owners Henry and Angel are hilarious and super sweet. After going there twice they already knew me. The salon is extremely clean and they use good quality products. Only negative is they don't do appointments Friday or Saturday. I'm off Friday and always made an appointment with Kiannie first thing. So now I've learned to just be there when they open. All in all I love this salon and I enjoy coming here and talking crap my entire time there. It's always a blast. read more

I have been their client for almost 10 years. I have no complaints. They are friendly, the place is clean and they have customer service skills. They are usually busy, with many repeat clients as i have been during years. Sometimes they just do not have the patience or time to engage in conversation but that doe not make them unfriendly, that is ok with me, i go there for their services, not for conversation. Yes, is true that they speak in their native language to each other but why wouldn't they?. That doesn't bother me either. I got here for nails and eye brows and never had a problem. Also prices are very reasonable. As my technicians, i prefer Henry , Tony and Angel. read more

I was desperate for a new set and stumbled upon this place after being turned away elsewhere due to no appointments available. It wasn't my first choice and I wish I would've looked into prices before sitting down. The salon is a bit dated and does not have a high end look for the high end prices they charge. I don't mind paying for a good job or nice experience, but I didn't feel I got my money's worth here. The acrylic set was done well, but the regular polish job I received was nothing out of this world for the price I paid. I've paid less for a way better job and at nicer salons. ($40 for full set and regular polish). I won't be back. read more

I am a regular at M P Nail Salon - but since this new management change where Angel and Henry are no longer there quality of customer service has just went down the drain. After placing an appointment & yes I was late for my appointment but did inform them of my tardiness - I was approached by supposed new management that I either have someone else service me or wait an hour at which point would be their closing time. As a faithful client I am truly upset because I was being pushed onto another worker when That was not my initial request. I have NEVER gone through such woes with previous management. Since my regular lady in there is on vacation - I will wait until she returns because clearly she is the only one in there that appreciates my consistency... my opinion - Angel and Henry please come back and bring back the QUALITY aspect of the shop... read more

Been going here for years just to get eyebrows done. I will NEVER Be returning. They like to talk about you in front of you and behind your back. I asked for the lady I wanted said she will be a hour so I said I would wait, he rushed me to get someone else she was scared and didn't know what she was going. Have the wax all on my eye lids!!! Didn't even get my nails done here. I walked in and asked if they could see me. I was told "a few minutes, no problem." I was the only one in the waiting area and yet I walked out after 25 minutes of no service and not even being given an update. There was a technician just sitting around waiting. Absolutely no reason to ignore a prospective new client. What a waste of my time. read more

I've been here a couple times when I need nails done on Sunday's or if my regular place is full. Never again, one time the previous owners husband did my nails and the gel manicure completely peeled off within a week. Last time I week and older man did my pedicure or should I say polish change and he was terrible. Didn't do my cuticles or clean around and underneath, just got my feet barely buffed to remove callouses. He didn't speak much English and the previous owner wasn't much help as she's just an operator. Skip this place read more

Popped in to MP nails on my way to my original nail spot. I pulled up on yelp new nail locations as my previous location never really left me satisfy my nails always hurt afterwards and they weren't very friendly it was more like a factory then friendly. So I came across MP nails on yelp... THANK YOU GOODNESD FOR THIS PLACE! I walked right in and was immediately greeted in an extremely clean Salon... quite the different greeting then what my old place was known for... explain to him and just needed a fill-in and a trim down... And who knew... IT IS POSSIBLE TO BE TREATED LIKE A HUMAN!! Henry was so amazing... He engaged in conversation and was wonderful and not only that I was in and out of the salon in under 20 minutes and this included him having to fix a previous nail job trim down quite a bit and even it out!!! My nails don't hurt, my nails look beautiful, in and out in under 30 minutes, a nice all-around visit. I can't rave enough about how much I am so happy that I found Henry and mp nails!!! The woman mentions having 20 years of experience, and this gives her the right to do her job without listening to how the client feels. I request that this information be delivered through my legal representative to a complaint in the Department of Health and all legal instances and determine these treatments, accusations and under service with tools outside of hygiene and safety for people. No A/C , safety or RESPECT!!! The lady is extremely rude and doesn't deserve have a license in case she does . This place is a joke.

It's supposed to be a relaxing place, not somewhere to listen to their drama. I won't be returning.

She was amazing, really detailed and did everything in a timely manner. I'm happy with the product of my nails and the technician I had, but probably won't come back because of customer service
