Bad business practice for this salon. This salon have a high turnover for new management every year. I am so glad my nail lady left that place before another new management took over. I never felt the warm welcome when I went there in the past. I was a frequent customer too! This place lost a lot of business from my friends who I recommended coming here because of it. I hope whoever the new management is now will take good notes. Glad someone else took it over recently because the old owner had no personality. When we walked in we asked for a full set acrylic's with regular nail polish when we sat down they gave us the shellac stack without letting us know it was shellac we chose our colors at the end of the process they charged us $45 per set they cut my friends finger they were really rough with my fingers and the nail stand even come out nice they were really rude and they didn't even give us a discount for cutting my friends finger. If you want nice nails don't come here. read more

I seen a lot of great reviews on here so I tried them out yesterday . It was my first time here , everything was going great until I told the lady doing my nails the length I wanted she seemed unhappy and annoyed . Not to mention she made a comment when I went to wash my hands about the colors I picked to my friend that they were " ugly " . I didn't really care until today my nail broke while I was putting on a bra . I was shocked since I had just got them done yesterday! My boyfriend surprised me with what was supposed to be an $18 acrylic fill. Walked out getting charged $45 with pretty much no explanation of why it was so ridiculously over priced. She fixed a nail I didn't ask her to fix (she also didn't tell me it would be extra or how extra), I also got chrome powder (which she didn't tell me would magically make my total almost $30 more than it was supposed to be, didn't even say it'd be extra at all!). If you're going to charge someone that much extra, you should tell them that first!!! They also didn't ask me what length I wanted or what shape. I didn't even pick what color I wanted! She sat down, didn't even say hello, and just went to town on my nails saying and asking nothing. Also my fingers itched SO incredibly bad for a few days after I got them done. The shape is terrible, the nails are all bumpy and the chrome powder is already fading off and it's only been a few days. Absolute worst nail experience I've ever had. I won't be going back. I went on Friday to get my pedi, and the lady who helped me was in a rush from the start (she shouldn't have been because I got there right after the shop opened and I was the only one there). She didn't let my feet soak very long before she took the calluse removing tool over my them. She went so fast and up too high over my heel, and ended up cutting a chunk out of my foot. It bled through my whole appointment and stung like hell. She put a couple things on it and it kept bleeding at one point the manger/owner walked by and saw my foot and asked if I was okay, I said I was but it hurt pretty bad. She then walked back to her chair and sat down...didn't say a word! The gal who did my pedi then blamed all the bleeding on my "thin blood" and told me how I should put lotion on before bed (which I do, thanks for telling and not asking) and how I should take vitamin A for my skin. The whole appointment she was rude, in a rush, and cut me again under my toe on the other foot! After it was all said and done she charged me the full deluxe price plus shellac and told me what she did to my foot was an "accident" I mean, I get it...accidents happen but, how about being sorry and maybe knock off the price of the shellac... I should've just left after she cut me and I won't be going back. I'm not a person that gets upset with people on the spot, and demands free things or gets up and leaves; I didn't say anything and I should have. But the total lack of care and service was just awful. Here it is, Sunday. Two days after my appointment and it still hurts to walk on that foot, like I'm reopening it by putting weight on it! I'm so frustrated and this isn't the first time this particular person as been in a rush, she worked on my sister back in June when we went for our pedis and she was in a rude hurry then. Went here on the recommendation from a co-worker after another salon did a terrible job. Kelly fixed my nails right up leaving them beautiful. They have lots of different color and design options that I have not seen at other salons. I get acrylics with shellac and they always last at least 2 weeks or more before a fill is needed. 5 star salon! read more

All the ladies that work there are great and this is the only place I've been to where my acrylics don't peel off or pop off after a week. Even though I'm super hard on my nails, they rarely break. I opted for the deluxe pedicure and it was well worth the price!! You get a hot stone massage on your legs, hot wax for your feet and wonderful hot towels on your legs. My regular nail salon was closed for some inexplicable reason, so I decided to try this place. I did not make an appointment, but she was able to squeeze me in as her last appointment of the day. I had the "Basic Pedicure" which cost $25 and consisted of the usual stuff, foot soak, hot paraffin wax and massage. The lady did a fantastic job and my feet are ready for my Maui vacation. I also like this nail salon because it requires people to have their own nail kits. If you don't have one, they have some available for purchase. I went here hoping to get a quick mani pedi as I was going out of town the next day. "Hannah" told me to come back at 1 and so I did. We talked a lot and so I think I must have distracts her. It was a very poor manicure and the thumb and several other fingers of the gel started to peel in about a day as the thumb was not smooth and on the nails it had gotten on my cuticles and so these peel almost immediately. I went back in after my trip and this is why I give them 4 stars: she completely redid the gel nails in both hands. This place is great, I had never gotten a pedicure before, well... Cuz I'm a man and a prior Marine but my wife dragged me in here with the family. It was amazing and felt so good. I felt like Jim Carey on Dumb and Dumber with the amount of dead skin that was shaved off my heals. new to the area... picked this place because they were reasonably priced for pedicure with callus removal. Got there and tried to confirm the price, they say that is their old price. I said it is on their website and they said they have no control over their website and that they don't know how to change it. okay whatever it was only $5 more. they asked if I brought my nail file and I said no. Thought that was weird. pedicure went well except this hot liquid in a plastic bag. when I complained it was too hot, all she did was smack the liquid on top of my foot instead of trying to cool it off. then she put my foot in and it felt like it was burning. I was red for a few days. the pedicure was great other than that, except she didn't paint the tip of my toenail with polish very well, I could see the white in my nail. Then she gave me the file she used so I could bring it back next time... there will not be a next time. read more

