Went a few times and was just ok - doesn't make a difference if you have an appointment or not - you still wait. Had a phenomenal pedicure with one guy - he was amazing. The next time I went back, a different guy did pedicure and it was absolutely horrible. He wasn't consistent with what he did for each leg / foot at all, and had someone else finish the polish portion. Find that this is a common thing in this area (WI Rapids) where someone starts pedicure and someone else does the polish. They must be trying to get more in tip $$$. I moved to rapids from California almost 3 years ago. I used to get my nails done twice a month before moving here. When I moved however I tried finding a place and I was completely disappointed by everywhere I tried. So much so that stopped getting my nails done. It's been 2 years since the last time I walked into a nail salon. The other day someone came to my work and I liked her nails. She told me she goes to nails and spa so I decided to go ahead and give it a try. I'm so happy with my out come! I will definitely be back! My only irritation was that they charged $45 for my 11 year old SON to have a pedicure. No nail polish was used on him. I think that's a crazy price! read more

My first time there, new in the area and found this place on yelp. My nails turned out good. The young gal that did them took great care to make sure it was done right. I made an appt for 5:30 pm and didn't get seen until after 6:00pm. I like to make appt's so I don't have to wait like walk-ins do. I work all day and my time is precious. When I was finished I asked to make a 2 week appt and was told just to call, which tells me they don't honor appt's. Employees are not very personable. I'll keep trying other places in the area. I may come back if I don't find a place I like. read more

I was able to make an appointment for after work and was happy to be taken ahead of time! It was a slower day and the same nail tech worked on my nails from start to finish. Everyone was very pleasant even offering a bottled water. The stations and sink area were clean and looked well-kept. I was impressed by the wide choice of shellac colors including color changing, cat's eye and many others. The color samples were also well organized. Christmas decorations were up and quiet pop music was playing so it created a very relaxing atmosphere. Although it can be easily seen from 8 Street, it is a bit tricky to get into. And, the parking area was not plowed and very slippery...this is what dropped the rating to a 4. I will be going back and trying out the pedicures. read more

Pedicure was painful. She was so rough, even after I told her it was painful. Also, it was like she was in a race to get it done as quickly as possible. As I sat waiting for them to dry, I noticed she had missed painting parts of my nails. Not a good experience I will not be going back. read more

Quick service, friendly...and that's it. I went in for dip polish before my reunion and instead of the dip powder they used the powder for artificial nails. It was put on too thick, and my natural nails suffered greatly when I had the polish removed. read more

Love love this place I was very nervous about trying somewhere new and I wasn't disappointed! They were friendly, clean, no wait time and very creative. They also listened to exactly what I wanted and didn't mind me telling them. I got the gel manicure and eyebrow wax very happy with results. Will recommend to others!! read more

While they do an AMAZING job doing nails and toes, when I went in last time, it took them two hours to do my nails. Just nails, not toes. They don't do your nails, finish them, and then go onto the next person, they do about ten people's nails at a time. You are not the priority. The toes are a lot better though. They are quick and prioritize you and I like that. I wish they were more organized because that could really help their business. read more
