quality is very inconsistent, the first photo is the nails that i left with this last appointment, the second photo is nails that i've left with a couple months ago. I waited 20 mins for my appointment to start, and was never given colors until 5 mins before i got brought to a chair. i'm in nursing school, so i need my nails very short and neutral colored. the guy i was with (chair 2) made me feel bad for wanting my nails short, and made me feel bad for wanting the common "milky white" color. he asked, "do you always do milky white?" in a very condescending tone. the color clearly looks like it needs another coat, and the shape is awful. i felt very rushed. i usually get beautiful nails (the second picture) and i feel like today i left with duck nails. i paid and still tipped (because he was sitting at the pay station watching me sign the receipt), said thank you and was not thanked or spoken to after paying before i left the salon. i went down the road to target after my appointment to get a nail file to fix them myself. i even used this photo as a reference. i usually love the outcome of my nails from this place but will not be rebooking with whoever works at chair #2. read more

They want to make sure their customers are happy with the results and if for some reason you're not then they are more than happy to fix it even within that week. My pedicure was amazing! I got the deluxe jelly pedi which consisted of foot/leg lotion massage, hot stone massage, jelly soak, and the paraffin wax foot bag. Didn't catch the name of the guy doing it but he kept asking me if the water temp was ok or if the towels/wax were too hot. Clean location and modern decorations. My only complaint was with the chairs, the massage option on the chair was very light and I'm more of a harder massage type of person but all in all I will for sure be returning! read more

mostly great, slightly annoying. my friend and i went in for two full acrylic sets. mine were great, took less than an hour and the lady who did them did a beautiful job! (1st pic) my friend got hers done and the end product was beautiful but it took nearly two hours! he spent 55 minutes filing her nails alone which seemed super unnecessary and he spent 5 minutes on the painting lol, he definitely seemed new and inexperienced. (2nd pic) we both left happy with our nails and only paid about 45-50 each but stayed for way longer than expected another thing i didn't love is that half the employees weren't wearing masks and one of them was coughing up a storm read more

I used to love this salon but stopped in today and was very disappointed. There was nobody in the salon but me and they asked if I had an appointment. I didn't. Never needed one and it says walk in welcome. I got a pedicure and it was the worst ever...no foot massage and the little massage on my legs were of my shins...REALLY? Never again will I come here. I have never wanted to leave a bad review... but after my experience at pro nail today I will not be returning. I have been here 3 times before today and they always did an excellent job, did things exactly how I wanted, but today was completely different. My friend and I came for two full sets, my nails were crooked, they were not filed straight so the left side of my nail is longer than the right (slanted), my friend wanted a simple dip style nail but while they were applying the dip powder after putting on the tips, both of her thumb nails melted off. The design looked nothing like she asked for. We are both leaving very unhappy. After three hours of being here for my appointment I will be going home to file my own nails and finding a different salon. Very disappointed. After reading previous reviews I see this is a common theme with customers and hope they can do a better job for others in the future. read more

I've gone here 3 times now and I hope they turn into my only nail salon I go to. I enjoy going there. They do a fantastic job on filing. They take their time on your nails so that they look perfect. Today I went to this facility and did not feel welcomed when I came in the door. My friends and I arrived at 1:50 for our 2:00 appointments to pick out our polish. The man who greeted us at the front door yelled at us that is it was not 2:00 and that we had to sit down and wait. He also told another lady she can sit outside until 2:00 because she was early. Eventually we got to our pedicures and was not greeted by the gentleman who did mine. He overall did a good job on the nails however he looked at my feet and turned to the guy next to him and laughed. I felt very uncomfortable. It got worse when he began to put lotion on my feet. When I flinched my toes because it tickled he looked at me with a dirty look and continued to do it repeatedly for an unnecessary amount of time. Once again I felt very uncomfortable. He also criticized me for one pant leg being higher than the other. They also continued to yell across the salon to other coworkers and was not relaxing at all. They also put a customer on speaker and was very rude to them. When it was all done, I said thank you and I did not get a reply. I was never so happy for a pedicure to be done. When we went to check out one gentleman began to help us but then yelled for his coworker to help us. I have never been excited for a pedicure to be done and I will not return. I do not suggest this place to anyone. read more

Recently went in and had an awful experience. Workers were rude and had sly remarks. Very disrespectful. While getting my nails done, the workers were basically screaming because of how loud they were talking. Another was singing. No other pedicure options were given, so I had to settle for a basic pedicure, unfortunately. When I went to dry my nails, the worker just kicked my shoes aside and yelled at me to sit in a specific chair to dry my nails rather than let me sit next to my friend. Very poor experiences, and they do not even deserve the one star rating I have to give on this site. Will not return, and future customers should not come either. read more

I've been coming here off and on since they opened. When they first opened I thought they did really good work and they usually gave me great service because I was a regular. The places was very clean and orderly too. About a year ago I started going to a different salon in town almost exclusively because I had a bad experience here. I left with nails that looked nothing like how I wanted (even though I brought in a picture) but I got tired of explaining what I wanted so eventually i just accepted it and left. I removed the Nails as soon as I got home that day. Before this experience I have never seen that nail technician at any of my numerous appointments, so I guess he must have been new or filling in from a different location. Recently they have redeemed themselves to me after I left a popular salon in town without getting service. My technician's name was Rita. She was friendly and quick and she did a good job. read more

I go to pro nails all the time. I think they do a great job! Communication is a little difficult but I haven't been to a nail salon yet that doesn't have that. I didn't think the other review was fair. You can see what there doing. Why didn't she correct them sooner? I wouldn't want to do her nails all over again after all that time. Also every nail salon ive been to asks where i got my nails done and has something saucy to say about the other nail salon. I don't normally like to write negative reviews of anything, I know people can have a bad day or whatever but I really wish I'd been warned before I stopped here. Pro Nails isn't my usual nail salon, i stopped here for a pink and white fill while I was in the area. They were very nice until they saw my nails. They demanded to know who usually does them. I tried very hard to dodge the question as I don't really think they need to know. Finally I gave up and told them. What a mistake! They talked about how horrible of a nail tech my usual guy is the whole time which isn't true. My normal nail guy has been doing nails for a very long time and is amazing. I really wish I would have taken the time to go to him instead. Anyway, I told them I needed a pink and white fill. The lady went through all the work of filling the pink, trimming it and filling the white. It took 90 min total. She was buffing them when I noticed she didn't extend the white at all, she just filled it to my month old smile line. When I asked her about it she told me it looked pretty like that. I told her no, it looks like I need a manicure. Her and the man working there talked about it for quite awhile while I sat there feeling uncomfortable. Finally the man told me it was my fault because I didn't say back fill. I've been getting my nails done for 15 years, I've never heard the term back fill. I always ask for a fill when the white looks good and a pink and white fill when the white is grown out. I asked why she bothered to spend an hour and a half doing all of the pink and white and didn't just do the pink if that's what they thought I wanted. He said she did that as a favor to me because my usual nail guy did such a bad job they had to straighten out the white (totally not true) the bottom line, I spent A LOT of time with these people 1st hearing about how stupid I am for going to my usual guy then hearing about how wonderful they are for taking care of me despite not using the term back fill. They only charged me for a pink fill but I spent almost 2 very uncomfortable hours there. They were rude about my usual salon, they said back fill about 40 times and were very rude about my "mistake". They were VERY pushy about setting up another appointment which I will not be doing. My nails are full of ridges and bumps. They aren't a uniform size, my pinky is just as wide as my middle finger on one hand which looks just goofy. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more