I had been coming here for awhile. But my last handful of appointments I left a little disappointed. It's usually a 50-50 shot leaving happy. This last bout I went in for pedicure with friends. I felt very rushed. She rushed my nails and the paint job was less than pleasing. Not even 2 days later did it chip. I can usually go weeks without my pedicure chipping. I am usually happy with my gel manicures but I feel they could step up their pedicure and customer service game. read more

I HAD (past tense) been going to this nail salon for a few years, but my recent visit was awful. My tech barely spoke, claimed she was 'bored' when I asked her a question; she rude and indifferent throughout the entire pedicure. The nail trimming was painful both at the time, and that night. I woke up several times that night because my toes hurt, and now I have an infected toe. I'm not sure that it wasn't intentional. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! read more

Okay, this is my second post. I deleted my first one because I wrote the review when I was upset. I went here with a friend the other day for the first time and we both got fills. I called and made an appointment for both of us. When we got there we were paired up with one nail technician. Instead of getting our nails done at the same time we were waiting for each other. I was the first to get my nails worked on and the lady was really bad at filing. She kept burning my fingers with the filing tool, I would jump and pull away and all she did was chuckle and say sorry. I didn't mind the first few times but literally it was almost all my fingers that hurt. You would assume they would slow down and be more careful. She was aware of all the times I was in pain and my thumb did bleed. I had 2 round diamonds and a bow on my nails (both sides) before coming in, which of course they took off so I can get a new color. When it was time to pick my color I showed her some photos and she said they cannot do that (I verified if anything similar she said no). I asked if they had any jewels and the lady said no... I can hear them talking back and fourth about design this design that, clearly aware I wanted something (simple things) I wasn't able to get anything similar to the multiple photos I had shown (color wise) and I was stuck on what color to choose, so she started filing my friends nails. (Which also hurt, but not as bad). I was finally able to settle on a color after showing photos to another lady and she grabbed some similar colors that they had (finally better communication). But then after seeing my post on yelp (Yes I posted then and there because I was upset about the pain I just went thru) she had the audacity to say to me that if I don't mention/ask about jewels how are they supposed to know that I want it. She then grabs the jewels (only round diamond style) and says they had some and I should say something. This is what made me more upset. I clearly mentioned I wanted it right from the start and they knew because they were talking about it! (I was Sooo over this place that I did not want it anymore and just wanted to leave) This review is mainly based on service. The nails are not horrible but could be better (one of my fingers didn't get a good fill, there's a gap so it looks more outgrown than the rest. I did clean up and shape my nails at home. If we had a better skilled technician I honestly think we would have enjoyed our visit. read more

1. My second trip to this place - for a fill ! Was very happy with first time about 8 mos ago, thought to go again- YAY! 2. Got in as soon as I walked in! 3. Pulled out the "dremel"..." I have very thin nails so please be careful with that" grind...grind...grind... 4. Opened a drawer and pulled out a USED nail file....You have got to be kidding!!!! file...file...file...hills and valleys on every nail, not smooth! 5. Pushes back my cuticles with her own fingernail....Yikes....this is cannot be up to health code standards?!?!?! 6. Wipes off my nails and proceeds to coat them over the nail dust...great, textured nails now. 7.Picks up same used file ( now by me too!!!!) and asks how i want them shaped..."leave them as they are, this length and shape"...ok.....proceeds to file them into that ghastly squared off shape that makes me cringe... 8. My nails looked awful and started to yellow on the white tips within one week....I went somewhere else, paid again and had them fixed... Why didn't I leave , you ask? Consider it a favor to anyone else that might want to go here..... Go somewhere else. read more

I normally don't write reviews mostly because I think some people are vindictive. I'm pretty sure this place has changed hands or management, the people used to be very friendly and I was treated like a friend not a piece of meat. The girls that did our pedicures did a good job, but the manager was yelling at them almost the whole time I was there, I think about a missing receipt.
