2 hours for a simple fill. Tech used way too much powder. Shaped like almonds. Way too thick. Disgusting. Another customer arrived after me & had a pedicure & full set done. And left 30 mins before me. Definitely don't recommend. read more

They also have great nail color selections and I love that it's family owned. They take great pride in their product and they should because they are pretttyyyyy great. read more

Popped by here while in town briefly & so glad I did! TLDR: Very happy with my dip with tips manicure. Clean place. Patient staff. I'm spacing on the name of my tech, but she was great! Really took time and care and was super patient with me giving directions for how I wanted the shape of my nails. Because of that back and forth the service took a little longer than normal but the look great and have held up really well! I got a new set of tips with dip manicure as I wanted to go longer than the set I had on at the time. They were the perfect shape - a little longer than I intended, but I adore them! They're also the perfect thickness- pretty and natural looking, but also thick enough to hold up especially for the length. Great color selection too. Atmosphere wise the places was well put together and clean, I called an hour ahead on a Thursday morning and had the place to myself for a solid hour or so. They do ask you to bring your own "nail kit" or it's a small charge to buy one that you can take with you & bring back. Consists of a really nice nail file and buffer. read more

I went here for a shellac French tip with added details. I was not satisfied with the detailed work and said so, right in the moment. The tech did not listen to me and kept on going. I asked her to remove it, as it looks so sloppy and she did not take it off. I am very disappointed. These were my Christmas nails and look nothing like the picture. Very, very disappointed, sadly. read more

I wholeheartedly recommend. This is a smaller business with a comfortable, traditional ambiance--nothing slick or pretentious here. The quality of work is excellent, the pricing reasonable and clear, and the staff courteous and professional. I just love it. In a nutshell, two thumbs up. read more

I've been here three times. Every time I am impressed at their work. They're really neat and do amazing job however I will not be returning after this recent visit. Anna and other will always talk shit about you in your face in Vietnamese Really unprofessional and I am never going back here again. Oh plus Anna overcharges everything. From length, colors you choose, also she will stare at your receipt while you sign to ~peer pressure~ you into tipping more. read more

Mademoiselle Nails is my absolute favorite nail salon. The people here are very welcoming and sweet. I've never had a negative experience here. Cam Nguyen is amazing and I trust her work completely. I went here a few months ago with some friends for acrylic nails and i was blown away by their service! We had our appointments set and instead of having us go one by one they let us all sit together so we could continue talking and having a good time! They offered us drinks and let us know if other services they provided in case we wanted to do one while we waited. My favorite nail place is a little over 20 minutes one way so this became my usual go-to for a while. They take walk-ins but can get pretty busy so I always made appointments. They have a good selection of colors and most of them come in gel and regular for those who get gel on the fingers and not the toes but still want your fingers and toes to match. The manicures are good but I found they could sometimes be a little too aggressive with the cuticle clipping or the nail filing. To be fair I've experienced that at several salons so it's not unique to them. I loved their pedicures, especially the deluxe. With the scrub, paraffin, and the massage (which includes hot stone), it was heavenly. I always found them to be really generous on the massage timing as well. And the ladies are very nice, they learned my name quickly, and they're friendly but not so outgoing that you can't just relax in total silence if that's what you need. Made an appointment this morning for a regular manicure this afternoon. Came in about 30 min before closing, and Anna did my manicure! She was thorough even though I was the last customer. Really clean place, and they had relaxing music playing and Friends on the tv- what could be better than that? They have a private lot so parking is easy. They accept credit card and cash, but they prefer cash. There is an ATM in the nail salon as well. Overall would definitely come again! It was $15 for a regular manicure. read more

I went here on a Wednesday with 2 of my girlfriends. With it being in the middle of summer, some of the ladies were on vacation so Ana was the only person who could do nails (specifically acrylics). She did an amazing job accommodating us and had each of our nails done within an hour. I can honestly say she's one of the most BADASS women I've ever met! Doing nails back to back is not EASY! Ana went through it with ease and made it seem so effortless. I was there for about 3 hours total, but honestly didn't seem like that long. I definitely enjoyed talking to all the ladies (in my home language) and it made the experience at Mademoiselle a lot more fun :) read more

It is my second time coming to this business and I am very happy with the services I have received here. Kim has done my nails each time. She is super sweet , and pays attention to detail. I had my dip nails on for three weeks, they stayed together without cracking or chipping. I work 12 hour shifts at a hospital so the fact that they stayed on through all of the hand washing and hand sanitizer is pretty incredible. The pedicure I received was also great, I have had in grown to nails that have hurt me for years and she took the time to make sure they were out and not hurting me. Kim is a queen! read more

I will no longer be returning here. Everyone who has written a positive review is probably bound to have a negative experience soon because that's what happened to me. I decided to give this place another chance and the last few times I had good experiences up until the most recent. The lady was aggressive with my hands. The dip powder chipped within 2 days. I had to wait 1 hour after my set appointment to get my nails done. No apology, no discount, no accountability for their mistake. The sanitation is questionable. Not sure if some of the staff hold an active license especially since some don't even know what they are doing. They like to talk sh*t in their language about customers. Why pay for this type of service? There are plenty of other nails salons in the area. I will never return to this dump. read more

This place took their time and really paid attention to the details. They were accommodating of my requests. The workers are super sweet and know what they are doing. I did a deluxe pedicure which includes callus removal among other things and a French tip with a small design dip and gel manicure. I came in on Tuesday afterwork, I came in for a pedicure and a fill. Anne seated me right away for my pedi. It was nice getting my pedi, because she was friendly and kept conversation going. She informed me there bp pricing. For a shellac top coat fill it was $30, which to me for a fill seemed to be quite expensive. But I came from #4 season nails in Sherwood. I went there for Kevin but he was off. The v lady who did my nails made them bulky and fat coffin nails, more round than i'd like. The girl who b did my nails was Anne, she told me to b keep my coffin nails, so I did.... She fixed them and it b looked amazing. For a first time, id come again. For my pedi $25 and fill w/shellac were $30 but $10 more for the design. In total I spent $65 read more

