The nails were all Janky and all of them are different shapes, filed them to a crisp, but there's still somehow blocky like hello wtf. If I wanted block nails, I would tape Legos to my fingers. At that point, I'd rather have just done that, but I digress. He kept filing on the skin of my thumb until it bled, didn't say sorry or anything as I'm literally flinching in pain.... The paint job was so terrible and looked nothing like the picture that I presented to him mind you a three-year-old could do better. Ykw my cat draw better. He kept trying to get me to put gems on all my nails after I SPECIFICALLY said NO. So he could charge me an extra $5 a nail probably for a half ass job. Once all of this is over and I basically want to be put out of my misery I go to pay and he proceeds to tell me that my total for my nails is $120. $120?!!? I have never been so shocked in my life at such poor service, and AUDACITY. He said my toes were $50 even though I specifically said I picked the $35 ones, I told him this and he proceeded to say that gel nail polish is an extra $15. WHEN DA HELL was that ever stated? Will never be going back here and I advise anyone who is thinking about coming here to rethink it quickly. It has been about four days since I got them done and three of them have already popped off. She has gel or dip nails, but while she was in a doctor appointment I called and made an appointment because she had been saying she needed to get her nails done. A friend had recommended Anna (who was very nice). We arrived at appointment time and he told mom to pick a color. She said she decided to just remove the polish and do a manicure. He jumped up and came over to me in the waiting area and was yelling at me cause mom decided to just remove the nails and not get polish back on. He was yelling at me and accusing me of making an appointment to get in and told me she'd have to wait because they had other customers?! First visit he yelled at me cause I didn't have appointment so I left. This time he yelled at me because I made an appointment and she just wanted them removed. I was stunned. I have never had someone in my face yelling at me over nails.
