I had a horrible service the man that did my pedicure had no attention to detail. I went to the doctor to get checked was told the skin and my toenail was extremely separated from each other which caused it to become a hematoma. I arrived originally to change my manicure to a dip color, first they soak your entire finger in acetone that it's already awful specially if you have any cuts on your fingers.. Then I decided just manicure cuticle removed but no more chemicals.. the guy soaked my hands for less than a minute, removed one or 2 hard skin, made bigger cut on my finger and charged $30 for it.. asked for a tip.. They are usually understaffed which isn't great. There were 2 of us, we just wanted pedicures. They sat us together and one tech started my pedi, leaving my friend to wait the entire time. My mother and I have gone twice. The first time was just pedicures. Both times we got the number two pedicure, which states hot stones and a warm towel. My mother received both treatments, I only received hot stones. My nail tech rushed through my pedicure both times. Second time, my mom didn't even get stones or a towel, and when she said something, they're like no those are for the other packages even though it's in print on their menu. Still, the second time was just as rushed. I decided to get a full set as well, and I was hurried along with very wet toes to sit in a chair. I had already smudged both pinky toes. Full set is decent (I've had waaaay worse), but no Apex, no true shape to the nail bed- flat pancakes is better wording. We brought our own paint, which I usually do, but they charged us $15 extra for bringing our own gel color. Two pedicures one manicure and a full set was $190. read more

I have been to only a few salons in my life. I usually find one I love and stay with them. I found Bonita Nails because my nail lady moved salons (to be closer to her house). I was excited to check out the new place and fell in love the first time I went. It's VERY clean and new. It's so easy to book an appointment too. I can contact my gal directly. I also love that I can redeem points when I pay in cash, and earn rewards. It says a lot, at least for me, when I drive over 30 minutes to get to my nail salon. My old salon was less than 10 minutes from my house, so it definitely makes a difference when the atmosphere, the people, and the products are all awesome. Thank you Bonita Nails. This place was welcoming, very clean, had brand new chairs, and they had the door open and an air cleaner going. It felt like she buffed more the skin on my toes than my nails. She seemed in a rush. While my toes were under the lamp she was putting the lotion on my legs. Just lotion no oil no hot towel. Let me start by saying this rating is for MARIA(I would give a zero if it'd let me) not the business in general, I've had great service from others....so today I received the absolute worst pedicure!! MARIA was awful, she was rude, literally shoving my feet in and out of water and only gave me maybe half a pedicure!!! I asked for the "deluxe" pedicure and hardly even received a regular one. She cut my nails down didn't file them, I have jagged nails now, never even scrubbed the bottom of my feet too remove the dead. Was supposed to come with a sea salt scrub, never happened, and what was supposedly a warm (cold) towel for my legs after a leg massage that also never happened. I did get the paraffin wax, that I had to finishing scrubbing off myself after she apparently finished my service and failed to let me know. I literally sat in the chair an extra 5-7 minutes waiting for her to come back after she just got up and left before I asked another lady if I was done. Grabbed my shoes in dismay. And she had the nerve to think I was going to pay full price for what was barely even a regular pedicure much less an upgraded service. The only words she spoke to me was "what color" and silence the rest of the time. Oh and the icing on the cake when I went to grab my shoes, she had thrown the used foil that she used to remove my polish inside my shoe!! The gentleman that was there apologized and stated it's been a long day. I'm sorry but you are providing a luxury service to clients, where we come to relax and if the day has been too rough to handle (which don't get me wrong we all have those kind of days) then you need to not be providing service at the time.
