Nail's Aqui came through for me on my 1st pedicure! My toe nails were in serious need of professional attention. Staff gave me the basic pedicure in about 30 minutes. I was at the door when the store opened. I did not have an appointment. Staff filed in as a few customers also entered. I sat for maybe 5 minutes and was called back for my pedicure. The entire process impressed me. Staff were super focused, organized, professional. I will come back to Nail's Aqui at Mission / Ajo. read more

Went in wanting a gel pedicure, no greeting and when I was acknowledged was told to sign in as a walk in. Then I asked how long the wait may be the gentleman at the first nail station said an hour to 2.5 hour wait. I was confused. The inside could use some remodeling which made it easy for me to decide to try somewhere else. So overall it was poor etiquette on their end which made me leave. read more

I thought the nail place when I went in was super busy. But they were able to get me in within a reasonable time which was super nice of them. They were really friendly and fast plus gentle. When I went in I got my pedicure and a manicure done. I decided to get two different colors to switch it up. I got my fingers a red color and toes blue. I also went with gel because I really wanted my nails to last longer than the regular nail polish. They got my toes done first and then they did my fingers. I never felt so much better and relaxed. I thought the whole place was super clean and did very well in the distancing and COVID standards. I would definitely recommend and probably suggest making an appointment first because it may be busy making it hard to get in right away. read more

Nine weeks ago I went in to Nails Aqui to have gel nails removed. The young man only used the dremel instead of "lightly" roughing up the top coat followed by polish remover. I was watching & could not tell he was going too deep. My nails have been paper thin ever since. read more

They were super nice but the older man did my nails and they are really bad. I wanted short acrylics, pink with red tips and small strawberries. He immediately shot down the strawberries saying that he couldn't do designs like that. Ok. NBD but the red tips are varying shapes, the polish is uneven and blotchy, and the shape of the nails themselves are thicker on the top and half of the points are not centered. It took 2 hours! The only reason it's 2 versus 1 star is because everyone else was very nice and maybe better at their job ‍ read more

I'm only giving 4 stars because the interior could use some work. And I think they need more service on the pedicures. I went in for gel and got a pedicure and a manicure. They have a ton of colors to choose from and were very friendly. I may try another salon, but I was impressed by getting service so quickly with NO waiting. I would like to see more choices on the pedicure. The salon I used to go to before I moved here does a hot rock massage pedicure and I missed that. read more

Never again will I ever ever come to this place again!! It's infested with rats and roaches, the workers there are so rude! They don't do what u ask for, besides that there RACIST if they don't like u as soon as they see u they'll refuse service, I was shocked when I seen this happen! It's terrible, u might call for an appointment, but u will not be seen til 3hrs later, idk why I came back here I forgot how unprofessional and ghetto this place was. read more

my husband always gives me gift certificates for every occassoon, unfortunately because of Covid I have not been out much and I had 2 expired certificates to 2 nails salons (he can never remember which one I got o lol) . I called and this place said they would NOT take me. It expired the end of 2021 literally a few days before 2022 and the lady said because it was last year she WOULD NOT take it. I called the other place that they was able to honor the expired certificate even though it expired exactly a year ago... Before COVID I was a regular customer here for years, sadly I will be giving my services to the other location which is on grant and craycroft and now they have earned a customer for the future and this place lost a loyal one for sure. read more

I've been going here off and on for about 15 years . They do a very good job but yes they aren't always great with appointments & time but they do nails better than a lot of other places I've tried. I just plan a bit of time when i go. My appointments have been good lately, not having to wait long. read more

Tina is amazing. Her attention to detail is great. I've been getting my nails done for a very long time and I am super picky. They are all the same size, they're even and they look amazing. The uv gel top coat wasn't expensive and is totally worth it. Also when I changed my mind at the last minute she was completely understanding and just did it. I was given a gift certificate for this place, so I figured I'd give it a try; despite previous reviews. The place is surprisingly clean, the nail techs used sanitized implements throughout the pedicure. Massage chair was comfortable and there's a wide selection of nail polish. This place is AWESOME they are skilled, thorough, and get you In and out! I came in at the perfect time because after that loads of people started coming in. I got Fills on my French tips and the guy painted a cute little design on it. I think he was the manager, very friendly and gentle! Ive been to a couple other places and this one is BY FAR the cleanest and most relaxed. And they have a great amount of staff members to take care of everyone, as well as a great nail & polish selection to choose from. Id recommend this place to anyone:) read more

I hated this place. I was a walk-in and kindly asked if they had time for a full set, they said they did which I was glad about. However, if I would've known they were going to rush through my manicure, I would have just waited until the following day. I asked my nail tech for a full set of ombré acrylics, and she did not know what she was doing. She was talking to the other technicians asking them how to do it, while they were working on other people. They were not ombré, they were crooked, they were choppy. They showed me an example and it was exactly what I wanted, but my nails looks HORRIFIC. The nail technician even said, "look how pretty" but they were not pretty. I wish I would have taken a photo to show you all but it was too bad to even take a picture. I came home and soaked my nails with acetone to remove them. Worst $60 I ever spent. I will not be coming here again. If you decide to come here, ask for something simple or make sure your tech knows what they are doing! read more

The people are very friendly. You can't beat the prices. I do not know the owner's name but he gives THE BEST manicures. I have never found any infestations. The salon could be updated and remodeled. I have gone to beautiful salons and had terrible Pedi's and Mani's. When I go I see the same satisfied repeat customers. read more