I had never heard or been to this salon before, but this morning woke up and needed a salon in Beaverton. This was 7 mins away from the house and had great reviews on Yelp so I thought I'd just chance it and try. I always get scared of trying new nail salons but I am so so so glad that I did. My boyfriend has never gotten a pedicure before and sweetly offered to pay for my shellac mani/pedi and even try a pedicure for himself. He was a bit nervous but Cam did a wonderful job. I had Kelsey for my pedicure and she was amazing. She came in to help her sister in law for the day and I'm so glad she did. My pedicure was lovely. She massaged my legs so much better than most salons and she was friendly and hilarious. Very engaging and sweet. Both Cam and Kelsey did a wonderful job on both of our pedicures. Then the owner did my shellac manicure and I loved the color that she did on my fingernails. She was so sweet and friendly and funny. She did a great job on my cuticles which needed some major TLC and her hand massage was great too!! I feel so pampered. The salon was clean and it was nice and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Talking with Kelsey, Cam, and Diane was awesome. It was like being at home with my mom and my aunties. They were so friendly and welcoming and it just felt like home. I was laughing the whole time there. I am so thankful I found this place because I had no idea where to go in Beaverton. Now I know and will send people that are looking for nail salons that way. Out of every treatment option under the sun, massage therapy is the most useful. No drugs, PT or surgery even come close toward relief and recovery after over six years of dealing with my conditions. Sadly most insurance doesn't cover massage or has very limited visits per year so it gets expensive fast, even though my doctors would prescribe it perpetually for the medical benefits if I requested it. My latest visit at Tanasbourne in late April of 2024 was 90 minutes with Kat, she did a fantastic job, dug in deep with hard pressure as I prefer, light massage does nothing for severe neuropathy and preventing debilitating muscle cramping. Deep tissue is the way to go, on scale of 4-5 with 5 being hard pressure pain in a good way, she put in a solid 3-4. PROS: - Have always had great DEEP TISSUE massages every visit by a man or woman, therapists have been well qualified. - Every visit the massage therapist listened and focused on the areas requested (after years of severe neuropathy I know where to focus). - ALWAYS feel better after a deep, and sometimes painful massage, the kind where it hurts so good. - All professional, no feeling of being uncomfortable or pressured to tip. - Clean and modern facilities. - Mellow typical massage music. - Tables that raise and lower and are heated. - Can usually accommodate a quick same day schedule. - Most locations are easily accessible and disabled friendly. CONS: - No direct billing to insurance (some locations used to do this, but stopped), but can provide you with an invoice. - Does not provide a hot moist towel at end like many places do to wipe off any lingering lotion or oil, even though they have them and sometimes use them during your massage. Even less fancy places provide a dry towel. Nothing here, I guess you could use the massage table sheets. - Massage oil or lotion had a slight scent, nothing unpleasant or too strong, but noticeable. - Encourages tipping, even for medical massage (which shouldn't be required). ... While I don't mind tipping a little for Medical Massage, it is often deemed as necessary by medical professionals, just like Physical Therapy. Some massage therapist charge a higher rate for 'Medical Massage' and therefore make note that gratuity is not necessary as it's basically included in the rate. The benefits towards positive health with massage is far greater than the world, insurance or science might document, sort of like chiropractors, even though many insurance are starting to accept them now as legitimate practice. I mean, we don't tip chiropractors, PT, primary care doctors or surgeons?!? Some chiropractors have onsite massage, but my luck with finding a good deep tissue massage therapist through a chiropractor has yet to happen, probably because it's a lot of work and requires a lot of strength and stamina to dig in deep. Solution -- establishments need to pay their massage therapist a far better base rate, then tipping wouldn't be even be a question. My guess is that most chiropractors and massage studios don't pay their therapist a higher rate for 'Medical Massage' grade therapy, when they should ... The industry needs to change their mindset. SUMMARY: Elements seems to hire qualified massage therapists, no complaints there. Rates are on the higher side. Biggest downside is on the corporation as a whole being too lazy and cheap to bill insurance directly and not paying extra to their therapist for Medical Massage, and of course no towels for cleaning yourself up before exiting.

So now I have two credits for a location I have to drive 40 mins to reach. I have 60 days to use them, but they won't allow me to charge the second one now to use it sooner. So really, I have 60 days for one, and 30 days for the other. I will not engage with this company again after my credits are used. Usually my reviews here are pretty complimentary, but this one is a warning for others.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Maria. She has been doing my pedis for the past several years and I wouldn't even think about going elsewhere. Foot and leg massages are absolutely heavenly. This place is seriously the BEST NAIL place I have EVER been to! They are ALL amazing! They all do your nails exactly how the customer wants and they always thank me for telling them how I want it because they want me to be happy with my nails. I've had Maria do my mani/pedi's for 20 years also. She even did my Mom's and husband's nails...and most of my immediate family. It was fun to go in together. She makes it so worth traveling the extra miles! I loved celebrating my birthday at her shop - had appetizers, wine and desserts. We all had a fantastic time - about 8 friends joined in the fun. In Beaverton for a visit and this place was near by. Best pedicure I have received. Ever. I did the deluxe pedicure and she gave a long massage and spent a lot of attention on the massage (the real reason we go anyway right?). I will say the place is only run by three ladies so they take turns answering the phone and addressing walk-ins and they will turn their attention to them for a few seconds - it didn't bother me any!
